3&4 year old had so much fun!! Decently priced games. Thought the pizza was pricey for a kids place but it was really good. Spent 50 for a family of 4 to eat drink and play! It was fun. All night I asked a couple times to get the paper refilled, it took awhile but before they closed they got it refilled and I got my pictures of my babies first visit!

I came here for my grandsons birthday party and i must say i really enjoyed myself everything was clean including the bathroom food wss fresh the salad was even fresh the games where up and running the manger i forgot her name but she was very nice of you her a problem she was on it kept everyone smiling i had to walk up to her like i like you and i love how this place looks staff was very helpful also....we had a blast i told the manager Im come here just because lol

We have been here several times as a family. This location doesnt get too busy. The customer service has always been very good. Any issues we have had they were quick to deal with it. The bathrooms are always clean. Highly recommended

We showed up 45 min before closing time the lady who was behind the counter seemed as if she was angry we still wanted to stay even though she said uh kitchens closed but the other workers were great and they get a 5 star due to the nice employees and the cleanliness and of course my husband myself and all five children had a wonderful time together

My cousin just had her birthday here ! It was really nice. Staff was super friendly. We had enough space for our party. The birthday girl loved it!

Ive taken all my children to this place and each time theyve upgraded. To location stays very neat, and if just for the family bonding experience its a great place. I wont forget my last experience there. :)

Cant go wrong choosing Chuck cheese

The kids had a great and wonderful time. People were complaining about the parking I guess due to another nearby event or business gathering but we had no problems at all. Wasnt too expensive either kids were happy so thats what matters.

Great place for parties and other occasions. I’ve attended this Chuck E. Cheese’s several times with family and friends for children parties. It is neat and clean place. It is fun amusement center for kids and even adults can enjoy it too. Good service, good food. Welcoming and friendly staff. Overall my experience at this place was fun. Great atmosphere! Fun place!

It was great. It was very clean and everytime the trifling visitors went in and destroyed the bathrooms they were right on it. Cleaned it up repeatedly. The pizza was good my kids played allot of games and met Chuckee who seemed to be good with the kids. And staff was very nice and respectful. It was a great experience and will be going back.

The stage is from Plano Texas which got a chuck e live dance floor back in 2015 (also for some reason the bot looks bigger on the stage then most because of how the store was built and how high the ceilings are.

Had a great time Chuck-E-Cheese for my little friend who had a birthday party turn 1 years old. May you have many more Chuck-E-Cheese party period.

This location is well-kept and clean. There are plenty of games for toddlers! My three-year-old loves it here.

The employees were polite and informative. But the prices were high. And the food wasnt good.

We just had my son’s 7th birthday party here today. The staff was great! Our hostess was wonderful and because of this our son and his friends had a fantastic time! Our son is autistic and I was a bit worried how things would go, but he had the best time here! We used to come to this location all the time as kids ourselves but forgot about it in recent years. It’s had a facelift since then and we will be back!!! Great experience!!!

Take my 3yo and 1yo and they always love it. Its always clean

I want to give this location 5 stars but a lot of the games are not working and the bathrooms arent thoroughly cleaned throughout the day, all red flags, this location in my opinion has went down in quality over the years. The staff however, are always polite and very helpful. I probably wont return due to cleaner locations in Southgate and Browns town.

Its good place for fun but most of the time the whole place smells like weed

Great for the kids but the machines frequently did not work or sit out tickets. Luckily many attendants were ready to help and reimburse you. The pizza tasted good and there were refills on drinks but I will say the music was WAYYYY TOOO LOUDDDD especially when Chuck Es birthday performance was happening. Not cool. And the trade-off for what prizes you get for points - needs to be reassessed! Beautiful people were in attendance tho and all friendly. It was not overly busy - went mid-day on a Sunday.

Kid’s had a good time and lot of fun

This is the smallest Chuckie Cheese that I have ever seen. My kids played all the games in about 45 mins and half of the games didnt work.They didnt even have any kind Chuckie Cheese mascot. No robot, no dude in a costume, no nothing. They played a video of Chuckie Cheese like he had more important things to do.

Fun games babies can play not many ride on toys for the little ones like at troy chuck e cheese but still nice

This is the best Chuck E. Cheese’s I have ever been to.  I’ve attended  several children’s parties at different Chuck E. Cheese’s location and this one, by far, is the best.  It is neat and clean.  All the machines appeared to be working and were in good condition.  They were kept looking good too, so, the whole place is appealing.They had a wide selection of toys at the checkout counter.  Each one was well stocked and properly labelled.  The food here is fresh and well made.  The pizza is piping hot and delicious (let it cool down for the kiddies, of course).They are security conscious and watchful.  This is not to say you should ever let down your guard but in general this appears to be a trustworthy place.Most of the parking lot is in good condition though there is some construction going on next to the nearby hotels.  There is plenty of parking and it is easy in and easy out when you go there.  Have fun!The staff is bright and engaged which is very important for a place like Chuck E. Cheeses.

Got here on a Saturday at 11am an place was almost empty. Kids had a great time no rush no fuss.

Place was a little messy however I understand with kids,the drink area was very messy and nasty the salad bar wasnt very kept up.

Definitely cool that theyre updating their machines, also the crowd was friendly and Chuck E being a new employee did very good. The manager was great! Doing the dances with the kids and throwing hand fulls of tickets around. Oh the child pile up.

Nice friendly staff. Has been renovated recently and updated the games and the card system to were it matches dave n busters. Just a little small if u ask me but other than that and the hundreds of sreaming kids its a great place to apemd some family time.

Very clean and well run. The kids had a great time and there is even beer for the adults.

I used to hate the location on Michigan Ave in Dearborn but they have improved this location 1000%. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is clean. There is a BIG difference from what it used to be.

Great all you can play option now

Its a good place for kids and families. There are a lot of indoor games they can play with, and a pizza place if they get hungry. They also offer to rent the party room, which is very big and can fit a lot of people. Their video games are quite entertaining and interactive. The kids like it there, they have a good time there, and it is worth the time and money.

We just got here for the first time (we Told that to the waitress) and They sold us some boneless Wings (actually 12 or 14 very small meat balls) served with 2 pieces of celery and nothing else for 12 dollars. Say what??? And for the drink we had to pay separatly.

I have nothing good to say about this establishment, except my babies had fun and I enjoyed the salad bar. They had many different options to add to your salad. They have adult beverages, so you can sip and talk with the other adults while the children play. They were doing construction in the plaza that Chck E Cheese is connected to, so the parking lot was busy and congested. Chuck E Cheese was very crowded. There were no tables available for our group to sit down. We waited until we saw a group of people getting up to leave and took the table they had. We had to clean our own table. Chuck E Cheese was very dirty. The bathroom had urine on the floor, paper towel and tissue everywhere. I know this is a place for children, but they were rude and disrespectful. . A few of the game machines were broken and we didnt receive our tickets. We notified management but by the time somebody came we were gone, the kids didnt want to wait. Only one (1) ticket redeem machine was working, so the line was extremely long. I would not recommend gong to this establishment . I will not be returning with my children.

Depending on the time you go, this place can be fun and clean or loud and congested. Tickets sometimes run out, lines are often long during peak periods. But if you go on certain days, the place is empty, but for 1 or 2 patrons and your kids will have the time of their lives.

The new game card system is a much better upgrade. The pizza was good. To my surprise they had a section of smaller games for toddlers that was really cool. Also online they have a lot of coupons to take advantage of & reward calendars to get your children free tokens.

Is usually always clean and the staff there is friendly although they are all quite Young

The bathrooms were horrible!!! Every single one of them! Luckily I brought wipes along to wipe things up for my daughter! We went to enjoy the food and salad bar, but after seeing the condition of the restroom, didnt wanna chance it. Only gave 2 stars because the games made my daughter smile!

Excellent place for grand kids

I love that there are rides for young toddlers. All the games were working and were just one point per game... It would be good to have more options in prizes and a better show (Chuk E. Cheese just danced to one song and threw tickets). I seem to remember there being more characters and more of a show, but I guess that was back in the day. Overall really fun place to bring a kid and fun for adults as well.

Chucky has changed since the last time I took my two little girls

I was at this location about a year ago and the staff was rude and the games were acting up. We went today and the staff was amazing and the games gave us no problems. The staff was the biggest change. up on that.

Price of pizza and wings is outrageous. Unless you have a large party there are no combos for just a couple ppl

I think I have more toys then that place and its small and too crowded I dont recommend taking kids younger than 2 years because they have nothing to play with and is just a waist of time and money. The only thing good about that place is the food. And security I dont know why but they even have a metal detector

I rarely like this place it always seem unorganized. Or the employees working be having attitudes. Then it just be messy at times, I guess because their busy a lot. Overall I will pick Canton or Troy over Dearborn anyday.

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese in years. I took my granddaughters and had an amazing time. In really like the cards instead of coins they use now. Staff was friendly and informative. Will go back as often as we can.

I love this place I take kids from about the ages of 3 to 11 and its something for all of them. The games, lights, the tickets, the toys the candy, the mouse its just a fun place to go.

Was great. Brought my laptop to get some work done while my 4 year old daughter played. Salad bar was nice and clean.

This would be a nicer place if it wasnt for the lack of organization and overly crowded areas near the entrances, token machines, ticket munchers and front counter. Its hard trying to make your way in and even harder trying to make your way out. Not to mention, the amount of unsupervised kids that are misbehaving and dont wait their turn to play the games, so theyll try to cut in on other children, while theyre playing a game. Theres also a lot of rude people who try cutting in front of others, and some of the workers just standing around not doing their jobs. There was also multiple games that would take your play points and not even work properly or wouldnt work at all. My kids love Chuck E Cheeses, but it can become very chaotic and interfere with them enjoying themselves, especially when theres a lot of kids that will come up and try to play the games that my kids are already playing instead of waiting their turn. Its also overpriced on their birthday reservations because you have to pay for 4 children, even if youre not having that many children come. Then you have to pay separately for the cake and food, its not included in the party packages. So youre paying about $76 just for the reservation, plus $10 for a small cake, $16 for a large pizza and around $17 for a party platter of food, which ends up becoming damn near $120-$150 or more just for a birthday party. Youre better off to not make a party reservation and just buy some play points for the kids, its a lot more cost effective. I think the cake and food should be included with the initial reservation, it shouldnt have to be bought separately as an add on, considering its a birthday reservation and cake is a part of having a birthday celebration. Its fun but it could definitely use some improvements.

This one in particular is not like the rest. Normally, no one is really there because it is pretty much in a secluded place in Dearborn. But, I ad a recent run in and they were packed to the door and no more tables were availiable to sit, not even in the back where the stage is. 20 dollars for an hour for a 2 year old? Isnt that too much? There should be either an age limit or more rides for the lil toddlers. There is a total of 5 or 6 games for toddlers under 3 that they can actually enjoy. The rest are for older kids. Either get more toddler rides or make it 10 bucks for kids under 3 years of age.

The host for my son birthday party did absolutely nothing. Didnt clean up, cut cake, serve pizza. She was nowhere to be found the whole time. A complete waste of money. I got the super star party pack and was highly dissatisfied. My sons wrist band didnt work the whole time. Remind you this is the birthday boy Im talking about.

The management and crew where very helpful educating us on the new procedures. No more tokens. I hadnt been in a Chucky Cheese in years. They are great, very accommodating. We had a great time!

Great place to go for the kids to have fun there pizza is not that good they should get a new recipes on their pizza.

Food was ok prompt timkng to make pizza the play area seems a little to open nkt for older kids but younger ones will enjoy. Did nkt like outdated animitronic in the back doesnt help atmosphere. Play passes are not no loss coins. I was more a fan of the food. Games veey just ok.

The kids love it here. They have cards that give you minutes, for twenty dollars thats an hour. The one downstairs is the lack of good prizes for tickets, got get a couple thousand to get some good prizes.

Horrible service food taste as if it was in the storage freezer way too long... Thinking this place could use a health inspection asap and the wait on food is ridiculous all around horrible experience wouldnt advise anyone to go here
