Dani behind the bar is the best bartender 509 has had in a while,... Rick has always been great, the other Hispanic gentleman has a bad attitude.

This lounge could possibly be the best bar around town. You will definitely find good music and very reasonably priced drinks. Cover was about $10, which is not so bad. It gets a little cramped in there but the outside area is great to hang out with a drink. The crowd is fun and you get what you look for in Daytona Beach. Make sure to swing by and check it out

Its alright, got pretty smashed here but the dance floor dynamic is non existent because of the layout. Nice decor, but they need to help the bathroom attendant get cash app or square because everything is digital nowadays.

Even given the $20 cover Id say its one of the most fun Bars/clubs Ive been to. It would still deserve a 5 star rating but there choice in DJs wasnt very consistent night to night. Our first night there was a great DJ and our whole party had a blast dancing and drinking, but the second night the DJ was noticeably and it seemed like everyone had a worse time. Id still definitely recommend it especially if you have a few under 21s in your group. (18 to party 21 to drink)

Room to dance outdoors, people watch, etc. Didnt stay inside but it seemed like a typical lounge (dark, some couches, pool table). Ladies room is a bit cramped but pretty clean (at least at the beginning of the night, not sure how the evening would turn out after all the free drinks). Bartenders were super friendly and dont mind holding a conversation. Manager seemed to be nice two. He spoke to me and several other guests throughout the night.

Very small place. Not much of a crowd, more security guys than patrons. Music was pretty good thou.

Bartenders are horrible. They look at you and turn up their nose as if they are better than you. If you want your feet stepped on this is the place to go.

Beautiful bar. Has great outdoor patio and cool indoor bar with different DJs. Something for everyone.

Standard club music with some oddities mixed in. I like Michael Jacksons Man in the Mirror, but on off choice for what is attempting to be a trendy club. And that may have been one of the freshest tracks to get spun that night. Really mixed crowd with an emphasis on those trying to get sloppy drunk. One of the girls I was with got a drink spilled on her (along with a handful of others), but security drug him out by the scruff of the neck fairly promptly.

So I was reading the reviews for this place and couldnt believe it. The accusations of drugs and homophobia are ridiculous. What is more disturbing is the owner or manager has not responded to any of the reviews to provide an explanation. This makes me think the establishment does not care. I live here and will ban 509 and tell my constituents the same. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR NOT ADDRESSING ISSUES!!!!!!

Terrible place! A bartender told my friend and I to get up on the bar and then told us it was another bartenders birthday and told us to dance with him. When we got off the bar he told the bouncer to kick us out bc “we tried to take a bottle” which we didn’t! I will NEVER GO BACK! EVER ! Management NEEDS to fire him!

Probably the best bar in Daytona. Awesome vibes, cool outdoor space with fireplaces, great dj and bartenders (special shout-out to Radford).

Last night I went out with my boyfriend and a few friends. Im not from the area so they were showing me around town. the bar itself was nice but apparently the bouncers are prejudice against any type of same sex couples. my boyfriend and I were told to tone it down while kissing and reading through the comments it looks like this is an ongoing/reaccuring issue. As someone who works in a restaurant Im honestly disgusted that this type of behaviour is tolerated not only for months on end but at all in general. not only did a fight break out but the multiple heterosexual couples that were making out were never told to tone it down. Its ridiculous, its 2018, get it together.

The whole atmosphere is strange. The place is super cramped. It’s a struggle to even get to the bar to get a drink. The bouncers are really conceited and make me not want to go there. It’s really just a money making scam to rip off college kids. Stupid place. Should be replaced with a cool bar with a stage for live local bands, or a cool strip club. I would not suggest going here. Razzles sucks as well but it’s definitely better than 509 by a long shot. At least Razzles has room to walk around. Do not pay to come here!

Everybody was drunk... the outside areA is nice but they could have a couple more bartenders... they were hosting a private event upstairs..so that was kinda awkward... the music and DJ were excellent

There was a homophobic aggression this past Saturday May 12th involving the door guy, bouncer and a local police officer towards a person who is gay. I witnessed the whole thing and it was disgusting and disturbing. Further Action will be taken against this establishment and would recommend not going to a bar that will slander gay people.

STAFF MEMBERS TRIED TO DRUG US. My friends and I went here last night. We were having fun partying with one of the staff members (Brandon) he was really nice and was giving me and my friends free alcohol. We then went upstairs to what seemed to be their break room. We were again having fun and doing body shots with multiple staff members. Then we went to the bar upstairs that was technically closed however, 2 of the staff members (Dave and Mick) pulled down some of the chairs and were feeding us free alcohol again. Dave was behind the bar and Mick was sitting directly in front of me at the bar and we were talking. Dave insisted that my friend have some water. He put ice in the cup, filled it halfway with water, then quickly put the cup up on the bar where Mick dropped something into the cup, then took the cup back down and continued to fill the rest of it with water and handed it to my friend. Luckily she watched him do it so we left. It’s quite unfortunate because I really had a lot of fun with them up until they tried to roofie my friend.

Guys come dressed to impressed. This two-story, mansion-like style lounge allows you to party inside or outside under the stars. There may or may not be a cover.

My sister and her friend were going to go out tonight on the first of April. them being over the age of 21 were going to consume alcohol at you facility. They asked for me to be their designated driver. Me being 18 with ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTIONS TO DRINK decided to take on that role and do the responsible thing. after spending the $15 a person to go in I go to the bathroom while my sister and her friend go and get drinks. we meet up shortly after and I ask them where I can go to get a soda. This being my first time ever going to a place like this and after tonight being the only time I will ever go, I didnt want to accidentally go to the wrong place and give anyone a thought that I was trying to so something unlawful. I get My soda and we step out onto the front patio, I talk to my sister and her friends for no more that thirty seconds and I told them, You guys go and have fun, I will go and sit down and drink my soda. While I am talking to them one of the guards rips my drink out of my hands and yells at me. He said, what are you drinking son. I respond with Pepsi. He then in an unsanitary fashion sticks his nose within five millimeters of my beverage. Like I had stated before it was only soda and I have NO INTENTIONS WHAT SO EVER OF DRINKING. My sisters friend tells him in an elevated voice due to the intensity of the music, it is only soda. The guard who clearly can smell that there is no alcohol in the drink looks over at her and sarcastically said, well then you can go and buy him a new one, and he throws my soda into the bushes. I never even took a sip out of the drink and he acted as if I should go out and buy another soda for him to throw into the bushes. The bartender gave me another soda but after that it took all my courage to take two sips of it. I have NEVER been in a situation of which I had felt so afraid, assaulted and harassed as this moment I had experienced tonight. I cannot believe that this is how anyone would treat customers and all I was doing was going out to make sure everyone got home safely and take a few potential drunk drivers off the road. We were in there for no more than 15 minutes and most of it was talking to the manager about the issue of which he did nothing. I understand that underage drinking is an issue you have to deal with regularly, and that that guard is pressured in a tight spot in having to deal with this, but that did not give him the reason to invade my emotion and traumatize me in the way that he did. There is a better way for him to approach this, He could have came up and politely said, Hey it is my job to make sure there is not underage drinking, can I check your cup to make sure of it? I would have been fine with it, and anyone whom could have had alcohol in that situation would have been easily identifiable. Like I said this has been a horrendous experience for me and as I sit here typing this, I am extremely tense. I view myself as professional, I confront people in a professional manner and I expect similar treatment. Lastly I see in your description that you strive to provide an exceptional nightlife experience that youll never forget. I can be the one to assure you that you have achieved that goal.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This place employs people who think it’s okay to use the sexuality of their patrons/paying customers as bait for offensive, immature and idiotic jokes. My brother (a gay man) visited recently and was placed in the center of a homophobic joke (publicly ridiculed) by the door guy, bouncer and a local police officer! This was witnessed by my sister who confronted the three “men” and then left. I will not accept that a place where people are supposed to be going to have fun and let loose would EVER consider keeping on staff that promote a purposefully hostile or uncomfortable environment for their patrons! Not only is it immoral, but incredibly unprofessional. I would NEVER consider spending a dollar at a professional establishment that promoted homophobia and public ridicule like this. If you’re in Daytona I do recommend skipping the club that slanders gay people. IT IS 2018 people!!
