Very nosey neighbors, very high lot rent for nothing, impossible for grandkids to visit because most living there do not enjoy children, and worst of all else is majority living here are drunks. The pool and spa tub are always over taken by drunks and pot smokers. Typical for Daytona nowadays I suppose. If you like that sorta thing, you may enjoy it. A few abandoned trailers remain and invite rats as well.

We have to share the blame for the park failures . It takes good management, homeowners and good HOA to make this park function the way it should . It has the ability to be Great . We all just need to push harder and care more about the things that matter . Gossip is not the answer. Take pride in your park. Take care of your neighbor .

Its a cute little park but its very strongly regulated for the prices

Lot rent is expensive and every time they move a new model home in or someone hits a water line, water to the whole park shuts off. And each time my water has been shut off due to something theyre doing, my water pressure is never the same again. My bathroom sink only has one pressure no matter how much you turn the faucet, even if you turn both the hot and cold water on its still the same low pressure. Not to mention how HORRIBLE the water tastes! I cant even use it to make coffee or tea, it makes it taste bad. I have to use a Brita filter and pitcher, or bottled water, but that gets expensive. The water has also taken a toll on my jewelry before i realized it was happening. I would forget to take my rings off while i was doing dishes, washing my hands, etc. Now my white gold is not exactly white and my diamonds have a build up on them and they dont sparkle like they should, even after cleaning. And now, with hurricane season coming, we find out that even though we pay a pretty good amount for lot rent, we are responsible for getting any trees on that lot, cut down, so that we dont have to worry about them or any branches coming through our roof. I dont understand that at all!But i like my neighbors and theres a nice swimming pool and hot Jacuzzi. I feel pretty safe here as well. I can have my dogs and its nice to be able to walk them anytime. Theres even a common grassy area all the way down the middle of the community where we can walk our dogs and they have 2 posts that have doggy poop bags. So there are a lot of good things here too.

Very friendly community. Great people great friends. Location close to everything. Does need some upgrades, and tender loving care.

Ive only drove through but I do love how neat & well kept the properties are. The residents seem like nice & friendly people.

Nicely located, very expensive, office people are not very friendly & not very helpful. Not very up dated club house. Didnt see the gym area, pool so so. The mobile homes are for sale by owner only. You have to drive around to locate.

I went to dance night. It was very interesting and fun.

Multi-billion dollar company owns the park. maintenance, is terrible, management even if they cared has no power to make the right changes .Lot rent goes up every year but services dwindle. Only good thing about it is the location.

Manager very rude I have Friends that own 9 homes in there and they all going to sell just because of the manager but maintance was great please get rid youre manager

Living here had ups and downs. Too many bad experiences for my tastes. Residents are mostly friendly. Not impressed with the management.

Dont move in this place .The rent is to high and you have to share water and sewer with everyone in the park. This park is so dumpy looking. Not a good place to live.
