Came here today being invited by my best friend for her sons 3rd birthday party. The party was from 130-330. Our hostess I think his name is Johnny was amazing. He was very tentative very energetic and seemed liked he really enjoys his job. Couldnt have asked for a better hostess. We started jumping and had been jumping up until pizza came. Mind you my best friebd was orginally told if we were with our little ones they could be pretty much anywhere. We came back out after eating for the last 15 mins and a guy named Xavier (SP?) Was yelling at our toddler and us telling us our kids couldnt be there. He was also touching our kids and following them around. If you go I would suggest calling ahead to make sure he is there if it wasnt for him and the fact the staff is not on the same page this prolly woulda been a 5 star rating

The kids had fun! The place is huge! I wish they had more activities for younger kids under 6. Overall its a good place to take kids.

Wish they would regulate the little kids area better. Lots of big kids and adults playing and falling on little ones....mine included.

Get Air Huber Heights is a FANTASTIC experience. Their first and foremost concern is safety, yours and the safety of other customers and staff. There is a large emphasis on being compliant and adhering to the rules and regulations of the many fun activities they have there.There is a registration and waiver form to be filled out, but its painless; Its the usual Legalese. Dont be stupid, dont be stupid around others, dont be stupid with the rides, etc.My little girl and I went during Toddler time (Tu, Tr, and Su 10am-12pm), and had a blast. Again, their primary focus was having a fun but SAFE environment for kids of all ages to have (but special emphasis on toddlers and infants). The trampolines are secured and the springs are hidden in a way even the most inquisitive 4 (and 33 year old) could not find them. All electrical outlets are covered, and the floor was freshly vacuumed prior to Toddler Time.Jump socks are required (I didnt even know this was a thing), and they certainly help! There are changing tables in both bathrooms (Caveat: There is for sure one in the mens room. I did not venture into the ladies room, but I would assume there is one in there).Oh! Theres a dedicated 46 and under area in the play area, and its awesome!This place was a great experience for my tuckered out little one, and we will.be back for sure for many many more visits!

This place is amazing and so much fun. Way better than sky zone. Bigger and same price. Way to go. Also a wonderful job to Tia our party host she was amazing and awesome my whole party loved her.

I didnt get any air here, but my wife and son did. There was a variety of activities to entertain everyone. Theres an American ninja warrior type section, some basketball areas. Large trampoline areas, foam pit jumps. Theres a separate section for the little jumpers, and drink machines. Also are party rooms. I put give dollars in a leather chair and let it massage me for a while. There is a wheelchair lift up to the trampoline section.

Great time here. I came with my boyfriend, brother and nephews. We came near the end of toddler time where the boys got to run all over the park and they had a blast. When it ended, they moved out of the big air which they weren’t happy about but they loved the little air area, especially the slide. Friendly staff who interact with the customers even when they are jumping. I would definitely come back, we all loved it.

Love Get Air! Affordable, family fun! They have lots of specials, like 2 for 1 day, homeschool discounts..etc. I really wish their concession area was open more often..but it is what it is..we just take our own in. Even cheaper!

I understand that younger kids shouldnt be jumping with the older kids, due to injury! Although, you have plenty of jump at your own risk signs all over, as well as many other signs posted, I did not see one saying anything about height or age limits not being allowed in certain areas! As a parent, I am to keep an eye on both of my children (I do) but it makes it harder considering you dont want the younger ones being with the older ones! Again I do understand but being a company it is your job to let the parents know this and have signs especially when we have to sign a waiver before and of course pay! Then would be a good idea to let us know! Also as an employee comes to me to let me know about this, I look around and there are younger children with the older children all over! No one clearly let them know either! If you decide to make a rule you need to make it for everyone! Regardless the kids had fun but as a parent I was very disappointed! My suggestion? Make up a few more signs to add to your collection of many others on the wall saying age and height limits in areas and make sure it applies to everyone... common sense but its hard to come by!Kids had fun and that is what counts! Hopefully my experience will help you in the future!

Just had our 10 year olds birthday party here. Staff was friendly and very helpful with the party (drinks, plates, cups, ice cream). No issues with people just watching and not paying for jumping.

The place is big and our children enjoyed it. The only issues I had was the strong smell the moment you open the doors, not sure if its some cleaning sprays or what but its fruity smell. When a child threw up they used a mop and paper towels and the employees didnt use any gloves which for me as a mom I felt those young employees needed gloves because that was someone else body fluids.

The website says its $12 an hour buts its $14 an hour. Its very neon green inside . The kids had fun so it serves its purpose. The massage chairs need to be updated. Pretty worn down so they hurt and not in a good way.

We traveled to this area from down south. We stopped by on Christmas eve to let the kiddies burn off some built up energy. It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and it seemed very clean. We will be back and would love to make a annual tradition.

This place has the dopest vibe. The people who work here were super nice me and my family and they took care of some big issues with this one lady really well. I feel safe knowing the workers here want to keep the kids safe from crazy ladies like that throwing drinks and all. I am definitely coming back.

I called the night before to check how much toddler time was the man told me eight dollars so me and my son mind you he’s two years old and drove from Dayton to come and enjoy toddler time first time him being there when I get there they’re like no it’s $15 so I’m like y’all should really know what’s going on with your business if you going to work there. Does anybody know what it’s like to take a two-year-old in there and try to drag them back out and telling them that we can’t play that’s like rushing to a mother and then I called the store to talk to them about it in the first time I called she put me on hold and then she hung up on me.Second time I called I talk to the man that didn’t know what he was talking about last night and he put me on hold for maybe 10 minutes and then got on the phone and said that they were waiting for the distribution to tell them why the price was different and I’m like he’s like do you want me to call you back I’m like no forget it like you only got an hour left in time and we’re sitting in a parking lot and my sons bawling I said you know what it’s like to take a kid in there and leave of course he didn’t because he sound like he was 12 that place really needs to communicate way better than what they do you can’t work somewhere not know what’sfoung on

Very few kids in the earliest part of the afternoon. Our 4 yo son just loves coming here and the price is not bad at $7.99 for an hour. Hes gained a lot of confidence on his own to climb, jumping and he loves running up and down the incline trampoline. Hes even tried the training course but hes probably to small for it but we never tell him that. The business has Birthday party rooms but I dont have enough knowledge on them not know anyone who has had one there.

My kids 8 and 6 had a great time! We went around 5 oclock on a Sunday it was pretty busy but reasonable. Lots of bratty kids not being supervised but to be expected. 1 hour was plenty for my kids, will go again!

Went for a birthday party were we rented a private room. It seemed like every room had been rented which it fine but they also had it open to the public. So there were about 4 or 5 birthday parties plus a rediculous amount of children running around everywhere. I feel like if there are a bunch of parties renting it out it takes the value out of your money to open it up to the public. Also we had rented for 2 hrs and they didnt bring us our drinks or pizza till the party was almost over.

We had a great time, filmed a vlog and jumped for an hour.

Super fun but its a bit pricey... This seems to be common with trampoline parks so not totally unexpected. Always a good time and the kids leave exhausted which is a bonus for Mom and Dad!

My first visit at this location, not a good experience at all. The tables were a mess! I ordered nachos, took a seat at a messy table, a worker came to my table, sprayed a strong chemical to clean the table right by my food. I told him I wanted a refund because he sprayed the chemical near my food, he said I can promise you nothing got on your food.. how? If you have visited you know how small these tables are. Sadly he didn’t apologize, and appeared to have an attitude, I’m not a complainer, that was just simply rude, he never even finished cleaning the table, and there were other tables that were dirty that no one was sitting at. I approached him after he left the table, went to the back, and returned, so it kinda felt intentional! I will never go back! I would have left then, but it was my sons birthday and he was excited! Customer service is non existent these days! Sad!!

This place tries to isolate small kids or toddlers to a small section of the facility, but still charge full price.If you want to protect yourself from kids getting injured, thats fine, but dont give me the shaft of full price when doing so.I, personally wont be going back bc I find its just another stupid rule by greedy businesses.

This is a great place to take the grandkids. They love it and I can relax and watch them have fun.

Stopped out as a last minute decision, and the kids had a blast. Numerous trampolines, a dodge ball type area, and a Ninja warrior course in the back. They had plenty of party rooms located in the back for birthdays as well. It is affordable at $12 for an hour, or $20 for two hours.

Fun place to go and take the kids. Is a decent size place and it is attached to a laser tag place for the older ones to enjoy as well. Can be expensive so find coupons!

Refs keep things decent, gets busy but everyone seems pretty cool and has a fun time. Sticky floors in the party rooms which means sticky traces in the jumping areas. Deals to be had online.

Its a fun place for family and friends to have fun and the vending machine prices actually reasonable 2 dollars for drinks.

Went there for my sons birthday party and I was surprised at how clean the place was and how big it was. The staff was amazing and I mean that sincerely... Especially the gentleman that was in charge of our Party and his name escapes me,.

I love that most everything is one one level so you can see your child wherever your sitting. It is clean and they have a water fountain. The staff is polite and tries their best to keep the little ones safe.

Too many people to enjoy a birthday party had to wait 30 min past our start time to get waited on its probably good for just family time but the lines and wait time is just too long for any thing else

Its cool if your there with a group of people. But if your there with your wife and kid they kick you out of the Dodge ball area for the larger group. But other that that yeah its a fun place.

Been there a few times with our son. He is 8 years old and full of energy, and this is one of his favorite places.Went a couple days before Christmas with friends from out of town. Three kids ran and played while parents got to sit and talk.What could be better? Highly recommend.

Great family fun place, especially for little ones in need of working off some energy. However each time we go we have issues with kids that are way too big and old to be in the toddler area and there is never an employee monitoring that area and you have to go track one down to address the problem. Parents of the little ones are always there keeping an eye out but the parents of the bigger kids pay no attention whatsoever to what they are doing and thats a problem. Hopefully they will keep someone designated to monitor the toddler area to prevent this happening so much.

The facility is nice counter staff was friendly but was legitimately followed the entire time I was here (male,baby,two females) the bounce house police watched in between cracks corners stood directly next never allowing us to feel comfortable or cut lose..... finally an hour in baby pulls me to get on surf board ....bounce police addresses baby instead of adults to get out while Im there......made us feel very uncomfortable and sucked out the fun for everyone but the baby

If you like gravity this is a good place to have the principal demonstrated for you. However if you are just looking for somewhere to drink pool water without being judged Id try elsewhere. Not that the trampoline people are judgy its just they dont have any pools here. And its a place for kids so they dont really want them learning to drink chlorine for safety reasons.

This is a great place for exercise and I enjoy a class onThursday mornings which is a good workout. There is a toddler time and also a time for people who have disabilities to come.I have also taken my grandchildren to Get Air and I would recommend that people do that on days when there will not be tons of children. Even though the staff tries to enforce the rules, when there are too many children, it is impossible. I think it can be safe if parents watch their children closely.

A little expensive and some of their trampolines were off limits due to repairs limited options

Chaotic when you have little ones here. They are required to be in a separate kid zone, which is understandable for safety reasons. However, there are no walls or nets to close of the zone so your kids, seeing all the bigger kids 5 foot away, want to run out. Also, the basketball court is right next to the kid zone so the ball is constantly coming into the kid zone, so not only are you trying to keep your kids from running, but youre also responsible for retrieving it for the teens. Just more chaotic than it needs to be. Also, we were there during lunch hours (noonish) and the concession wasnt open? Only vending machines, and they only accepted cash, so plan ahead!

Kids loved being able to run around and bounce off trampolines but is a little pricey.

Grandson had a good time

Super packed and one guy said my 4 year old was too tall to be in the kid area which she wasnt any taller than half the kids in there. It was too packed to let her jump in the big part so that was a disappointment.

My sons had a great time. They loved the ninja space. Id love to see more monitoring of the different spaces as some kids played on the surf board area so long that my kids missed out on it.

Horrible experience my two year old was jumping and fell down kid came up and started blowing a whistle at him. Said he cant lay on mats I get that but he was getting back up no need for all that.then my 2 older kids was jumping together and he blew the whistle at them. Seemed to follow my kids all over. Two other guys was jumping and making fun of other adults in my group turned out the y worked there and was jumping for free.

An absolute fantastic place took my kids here and loved it.

Very nice experience! The employees were super kind with lots of encouragement! My son who is 9 had a blast, and we did too! Such a relaxed place for fun! So many options from jumping to dodgeball, to dunking and ninja type courses. We will definitely be back!

GREAT PLACE!!! My niece referred me here and this was the best place for all my kids to play. the toddler area is an amazing idea and the workers did an amazing job explain where they could and couldnt go for their safety.. the two workers tia and beverly were super kind and helpful. tia even informed me about a toddler camp where my toddler can run around anywhere and do all sorts of activities. the workers seemed to have very nice to say about the facilities & their boses.

Fun time for our family!! So glad its here in Huber Heights!! My 3 year old loved jumping and my 5 year old loved there Ninja area. Only unfortunate incident was a bunch of pre-teens swearing and behaving violently near me and my 5 year old. The manager handled that incident well and those children were removed. Keep your eye out on those groups of pre-teens without parents. In this case, they were extremely disrespectful to the manager and clearly didnt care about the other children within earshot or punchshot.

My first time there. Wasnt at all impressed. Hopefully I will never go back. One lady actually cancelled a party she had scheduled while there today. Rude employees. It was like the gastopo.

My kids would live there if they could. The staff is great and the facilities are tidy. We do birthdays here every year.
