We were given a gift card for Christmas that we finally got around to use and we were not disappointed with our first escape room experience. The check in process was easy on our phone, and there was no wait time to start. Princess, our game expert was helpful and gave use clues when we needed them. We chose the Framed escape and it was fun and exciting, and felt sanitary. The room was a little small, so I wouldn’t recommend a lard group these days. Overall, a great date night out.

Love the room ! But the best part was our host / gamemaster who went above and beyond any other I’ve ever had. Make sure you ask for Peter!

Very fine, CLEAN & SANITIZED place! I feel like I have to say that first because of the times we’re living in. This was my first Escape room I ever did and it’s a wonderful experience. A big shoutout to “RosstheBoss” for guiding us with a few clues. Which is probably the best part of the experience, you always can get a hint so you’re not totally stranded on your own. I did the CIA Room, I can’t wait to do the others.

Great virtual escape room experience. GM Ericka made the experience fun and kept the game moving, especially when I kept overthinking things! Highly recommended for when youre stuck at home or if you want to gather remotely with a group of friends to solve puzzles and pass the time in a fun, affordable way.

My friends and I decided spontaneously that we wanted to complete an escape room last Sunday and so we called and set up a reservation. To our surprise, we were greeted with the very pleasant and outspoken Peter, who made sure we knew the rules of the game and reassured that we would have fun! He did not disappoint. We had an amazing time in the CIA room and at the end the birthday girl in our party had a great surprise; courtesy of Peter! We will definitely be back to explore the other rooms. We had my nieces birthday party here. We had such a blast! The room was big enough for everyone pizza was great. We did 2 rooms the principals office and the illusionist. Ross was great! He helped both rooms at the same time. We will definitely be back!

Definitely a great place to spend the night with some friends or even family. Definitely money well spent, James was an amazing host and even gave us a 10% for next time we come. Yeah 10/10 recommended

I came here with a group of friends and family for my birthday and I had the best time ever! Ross was such an amazing host! Super hilarious! Hopefully when you guys visit you guys get him. You’ll have so much fun. Just keep your eyes out for all clues and work together. It’ll make the process much easier.

My wife and I went here last weekend. We did Framed and had a blast. I booked at the last minute on a Saturday with Peter who was also our host and one of the best we have ever had. All of the facilities were very clean.We had such a good time, we went back yesterday and did Timeline. It did not disappoint with a trip back to the 90s. And again Peter was a great host.

Ive never done an escape room and let alone a virtual one. I didnt know what to expect but it was SO MUCH FUN!!!! We played timeline and it was definitely working our brain cells. I will definitely do this again and Ericka was our game master and she was super cool. We had a group of different age groups that range from 8-12. We were able to do it together and everyone contributed. I will definitely do this again. Thanks Ericka!

On our first visit our host was Carly and the second visit was hosted by RossTheBoss. We played CIA Task Force, Framed and The Puzzlers Lair.

Love lockbox! We’ve completed all of the rooms there. It’s such an awesome experience, the rooms are so well thought out. Ross made the experience 10x better. He was so fun and extremely helpful throughout the room. We’ve played multiple games with him in Plantation and Davie, he’s made the rooms so fun! Overall would highly recommend lockbox and Ross as the game master!

Some of my friends and I played their virtual room Timeline for my birthday party. Overall, it was a fun experience! The format was generally easy to understand, the game master was helpful and kind, and the puzzles werent overwhelmingly confusing. We had some technical difficulties, but they were easily solved and didnt impact gameplay. My critiques would be that I felt our game master was a little *too* helpful, and I felt a bit like she was holding our hands through the whole game. Perhaps having players ask for hints rather than giving them advice the entire time might work better? This may also help increase the difficulty of the room a tad, as we all felt the room was much easier than expected and didnt present quite as much of a challenge as wed have liked. Still, I think it was a good experience overall. Thank you for making my quarantine birthday party fun!!

Ross is amazing. This is the second time we have come to lockbox at a different location because we love the games and he is an amazing GM who is always willing to lend a helping hand. We will def. Be visiting more locations. His personality is absolutely amazing and we look forward to having more games where he is our GM!!!!!!

Have done them in person before and missed them. Doing the hybrid Online is so cool. The game master was so nice and had the coolest name Erika like me :) will definitely be doing it again. Stay safe stay home If your not ready to go in and enjoy the online version.

It was so much fun! Me and my boyfriend were dressed as Velma and Shaggy from Scooby-Doo and we completed Timeline in 51:54! And the best worker, Carly was there to help us along the way! Shes totally radical and like, ultra groovy as well! If you dont check her out, youre totally a square!

It was a great experience! Better than what I initially thought it would be because I like the in-person escape room experience. I didnt give it five stars because I could only use the game on incognito mode on chrome, so I was stuck for a while because it was not working correctly at the beginning. But once I got it working, it was great!

We escaped Framed and booked puzzle palooza in the same night ! I love all the rooms but I would have to say Timeline is my favorite. Adding the date night feature makes it extra special . Ask for ROSS THE BOSS he was awesome. Have fun and tell them I sent you.

Amazing place we did the timeline room and it was so much fun, it was a good flashback to the 80’s not that I was born there but surprisingly I knew much of the things. Excellent service, puzzles were very unique in this room. Highly recommend this room and this company.

We did both virtual rooms from the comfort of home. The CIA game was our favorite! In the last few years we discovered escape rooms and have enjoyed a lot of rooms at several different establishments in the Chattanooga TN area. It was really neat to be able to visit one all the way in Florida! Our first game master took the time at the end to ask for feedback to ensure the best possible experience in the virtual format. It was fun and a nice change of pace while in quarantine! The price was competitive and the puzzles were challenging but doable for the average customer. Thanks for the 2 hours of relief from the lock down boredom!

My family did the virtual escape room from 4 different houses and it was fantastic. Note: we have all done escape rooms before but I really dont think that should deter any newbies! The Gamemaster (Charlie and his backup Tara) were amazing. The instructions were thorough on how to play and having their guidance was so helpful. The video interactions were good and we all had a great time. I would strongly recommend this as a great outlet for a fun time while remote - and great to do with family and friends anywhere!

The only thing I would suggest is the decor could use just a tiny bit more. All in all, we had a pretty good time.

Amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful and we managed to solve it with 5 minutes remaining! Puzzles were extremely interactive and definitely make you think out of the box!

We did the CIA assassin room at the Davie location. It felt moderately difficult. Hugh was our guy on hints. He did a great job guiding us, while still letting us solve the puzzles. I liked how it is also beginner friendly! This was my first time doing an escape room. This place was a blast. 10/10 reccomend. And Hugh is a cool guy!

We go to an escape room on almost every family trip around the country. Our first time at Lockbox Escape Room. We went to the one in Plantation. Tara greeted us and took great care of us. She was a pleasure to chat with.The Order of the Illusionists room was great. Among the best weve ever been to. Great set, great clues.Wed definitely go back and try other rooms.

Gregory is an awesome host! He made our experience fun and exciting. Cool atmosphere with challenge after challenge. We did the CIA challenge with kids ranging from 11 to 3 and everyone was completely into it. Definitely recommend this location. Dont forget to ask for Gregory!!!

It was so much fun trying to figure out the clues. Gregory was a great host. The pace was fast and exciting as new answers opened more and more locks until finally the last door opened. Cant wait to try another room with Gregory as our Clue Master.

This was my first experience and it was amazing! Charlie is a great guy who took the time to talk to us and explain his ideas and how he got this experience started. And although my last one at this location meeting Alex was a pleasure, kept the experience fun and helped out when needed. Went to Lockbox Escape Room in Plantation for a team building activity and had so much fun. The these was interesting and clues encouraged team work. Ross was great with providing us direction and interacting with our group.

We went for my son’s 14th birthday. The lady at the front was super friendly and helpful. The clues were somewhat difficult but the facilitator helped us along to escape in the nick of time. Lots of fun! Would definitely recommend.

Katie was amazing!!! It was my girlfriend and I’s first ever escape room and she made it an AMAZING experience! Very informative and helpful, it truly made our first time memorable. After we escaped with 9 seconds left to spare, she came in and talked with us for 20 minutes. She explained about other rooms in the area, her favorites, and any questions we had were answered. I just went with my family to do the Order of Illusionist escape room. It was super fun and thrilling. Ross was our game master coordinator and he helped clear up any questions we had and made sure we had a bunch of fun! Highly recommend this escape room!

We did the double crossed room which was so different from any other room I have done at lockbox davie and plantation. It was a lot of fun, a bit challenging, and had really cool features that I haven’t seen at many south Florida escape rooms, including starting in 2 different rooms which is something I have been wanted to do. They are open right now, but if you are planning on going in the near future I recommend bringing gloves as the only sanitation they have is hand sanitizer.

We went as a family group and had a great time! Gregory was amazing, helping us with clues, but not giving too much away. We could tell he really enjoys his job! We hope to see him again on our next trip!

My partner and I played Timeline last night and the experience was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Getting through the entire thing is extremely difficult with just two people in less than 60 minutes, but its not impossible. Locke, the host of the game made us feel more than welcome. We appreciate him!

We got out with 10 minutes to spare. Katie was nice and helpful without giving away too much information. When we asked for help, she told us we were on the right track and to look again in the area we were stuck. We have completed most of the rooms and cant wait for them to change them so we can come back.

I had never done anything like an escape room before. It was quite challenging to say the least. It is more fun to go as a group as the ability to multitask the problem increases the chances of getting out successfully.The location is comfortable and the staff are friendly. There are even a few puzzles and games to play with while you wait for other members of your group or while your escape room is being prepared. All in all, its a different experience and worth a try is youre looking for something different to do with friends.

This Escape Room is Solid!!Ive been to several Escape Room locations and this one was challenging and fun with a lot of varieties in puzzles. There are locations that have simple puzzles and locks as their main solutions, but this place definitely layered in a variety of mechanisms to solve things and to find things!I would highly recommend this location for beginners since their policy is to give as many hints as you would like, and every hint simply adds a set amount of time for completion on their leaderboards.When we completed the room with give minutes to spare they have us discounts for the next time as well!!Its always awesome to find a location that has a great story to go along with the solutions that tie into a central theme as well.We had half the team as beginners, with two of us being experienced, so thats location hooked the rest of the team to keep coming back in the future. We definitely will be coming back!!
