This place is pretty cool for kids that arent very aggressive. Its basically three huge bounce houses and one smaller for younger kids. It is cool that they let parents go in with the kids for assistance . You do have to take off your shoes and walk around with your socks so please wash your feet and wear clean socks or you will leave a trail where the kids can follow you and make fun of you.

Great place. fairly new so its still clean! (like other reviewers said). wasnt too full and this was on a weekend, with a birthday party there. staff were all nice and friendly. we had a great time! laser tag was fun.

If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. We closed down the location for 3 hours for my son’s 6th birthday today. The staff was absolutely amazing! The vendor I hired for decorations left me stranded (they notified me they weren’t going to make it 5 minutes before the start of the party) and this place was able to supply me with table mats, balloons and a birthday sign. I cannot begin to express my gratitude. The food they served was delicious and everyone there was so kind and helpful. The kids had a blast! The bounce houses, playground, laser tag, and games were so great. My son said it was “the best birthday ever.” I HIGHLY recommend this location for your child’s next party or even just for fun.

Overall the place is pretty cool. Its small enough that you can spot your kids most of the time. This afternoon there it got very crowded and some kids were playing very rough. I think there should be more staff watching over the safety of the kids. Another thing that Ive noticed was missing security at front entrance. There are no gates, bracelets, no ultraviolet numbers and nobody that would stop your kid from running outside.They have a little cafeteria but I didnt try any food so cant say if its good or not.

This place just needs an upgrade.Some of their bouncy houses are torn (and have patches on them (and I am guessing) that this is why some of the bounce houses do not feel sturdy. It needs more lighting or maybe a paint job that lightens it up a bit. Customer service is good.

This place is great! My son loves to come here and play all day. The owners and fantastic treat you like family. The employees are kind, helpful, and for birthday parties they are organized, clean have everything under control so you don’t have to do anything! I recommend 100%

My three-year old had a fantastic time at Laser Jump. With its giant bounce houses, video games, and multi-level play structure, Laser Jump has far more to offer than any ordinary playground. Cost is very reasonable. We will definitely go back again and again!

My kids had a blast last Saturday. The place is super organized, full of toys and games for all ages and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely come back for more sinxe my 3 yr old doesnt stop asking to go back to the bouncing houses!The recepcionists were very nice and took the time to explain all details about the place. A must go for little kids.

I booked a party for 16 children and only 12 arrived, they charged me for the other 4 but the person who helped me to book never told me about that policy, the waitress gave a good service, a lot of dust and needs more cleaning. I did not like! very expensive for what they offer in the party package

Awww man, what a blast!!! Came almost 2 hours before closing and my children were practically alone which was peaceful and anxiety free LOL. We had a really great time! Those looking for field trip ideas should definitely book a trip to laser jump!I brought my school here for a field trip today. Johnathan was so very kind and helpful the entire time! My classes enjoyed every minute of the arcade and had a blast with the laser tag. Very professional, very tidy and kind helpful staff. Five out of five!

The kids had an amazing time and didnt want to leave. Nothing was broken. Laser tag was great, too. I loved that they had glove guns for the little kids. I just wish the food options were better. We probably would have stayed longer.

Place was super busy during the weekend. Nice selection of bounce houses and good opportunities for the children to climb through some challenging obstacles. The nicest person there was Henry. He is so good with children, funny, friendly, enthusiastic about his job, helpful, and one of the reasons we will go back to Laser Jump. Henry is an asset to your business. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal when some of the machines did not give out tickets after a winning game.

Run by a super nice family. This is a great place for younger kids to run around and play a few games. My 3 year old had a wonderful time here with his friends and didnt want to leave!

Ive visited Laser Jump a few times and celebrated my daughters birthday there this year. The staff is very friendly, everything is provided and of good quality and great price! The facilities are well maintained and very clean. I recommend.

Weve had three birthday parties at Laser Jump and continue to be thrilled with the results! The younger kids love the clean bounce house area. The older ones enjoyed both the indoor playground and the laser tag. There is something for everyone.Staff has always been friendly and attentive. We asked that more bottled water be served as it was consumed by our guests and there were always cold bottles on the table.Weve been to many kids birthday party locations, but Laser Jump excels with a clean facility and a helpful, smiling staff.

Clean, one of the best indoor playgrounds Ive been to. One way in, one way out. Easy to keep track of your kids. Fun for all ages, this one is the only one Ive been to that has a variety for all groups. Not just bounce houses for bigger kids.

Kids had fun, but this place is just a huge liability waiting to happen. Theres no wristband or stamp system to make sure someone else isnt leaving with your kids. Half the place isnt even visible from the sitting area and the place that isnt visible is by the entrance/exit. Theres is nothing keeping your kids from just walking or being taken out the front doors.Its one thing if youre one of 2 or 3 families there, but if this place is a madhouse on the weekends? You cant even take 1 minute to go to the bathroom if theres nobody else with you to help watch your kids for a minute or two.

Bounce houses nice, and climbing structure good. Felt kids are generally safe. Felt a bit concerned about children possibly wondering out if not closely supervised (should add a control gate to be operated by counter staff near front door). Food options can be improved.

Laser Jump is such an awesome place. My kids absolutely love it and spend hours there each week. They have a drop-off option which allows me to get some work done while they play and exercise. They have an amazing cafe with dishes like ceviche - so there are healthy options too. You cannot beat the central location and convenient hours. This establishment is family run so you get treated like a valuable customer. Amazing parties with lots to do. 5 star!!!!

The place is clean, well supervised and just a great place for kids to play. They have 2 huge inflated play areas, 1 smaller inflated area for smaller children and a huge climbable gym. Also a small little toddler area with a few things for them to crawl on. My daughter is 2 and we spent 2 hours there and I can assure you she slept great that night! Also there 3 month pass is a great option!

I was so surprised to see such a old jump houses...they have holles and some parts of jump house dont even hold air...girl on the front was very very nice...but nobody was present in open play area...lately I realized it supposed to be 2 boys which played on the phone near cafeteria...

Its a decent indoor climbing facility for kids. Wish there were some inflatable slides though and a safety gate would be nice. It sits on a corner so you cant see your child universally from any spot.

Great place to get your kids energy out. They have inflatables and a big play structure. Its great to have the different options. Party rooms are nice and big and staff is very friendly.

Negatives: The people that work there are not overly friendly.. the baby play area, needs to be sectioned off a little more, because big kids are running around all over the place.. Great place, didnt do the laser, just the bounce houses/play area. Kids had a blast running and playing. Hugh two story bounce houses with slides. Also a few reclining chairs/couch for the adults (hope they get more of those) Ended up having to buy some extra drinks, kids running and jumping so much. Staff was courteous and accommodating. The catering prices outside of what comes with the packages seemed a little high ($6 for a case of water). Overall standard package prices were reasonable.

Great place to have your kids birthday party. I had my sons and daughters party here and the kids loved the place so much they did not want to leave. Unlike other places, Laser Jump will let your group stay to play in their playground after your party is over.

The place is great if you visit on an off day. If you come they are busy, they lack the staff or commitment to ensure the kids stay safe. This afternoon the place was full of kids. On their biggest inflatable there were up to six boisterous kids climbing and sliding at the same time, when there should only one permitted at a time. I came to give my son a fun time, not a spinal fracture! Very disappointed with a team that doesnt prioritize our childrens safety.

Nice place for a kid to run around, not a lot of room for adults to seat, on Sunday when you with a kid and trying to relax also they have metal chairs next to small cafe( not comfortable) and one sofa in front. But overall for a kid is a cool place.

Always clean and safe. The kids love it. As parents we also find its not overwhelmingly large and feel our children are easy to watch vs other larger more volumous locations. Always happy and family oriented.

I personally dont like it. First of all there is no supervision or some kind of safety tools to make sure the kids are inside and not leaving in the front entrance, so yes even thou I understand that parents have to supervise their kids, as a parent you need some kind of a moment to breath and let your bones rest. Second of all its small causing the limitations of bouncy houses. Third of all there is no staff supervision on the toddler area. I saw big kids going over the toddlers area and bumped one of the toddler more then one time. They need to close the toddler area with a gate and have a staff watching and keeping the big kids away from that area.One good thing is the laser room. I noticed they do have it organized and it was fun for all type of ages.

I had my daughters birthday last week and it was fantastic. All the kids really enjoy laser tag even the small ones.

It. Was. Okay.... our party assistant, Monica, was great. Very nice and helpful. And the place was ... fine. But this was my second party there. My first was when it was Pump it Up and that party was smoother. Also, Laser Jump should be sure to really build the price of the party into their pricing. Instead, I paid over $600 for the party for 16 kids and I was still nickeled and dimed on things like additional soda. The kids are running around and getting hot and I was not able to get a pitcher of water for them. The place has an arcade, but tokens are not part of the party package so we spent an additional $50 on tokens so that the kids could play the games that are in the same room with the bouncers. We ordered a house salad, but they gave us Caesar. They used to have really good pizza from a local Italian restaurant. Today, we were served hungry howies (not as good) and charged $16/pizza. So, it was fine. Just less good than it could have been. They will probably work through some of these issues and make it better. The kids enjoyed the laser tag (3 games of 5 minutes each) included in the party.
