We used 84 West events to create a virtual graduation for our school during the Covid-19 pandemic and I must say that they exceeded our expectations. From the first conversation to us receiving the end product, their staff was excellent and responsive to all of our needs and concerns. We are very happy with our experience with them.

We celebrated our daughter’s Quinces here and everything was beautiful, well coordinated and fun. The DJ and MC were simply amazing! They accommodated all of my daughter’s song requests, were very creative with the games and kept everyone on the dance floor. The customer service was outstanding from the first phone call I ever made to ask for appointment til the party was over. My party had 90 guests and the room was perfect for this amount of people. I highly recommend this venue

Nancy Pool is the best! She designed and managed our son’s bar-mitzvah weekend (Thursday morning through Sunday afternoon). She was meticulous and attentive to every detail from working with the caterer, to assuring the decorations, including flowers, were masculine and to my son’s liking. She kept us on target with respect to deadlines, and she enlisted top professionals on our behalf. She made our son’s bar-mitzvah weekend an effortless joy! Thank you Nancy!!

Last weekend we attended a Bat Mitzvah and 84 West provided the entertainment. MC Tori and her crew were incredible! The kids (and adults) were very entertained throughout the day and had an awesome party! Very well organized!

I hired 84 West for my sons Bar Mitzvah last month. I was so happy to find a company that took care of the photography, videography, dj, mc, dancers and photo booth! Victoria, the photographer was adorable and fantastic, our videographer made sure he captured all of the service with different cameras and microphones (so important since there was no still photography during the service). Jeff and company kept all the kids (and adults) super entertained during the whole party! They were great with my music requests and making a quick change when I asked. If I ever have another event to plan I would certainly hire 84 West as well as recommend them! Thanks for helping to make Ms Bar Mitzvah amazing!

I highly recommend 84 West Events. From beginning to end, they were fabulous to work with!The event coordinator created the Bat Mitzvah party of my daughter’s dreams. They designed the perfect logo and the centerpieces were incredible. One of our guests commented that he’d been to dozens of Bat Mitzvah parties and my daughter’s party was by far the best.Our DJ was fantastic and our MC was so talented, she blew me away. She engaged all the guests and kept everyone entertained for hours. I just got our photos and they captured everything from that day.My daughter said it was the best night of her life. Nancy was wonderful at replying to me and very patient whilst we were finalising all the details of the event. Chris and Tyler who were there to set up our green screen and took the photos during the event dealt with all our guests in a wonderful manor and the photos came out top quality. Went to Bar Mitzvah at yhis venue with a nightclub theme. Its in a strip mall so I was not expecting what was behind the door. Decor was gorgeous, the staff amazing and DJ fantastic.

Great space, with awesome lighting and sound system. The room is ready to go with decor and tables and chairs. The staff is helpful and goes out of their way to make your event special. Everyone had a great time!

I hired 84 West as the primary vendor for my wedding - they did my flowers, photography, and DJ services. Lisa Pierce was my event producer and primary contact for the company, and working with her was a pleasure - she was prompt to answer emails and addressed my concerns. I planned my wedding from far out of town as well, and 84 West made it really easy. They did my flowers and they were absolutely GORGEOUS. I cannot recommend Debbbi enough, she was such a pleasure to work with and her talent and passion really shows in her final product! My guests all complimented me on the beautiful arrangements and vibrant colors, and I continue to smile at them when I see them in pictures! Speaking of pictures, Tony was my photographer and my pictures turned out wonderful. My husband and I were happy with them. Finally, DJ Mike did a fantastic job of hosting my reception all night - he played great music and my guests were out on the dance floor the whole time! I recommend 84 West if you want your wedding to go smoothly and be extremely enjoyable for your guests.

Today (less than 24 hours ago) was our wedding and i have to get this down. Our wedding was amazing. We had Adam as our DJ and Christian as our photographer. I’ll break my review down into 3 parts: Adam, Christian and 84 West Events.Adam- were there a couple technical snafus? Sure. But with technology there is always bound to be some. We rolled with it- no biggie. Adam is AWESOME. we have some really tough last names to pronounce and he nailed it. Were all the songs on our list played? I can only think of two (?) we may have missed. The whole wedding we got about 6 bites of food because we were dancing the whole time! In fact just about every guest said this was the best wedding they’d been to! (even the venue!) Adam was so communicative with us the whole day and so kind-even calming me down and telling me to breath right before the ceremony when he could tell i was getting nervous. What DJ is that awesome? Adam. He read the room and had us all dancing the whole time. We had a brunch wedding and my mom was worried everyone wouldn’t dance- boy was she wrong! He was great. We could not have asked for better.Christian - amazing. I used to be a wedding photographer and to say I’m Type A is an understatement. I had a “day of”’timeline and gave it to christian 2 weeks before the wedding and he threw it out and i almost had a heart attack. LOL But the day of? I had ZERO worries. He was accommodating, quick, captured everything, easy going, adaptable, passionate about his work, made me feel at ease and i know he got great shots bc he showed me some raw from his camera. And he was above and beyond flexible with us! I’m so happy we have him has our photographer. I could enjoy my wedding without one worry! Thank you christian for that gift. You can’t imagine what it means (or maybe you can!) I can’t wait to see the final images.84 West events- if i could give the company a different star rating i would but could never do that to Adam and christian. I first booked 84 West because of Lisa pierce. She left the company sometime during my engagement. When it came down to the wire i could NOT get ahold of them. I was pretty chillax about most of this wedding as I’ve photographed so many, i knew the drill. But they made me feel like bridezilla. I had to chase them down over and over with email and voicemail and practically beg for them to set up a meeting. They asked me to update the online forms after our meeting and never gave them to Adam so i had to tell Adam again on the fly. Why did i waste an hour painstakingly updating details for a form that went nowhere? (Thank god Adam is a pro). In the middle of all this i get an automated email stating my final payment is due but i can’t even get ahold of them to set up a time to pay them! Omg it was the biggest headache. Being a vendor myself- bad taste.Adam and christian- once you start your own wedding duo company- hit me up and let me know how i can help promote it. Thanks again guys. You MADE our day. I would highly recommend working with this company for any and all events! Lisa in the office is phenomenal - like makes life better! Christian was our photographer and he’s got the best personality and really captures the happiness and love, Paul was awesome and really walks you through how the video process happens - camera shy so that was a huge plus! Adam covered all the songs we wanted and made sure we didn’t hear the ones we didn’t - kept the crowd dancing and the party didn’t end til the lights turned on haha

We used Partytime DJs for our daughters Bat Mitzvah. What a great, easy company to work with. Putting together a big event like this is so stressful, but Jeff @ Partytime and their staff worked along side of us to help make the entire process painless and smooth.Even though we submitted the song playlist the day before, they got in ALL the songs we (the parents and our daughter) wanted, did a spectacular job keeping the party hopping all night and created a great, cheerful party atmosphere the entire night. We had a tough time kicking people out at the end... It was one of those events where no one wanted to leave.Partytime DJs just rocked the party.I highly recommend this company for any celebrations, parties, events, etc. Very professional and theyre certainly at the top of their game!Thank youDr. Todd Narson
