Well worth the trip just to see the memorabilia. Unless you have a very esoteric taste in music, they will have some instrument or costume from one of your favorite bands someplace on the property. While the Hard Rock in Orlando is the largest one this is the newest and spiffiest one.

Very nice and elegant Hotel, theres a mall inside where you can shop, fine dining. clubs, bar and casino. Its a very good place to hang out, meet your friends, lots of things to do.

The things they have done to keep us safe from COVID-19 are great. They are always cleaning, plexiglass separates the players.The stores are a tad pricey, but its a casino not Walmart.They have their own perfume and cologne, they both smell amazing!!! The waterfalls are cute... the pool is very nice! We will definitely be back!

This was my 1st time here at this casino. Man it was an amazing experience. I really liked the atmosphere and the fountain located in the guitar tower. I ate at the Hard Rock Cafe restaurant and had the salmon. The runner chef even went out of his way and brought me some side dipping for the salmon, Delicious. Played mostly slot machines and did great.. in the end I lost but I dont care it was fun. The pool was incredible, Ive never seen nothing like it before. I really enjoyed listening to music while under water. Lol. I cant wait to return again after receiving my (up to) $200 in free slot play for new members. Thanks for such great memories..

One of the best places I’ve ever been

First experience at the new hotel was amazing.Customer service is very good and helpful.Reuven,from pool area( not sure,but I think he is one of the managers the way he Responded) was very nice going the extra mile For us.he made sure we get our food and drinks right away as our order was not completed correctly due to misunderstanding.The next day,Shelby, a waitress from the pool restaurant was very patient and nice,provided our order fast and clean.Thank you.

Visited on August 22, 2020. Good amount of machines. Quite busy on a Saturday (even during corona times). Reservations are required ahead of time for most restaurants. The kitchen and deli has a minimum of 15 min wait time for a table, if youre dining in. Although, it says tables are sanitized, I did see some crumbs left on our table at the Kitchen and Deli. There are plenty of hand sanitizing stations. All in all, nice place to come out and spend the night in.

Expensive, but this place is absolutely amazing! I really love what they have done with the place. I have been going here since I was a child and it just gets more amazing. This place is so so beautiful we had a great time! The people who work here are very helpful!

This past week we had the privilege of staying at the Hard Rock Hotel North Tower and I feel like I had to write something about it. We had intentions of staying in the guitar portion but made a booking mistake and just stayed in the north tower which is the older part of the hotel. There were some hesitations in staying especially with the rising cases of the coronavirus, but we figured we’d go ahead and just give it a shot. Plus my daughter was looking forward to the pool.We were so surprised at how clean and beautiful the hotel is. Though we stayed in the older section, it didn’t feel like that at all. The room and bathroom was spacious. I especially loved the temperature dials in the shower .The public areas, like the pool and restaurants, were regularly sanitized. I’m not saying that just to say it; I consistently saw staff come by spraying and sanitizing surfaces which made us feel very comfortable. There were hand sanitizer stations EVERYWHERE! I think my 3 year old sanitized her hands every 5 minutes.We especially loved the Guitar Light Show. There were two showings but we only watched one from the viewing station. We enjoyed the lights and even danced by the pool towards the end.We didn’t eat at any of the restaurants but we did grab coffee and breakfast from the Constant Grind. Their coffee was pretty amazing! The breakfast sandwiches and wraps were decently priced and very tasty. I was also impressed by the packaging! Everything was put in plastic to-go containers and bagged so nicely.I don’t write comments about experiences often but I felt this warranted one. With everything that’s going on with the coronavirus, this short staycation was well worth it! There weren’t many guests at the hotel so social distancing was very easy and just the cleanliness itself was very impressive. I recommend visiting!!Ps. I don’t gamble so I can’t say much about the casino but it looked pretty empty to me . It also didnt smell like smoke which was pretty surprising!

Awesome place to visit for a day or spend the night if u live locally. Really cool rock and roll memorabilia throughout the entire hotel and casino. The cigarette smell is horrible but they do give u an option to gamble upstairs with no smoking. Had a lot of fun playing the roulette machines which are almost as good as live spinner. Definitely easier to manage. Live blackjack using chips and a dealer and games like 3 card poker the same. Rise diner is really good food. Outside pool bar is awesome with really good food too. Had a Louie salad with blackened mahi. Very good. Great time and great place for fun and can’t wait to try the oak restaurant next time

Nice place. Not overly smokey the times I visited. I stayed in the oasis tower and the hard rock hotel tower. Neither had fitted sheets on the bed ( just a flat sheet with no elastic to cover mattress) so Id wake up to bare mattress. Other than that, no complaints.

A co-worker and myself were trying to find a quick bite to eat. We were in the area and wanted to see the casino so we said why not. Great choice. We actually ended up at the buffet and it was spectacular.PRO TIP: grab a players card to get an additional $5 off your buffet.The casino itself was very nice as well. We were there on a Thursday afternoon and there was a nice size crowd. Couldn’t hit the tables this time due to work, but would like to come back again on vacation.

This hotel is very beautiful and I love staying here. The rooms are very clean, bed is so comfortable, and the shower makes you feel like you are at a spa. Just awesome !! The team-members are very friendly and professional, they do cater to your needs. I live in Miami, but everytime I stay at this hotel, I actually feel like I am in Las Vegas. You will have no regrets staying at the Guitar Hotel.

The Guitar Hotel was fabulous. This was my first visit. I went with a friend and her daughter who was celebrating her birthday. We had a great time. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant Bea. I highly recommend visiting The Guitar Hotel at least to take tour. There plenty of nice places to eat. You dont have to gamble. Its really something to see!

Pleasantly surprised at this upscale environment. Hard Rock Restaurant was delicious. Casino was bright and fun. Would have been more fun with a jackpot :-) Great date place even if your not into games of chance. I look forward to sampling other dining establishments located here.

Was renewed not long ago. Very good hotel and casino area. We came down to the slot machines and my mom actually won about 40 dollars. Many choices for food and many bars all around the place as well. Definitely worth a visit

Had a great time at the Casino. I recommend self parking because it’s free and a great way to save $20. The casino has plenty of collector edition guitars that were once owned by some of the world’s favourite artists.You’ve a got a variety of card games like Poker, Black Jack, and more. The Slot machines are endless and you have a high roller section. We came out with a $30 profit after playing for 2 hours. Architecture is like nothing I’ve ever seen and it’s quite impressive.

I love this place it is very gorgeous. Of course I didnt win anything here like always but I can say sometimes people do win here probably not that often even for me when I play in high limits. I dont know who makes the Crystals stars and black diamond but it seems to me they always on the take. I gave it a 4stars because of the shopping, food and entertainment

The guitar hotel is amazing! Very busy and plenty of restaurants, sweets and bars. A number of pools to choose from. The room was very cute and we had 15 people checking it out, no problem all fit. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Poolside food offered. Of course plenty of gambling. Concert going on the same day but plenty of other things to do and see. Well worth a visit/stay.

First time there and i have to say its stunning. Stores to shop at and some nice backgrounds for picture taking. Only down fall was no liquor after 11pm but overall a good time

You can never go wrong with Hard Rock hotel and Casino. The room we got is pretty nice. Looks like new and clean. There are so many restaurant that you can go to and eat. They have bars if you want to have some drink. And of course the casino if you like to gamble a few bucks. The new guitar extension is of course is better. The lobby is so nice with the water falls in the middle. A complementary night and we surely gonna try it again.

Nice place to visit if your a average person.Guess it would be a nice place to stay but thats if you are rich.Also dont go there to shop. Everything is outrageously priced!The prices are about 6 times what you would pay at a mall.

Definitely overrated and expensive. At least with the way it was setup before, you had more options to shop and eat. Now there are limited shops and restaurants and everything is pretty much if your rich. The decor is really nice, I will say that but, your wallet doesnt care about the decor

I always have the best time coming to Hard Rock Casino with my friends. The guitar is iconic, watching it light up at night is so intriguing. We love coming to grab a bite to eat and mingle over drinks. The bartenders are super nice and efficient. We visit Bōl for Asian Cuisine and Hard Rock Cafe for American classics.

Fun and energetic ambiance, if gambling is your thing then this is the place to do it.

Roullete mechanical wheel here is rigged! Ball lands very strange at times. It lets you win a little on the small bets. And never lands on your large bets.As soon as you get off the table all your numbers lands constantly! It’s rigged. Go play a live wheel elsewhere if you want to win. On top of losing thousands every trip you get nothing on comps.Slots aren’t much better. I only play high limit slots and I rarely take anything home. I should have hit a jackpot for 10k to 50k with the money I’ve spent at Seminole casinos. I’ve spent 1.5 million at Seminole casinos last several years and absolutely nothing. I do better at the Isles high limit slots. Not a fun casino anymore.Recently started going to Tampa. People seem to win a lot more there in high limit slots. But their Roullete is just as bad to win on. Table games seem to be better. There’s no computer to control your outcome.9898873

First time staying at Guitar Hotel. Just stunning from decor to pool area to grounds. Entire staff is exceptional and super friendly! Restaurants were delicious and casino layout is great. Water fountain light show was very cool. Heading back for Bret Michaels Dec 13.

The new remodeling looks amazing there is a lot of Instagramable areas for pictures. The waterfall in the center is my absolute favorite part of the experience. The outdoor area is beautiful as well but at the time was close to the public. The one thing I really wish they would change is the amount of smoke in areas there are in the casino. When you go into the casino area it is filled with smoke. There are very little non smoking areas. The good part is the parking is free and the place is open 24/7.

A great alternative to Atlantic City and las Vegas. Classy and spacious with good variety of restaurants. Guitar hotel is spectacular, with well appointed rooms and fabulous views. The only complaint is the annoying noise of the humming air conditioner at night. Highly recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

Hard rock casino is a very entertaining environment from the moment you pull up. Inside are several gaming experiences to keep you busy and plenty of memorabilia everywhere to enhance your pop knowledge. Theres a good foodbar and shops + entertainment/clubs to keep you wanting more....

Really awesome place, loved all of the things I got to see. The only bad part was the smoke, it was so bad it was hard to breathe, but other then that it was a really cool casino and hotel.

The familiar din rings in your ear as soon as you walk in transporting far away to the Vegqs strip. I was there for a recent concert and it was enjoyable. The space is clean and new, well air-conditioned but not overly so. Its huge and you must learn to navigate your way around just like all the others but the digital displays inside definitely help. The hotel is beautiful; one grand guitar standing tall in the the black night. Black jack, slots, roulette, craps its all there with an accommodating event space and food court to boot. Not a bad evening to be spent. A little bit of Vegas right in South Florida.

Great evening! Harland is one funny dude. Spontaneous and quick with his humour. Great interaction with his audience. Venue was great. Service was also friendly and timely. Come at least 30 min before showtime which will give you time to find parking and get to the Comedy Club which is way back in the casino. Wish I could have taken pics but that was not allowed.

There is lots to see and do. The food was really good, just be patient. The lines were pretty long but they moved fairly quickly. I went there on Christmas evening, that may also account for the crowd that was there.

Right now i am sitting in the room. Unable to go anywhere due to waiting for a hotel service rep. Because there is no shower curtain in the bathroon. We are on call # 6 since last night and were told 15 minutes each time. Also even though there is an ice bucket no ice exists.

The Hollywood hard rock casino and hotel opened more than ten years ago and it is about to open a fantastic guitar tower soon.The casino has everything you need to entertain yourself. Slot machines, blackjack, poker, roulette, and many more gamble attractions.The reason why I give four star review is because smoking is allow inside. No smoking should be the right way for all the guest. No exceptions. They hopefully have a non smoking room for those who do not want to smoke passively.Concerts, shows, restaurants, hotel, and much more is waiting for you.

First impression the guard at the door was very condescending and rude, could not give us direction of the restaurant we wanted to go and put a face as if we were talking in an strange language because he could not understand our accent even though when we were speak clear english. Horrible experience from the start. They really need to put friendly personal at the doors by the valet parking. For all the money they charge the experience was from a bottom motel horrible that guy should not be working at the door mistreating the foreign guests.

It was my first time at this Hard Rock Casino and it was very nice inside. You cant imagine how much construction is going on there. It will probably be more than twice the original size. Besides having a great time seeing the Steve Miller Band show, I left with a few more dollars than I came with.

Not the same experience with the new COVID guidelines BUT still a great place to have fun, gambling a little bit and get a drink.

This review is related to the Retail Promenade.The old Hard Rock Shopping area was fun with lots of medium priced vendors. Some of the carts in the center had lots of small gift items. The New Hard Rock shopping has everything is so over-priced. Sorry Hard Rock, but not everyone who goes there is a high-roller. (At least Sharper Image is reasonable).

I had a room there last night and after I got to my room I didnt like the ppl next to me they were loud. I went to the front desk try to change location or possibly pay for a upgrade of rooms. And was told I could not change location or get a upgrade with the price of 204$ that I had already payed took off n if I wanted to change loction I had to pay another 204$. I truly had a bad time first time at a casino. After last night think twice about if u want to stay here staff was not that accommodating.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a Hotel. The place it’s beautiful but has the worst service ever. We stayed for 4th of July weekend. Before we got there, the Hotel overcharged me three times the deposit, when we arrived the front desk guy, told us that one of those charges would be taken to the total of the rate. We asked for ice to the room and they never sent the bucket with ice. At the pool we wait 2 hours to get our drinks. I made the complaint and the Front Desk Manager told us they will reimburse the resort fee but they didn’t. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Big casino with all you expect to find there: slot machines, poker room, high stakes section, bars and restaurants, some serving at your table, some buffet style. There is a theater which has big names coming to sing or do their comedy stints. Tickets are available online.Many restrooms. Small shopping center with a dozen stores and the Casinos own souvenir shop. Ample multi level free parking lot, Valet service is also offered.

Definitely a place to go there is a lot to do in there many restaurants, pool, the concert area, many stores to shop, spa, bungalows with an artificial private lagoon, nightclubs, longes not even counting the Casino which they add more slot machines and renovate! We gain another nice spot to go.

I did a birthday surprise for hubby and everything was great. He enjoy his self. The rooms are really nice and clean.We got drinks at the bar across from the Oaks restaurant and they had pretty good customer service, I just think they should have a greeter who are able to seat people and waitress who are more attentive and not trying to take on some many customers, which have them waiting for service and drinks. We went to the Oaks restaurant and everything started out good we had reservations, I checked in with the host and we waited to be seat but she seated someone before us and I asked and she got rude and told me well if you need to know right there I wanted the manager and we spoke with her and the manager was great no problems she totally understand. But we still left and didnt eat because its the principles. Moving forward, the spa is AMAZING The service and customer service is awesome no complaints I highly recommend to get a massage if you go here. Overall I would come back.

Wonderful experience !!! I cant thank the Hardrock enough for the 5 star experience during my stay based on the cleaning. Now the casino attendant was a bit overbearing. My first night, I was standing behind my boyfriend almost the entire night while he played the tables. The second night felt totally harassed all night. At first it was okay, then it became a problem. Dont pick and choose who to inforce the rules too if there are even any.Stanley the dealer was amazing all night!!! Thank you for being patience with a first timer.
