Heres the thing. And yes ill be that karren!- but as much as I love to jump here and so on forth. This is also a family friendly environment. YOU NEED to make a rule about clothing that reveals too much or with potential exposure. Couple gals (customers and also nice as can be) were running around and both of their chest popped out their low cut shirts. 1 of which is a minor. Require fully clothed top and if they cannot provide they can purchase a shirt from your clothing line.. Other than that everything else is.

Liked that there is toddler time and really no one was there. Got to go all over the place. Daughter had fun on her birthday. Will go again sometime.

I will never spend money with this company again! I have called cooperate for months lefts messages with no returned phone call, email ! I booked a party in Davenport in April if 2020 of course Covid was a thing everything closed ! A message came that when state regulations came down for things to open parties would be rescheduled! Then they closed the Davenport location over the summer ! I have not been refunded my money that I paid for the party ! Every time I call they tell me they will have someone call me ! No one ever does ! Shame on this company for the lack of follow thru !

Its a great place to go to get exercise and just have fun. I went with a small group and it was really fun. Ive also gone with a small preschool group that her mom was her teacher and me and two other people came and it was really fun. My favorite thing there is probably either the extreme wipe out or the foam pit

I’ve only been here for toddler time with my nanny kids, and it’s great! You have to watch your children (I know crazy right?) because sometimes other kids can get rough. My only complaint is sometimes the music isn’t appropriate for toddler jump. I enjoy the music but the 2 year old doesn’t need to hear it at a time specific for children. Decent staff for what it’s worth, fairly clean, great toddler jump prices.

Great place for the whole family! Lots of different activities to participate in. They have a place you can have parties. They have pizzas, snacks and drinks for purchase. They also have several benches and tvs and a few massage chairs.

Dont take your kids here for a birthday the staff is very unprofessional, we were single out. Paid over $250 for a birthday party package and we were the only ones that did not receive our pizza so we had a bunch of hungry kids and angry parents.

It was fun for the kids, they were disappointed we didnt stay longer. The only thing I saw that they need to improve is their rock wall. There is broken steps that moved when son tried to climb on them and some missing from wall all together.

I mean, honestly this place is garbage. The staff dont even care and they are jumping during their shift. Vans girl is on her phone looking like shes about to sleep, and manager is wearing sandals and shouting out loud like hes a maniac. This place is insane! It is so small and there are barely any trampolines.IF YOU CAN, BYPASS THIS PLACE AND GO TO HELIUM *MUCH BETTER (BIGGER, MORE THINGS, AND BETTER STAFF)*Half the stuff was broken. On the basketball hoops there were only two and only one worked but had duck tape over it. The button press thing doesnt even work, and staff dont really care about anything. Everything is falling apart and TEAM ALTITUDE should be renamed TEAM I DONT CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO.DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY.FOR SNACKS THERE ARE CANDY, CHIPS, CRACKERS, AND FRUIT SNACKS.THEIR PIZZA IS FROM PAPA JOHNS BY THE WAY. THEY BAY $28 FOR 5 PIZZAS AND CHARGE YOU 20 BUCKS EACH.YOURE WELCOME.

It was fun. There were a lot of little kids just laying in the foam puts so you couldnt do some of the games. Also two of their bigger attractions were down, Im assuming for repair. Otherwise it was fun.

My son had a blast here. I dropped him off for a birthday party. When I came to pick him up, of course he didnt want to leave. But kept asking when can we go back. Looked super fun to me also. Kinda wished I had stayed and played myself

My kids love this place, very nice we have one in the area. I think the price is pretty fair. Only gripe I have is that there is nothing for adults to do while we sit and watch kids and the tables are not very comfortable if you have to sit there for a few hours. A more comfortable seating area or some TVs would be a nice addition. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Kids love it. Concession stand is lacking in the food department. Usually enough seating for adults that arent participating. If its your first time there,you may have a bit of a wait, because you have to use one of two computers to enter in adult and child information. Took an extra 15 minutes the first time. After that its fast to get going.

My first time there, got so sweaty within 10 minutes!! Had a blast. Wished the stuff from the balls in the ball pit didnt stick to the socks. (FYI- you have to buy socks in order to jump)

I reccomend Altitude for older children but, I would advise parents to think twice about brining toddlers and babies this time of year. We recently attended a birthday party and my children had the time of their lives but, after visiting Altitude my daughter, who is almost 2, was diagnosed with RSV. I did not consider the possibility that she could be exposed and I should have. Im writing this review with the hope that other parents with small children will hold off on bringing them to prevent these little ones from catching this terrible virus. I also hope that parents who have children of any age who have been sick or are sick will hold off on visiting the park. I saw many babys and toddlers while we were there. Had someone warned me I would not have gone. RSV has put several children in the hospital and its not something to take lightly.

I was under the impression that altitude made the pizza themselves. So I was definitely surprised to find out the pizza was delivered by papa johns. Another suprise was finding out that even if i scheduled a party. I would have to pay 2 dollars for every pop my party guests needed. I was not allowed to move any tables for my guests aswell. So space was extremely limited. Despite these grownup problems The kids did seem to have a great time.

A very busy and crowded trampoline park on a weekend. Paid for socks that were too small and then told kids to just wear their regular socks, with no offer of refund.Average age groups were 3-12. Would reccomend older ages to go to another park.

I brought my nephews here a few weekends ago and we had tons of fun. It is a very high energy fun atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable. The only thing I wish they had was more secure places for your items like purses, wallets, shoes, phones and keys.

This was fun! Parking lot is handicap friendly with no step curbing!! I could sit there comfortably watching grandkids jumping. Outside drinks are welcomed. The kids had a lot of fun jumping here which is what it is all about!

I broke my finger during a dodge ball game and I was around 5 to 7 employees who saw me crying and didn’t help. I went to the doctors office and told me my bone was out of place and a piece of my bone chipped off and that I broke my finger. I still like the place but your employees need to change.It was my middle finger.

Ive been to several trampoline parks and this park is by far the most laid back when it comes to the safety of the customers and equipment. During our 1 hour visit we saw kids destroying foam squares right in front of a employee. Also witnessed kids hanging on hoops trying to get them to break, again this was done in front of an employee. I did find a manager and mention all of the above and some to her and she thanked me. But Im honestly not sure well be back...especially since we have several parks within a 1 hour drive

This place is just what we needed in Davenport!! Fun for all ages and very well priced 11.95 for an hour of fun with options to buy more time at a cheaper rate after your time expires. My 3 kids ages 10-7-2 they have a blast each and every time we come here. Being able to have the options of a Friday or Saturday night frenzys Friday all ages and Saturdays teen nights pay 15.95 for 3 hours of jumping from 7-10pm and you even get Happy Joes with it thats a win win in my book!!! Thanks Altitude and Altitude Staff for being Awesome!!

My wife and I came to visit from Houston. Our nieces and nephews wanted to come to this facility. They were very accomdating for all of the children we brought. The check in process was very smooth. I also want to give a special shout out to Cassie for her professionalism during the clean up after this kid throwing up. Especially because the parents or her coworkers provided little to no help. #code2

My daughter came home crying and was complaining that the workers and staff were not friendly and were not paying attention to the kids and wipeout workers didn’t slow the machine down so I suggest to not bring your children there if you don’t want to deal with the crying. I’m giving it 1 star, edit: I think you better bring your children to Elevate or Helium for a good time.

Kinda pricey but kids loved it

Rules enforcement by employees is a little bit lax, but my kids always have a great time. Just be prepared to keep an eye out for unsupervised kids while watching your own.

Last night I took my daughter here for the 1st time for her friends bday party. There were so many kids it had to be over capacity,it looked a little sketchy but I let my 15yr old stay even tho my wife was uneasy with it..when I returned to pick her up around 9 the building was so full it looked like a night club...kids came flooding out the doors all at once.i though that maybe they where closing but no....they were all engaged in a altercation 40+ kids ages 11 to 16 with no assault supervision...then it happened all hell broke loose...as me and a few other dads ran to the crowd to brake it up or try to calm the situation,,I quickly realized that it wasnt gonna happen every kid had an agenda and was ready and willing to fight..I was ready to start hand palming kids faces to find my daughter in the mayhem, but restrained myself and had to pit my hands in my pockets as not to touch any under aged children, multiple calls for cops and when they finally showed crowds of unruly misfit kids yelling 5.0.,,12s here run and took off on foot and in cars they had stolen 36 cell phones and nearly all the candy chips and soda..I will never return to this establishment.....rant over..

Friendly well trained staff! The plus is that the whole park is covered under one great price! My kids love it and so do I! Makes great for getting kids tired especially with summer coming up!!

Altitude is a great place for family’s and friends to get together and have tons of fun! The staff is great and very well trained. My whole family came here and they all said they had the most fun at this park than any others in the area!

Manager literally walked away when informed my 4 yr old Grandson had to leave establishment without his shoes because they had been stolen. Everyone became rude like I was at fault. Dont go.. Take your grandchildren somewhere else.

Good outing spot, you can enjoy the time out by jumping on the trampolines and doing somersaults. Staff is very friendly and co-operative. You can go on weekdays for cheaper deals, It is value for money any day.

The weekday Toddler Time special has to be one of the most affordable kids activities in the Quad Cities. A beautiful, clean facility that has a great deal of variety inside to keep everyone busy. If I could give it six stars, I would!

My kids absolutely love going here and it will wear them out and get good exercise. I would rather them go here then play video games

So I was going through google reviews and I saw that you wrote a 1 star review for Altitude.A few things: 1, we have no record of you ever being there with the exception of a waiver on file that still hasn’t been saved in our system (which means that you have never been here as a paying customer) So, we did some digging and found out that you share child(ren) with Cheyenne .There are two ways we can go about this moving forward.1) you can delete your false review, Cheyenne can remain employed, and your child will be welcome to come enjoy themselves any time.2) I have to make google remove your review-purely based on the fact that you have never personally checked in. (Google is very helpful in doing this as long as we provide documentation showing you have never checked in) If we have to go this route-Cheyenne will no longer be employed here nor will you, Cheyenne or your child(ren) be welcomed back.I firmly believe in taking the high road whenever possible. I had to stop employees yesterday from leaving negative and also false reviews (like yours) on the “ auto repair page” out of retaliation. This is unacceptable and not how we do business. If at all possible I’d like this to be resolved amicably and I politely ask that you remove your review and everyone involved can go about their business with a clear conscience. Great environment and super friendly staff

Today my son & I decided to come check out Altitude Trampoline Park and we had a BLAST..not only is it very close to home but the staff was AMAZING and very friendly! We had a great time and experience all the way up until we left..we ended up staying for 3 hours and did not once get tired!!!! I will be letting all my family & friends know about this place!!!!

A great place to hang out with the kids thats not terribly expensive.

It was very fun but the performance tramp is kind of tight so me being a kid couldnt get near as much airtime as elevates performance tramp, but besides that great trampoline park

This was our 6th different trampoline park. Due to it being christmas eve, staffing was low and customer traffic as well. It was below par than any other trampoline park. My 10 yr daughter enjoyed it as she mainly jumped on one attraction for more than half the time.

I like this trampoline park a lot. It has more than meets the eye for kids of all ages to do. An hour flies by jumping here.

I absolutely loved it! My son has ADHD, and gets a bit WILD. The staff were so helpful & played with him! I was nervous about him getting hurt, with him being a dare devil, but the staff were VERY attentive to him & the other kids playing. Needless to say this place was AMAZING!

Mr. Dan is diggity disappointed. He couldnt get enough altitude on the trampolines to kill himself.

My son just had a birthday party there. I was impressed. The staff was helpful, facility was clean, (its new but can get dirty quick work kids) and I didnt feel like I was nickeled and dimed.

3-year-old son played for an hour, wanted to play all day. I had a blast, too!

Today I brought my 3 year-old daughter into jump durning toodler time, I also have a one year old who wasn’t really about it and got scared! So I took him down to sit down and watch tv, and I was scared to leave my daughter up their by herself, but the staff was so helpful and played with her the whole time! it was defiantly a lot of relief off my chest! I highly recommend going here! There is so much for the kids to do and the staff is great! My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left!

Im actually shocked to see all these positive reviews. Took two 12 year olds and two 9 year olds last night for B100 event. Staff was unattentive and disengaged from customers causing chaos on the trampolines. There apparently are no rules. I saw no enforcement of any. Multiple kids on nearly every trampoline. I interjected a potential fight. I witnessed a 20+ year old male violently throw a ball at a very young childs face in Dodgeball. The attendant was on his phone. I notified staff after and they said theyd keep an eye on him. He proceeded and they never interjected. Poorly managed facilitiy. If you care about safety, please staff and follow your guidelines for appropriate behavior.

The staff was much friendlier here then at the Helium Trampoline Park.

Somewhat fun but there are a lot of bad people that go here because on time when me and my friends where here we got our phones stolen
