So wonderful to discover this gem of a store in downtown Davenport! Abernathy’s sells both vintage and new clothing, and it really shines in its vintage and faux vintage dress collections. Everything is painstakingly labeled, and reading the clothing tags is an education unto itself. Don’t miss the oddities corner. I can’t tell you how long I contemplated the old school dentures...

Love the owners but sadly can no longer recommend this store because it vends atUNSAFE NO MASKING large events, encouraging the spread of COVID.While other businesses take losses & precautions to be conscientious in this dangerous time, they value making money over safety. Too many other great choices in shops that are safe.

I absolutely love this store! So many vintage and replica vintage clothes. They also have amazing oddities available. The ladies there are the most friendly gals Ive ever met. Ill definitely be making several more trips there.

Owner was warm and inviting as soon as my mother and I came in the shop, the clothes are gorgeous and of wonderful quality, and perfect for anyone with a flare for vintage, retro, alternative, or punk inspirations in their wardrobe! I was lucky enough to be able to make it in for the reopening today. The new shop looks amazing! There is such a wide range of new and vintage. Every shelf and case offers new delights, making it hard to pick a favorite. My pick for todays visit ended up being a cherry red handbag by Sourpuss. These bags are too cute and a must for any purse fan!! (Side note my cats were super excited I got them a new paper bag to play with )Good luck with the new place!!

Love this little place! I was in search of an outfit for a pinup contest and had no idea what I wanted or needed. The wonderful woman there helped me find everything I needed and made my life so much easier. Even found the perfectly outfit to compliment this 6 month baby bump Im rocking!

Great customer service. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The store associate was very friendly and offered to help me find what I was looking for. Abernathys selection is excellent for alternative/vintage clothing and accessories. I will say that the plus-sized clothing runs small so Id recommend trying them on before purchasing.

Abernathys in Davenport Iowa is the best place to shop in the QC. Ive never walked out without buying something amazing. The staff and owners are committed to helping you find the perfect gift or something just for you. I purchase almost all my jewelry at Abernathys and most of my clothing. I shop here not just for myself but also for my husband and kid. Im never disappointed and get compliments on everything Ive purchased. You will love this unique shop and I urge everyone who hasnt been to check it out. Vintage clothing, hats, lingerie, jewelry, sunglasses and home decor. Abernathys is an awesome spark to downtown Davenport! The small store houses beautiful vintage cloths as well as unique local jewelry. The service was also a huge plus- the woman working told us about her jewelry line and even replayed a song I said I liked. I will definitely be revisiting!
