Attended a 10am birthday party and the place was super clean and the food looked fresh in the salad bar.The toddler area is no perfect for the wee ones. All the games were operational.The sound was a little loud near the stage area, but they gladly lowered it to a comfortable level.If you are planning an event there, Id recommend the early 10am slot to avoid the crowds.

We had a kids birthday party there today. They did great dealing with a party during a pandemic. Felt very safe. The whole place was reserved for the party. 9-11am

I like this location with the Studio 3 And there Old 3 Stage also Stewart Works Here And I Visited Here Once So Yeah this Location is Nice I give this store a 8/10

Great staff, very helpful...food is as good as you get at this chain, and although some games had issues, the staff were glad to help sort it out for us. Clean all around except for some tickets on the floor which I left for the kids to find. Staff also made sure the kids were having fun. They do a good job of keeping track of what kids are with what adults (usually through stamps, but with Covid through a picture you take yourself and then show when you leave). Were good about explaining Covid rules and making everyone sanitize on entering and even did regular checks to make sure everyone had masks on when playing games. Overall a good experience and a very good staff interaction.

You cant imagine how small these wings are. The pizza was below the quality of a jacks frozen and had such little cheese that the sausage rolled off as you picked up a slice.Literally the worst pizza I have ever eaten.On the plus side, staff was really friendly and the place was very clean.

This place is great! My 18 month old had a blast. So much to keep her entertained in a safe environment. They have a salad bar and the pizza was surprisingly delicious!!! Cookie pizza was also great. This is guna be our new regular spot.

Great place to take the kids. Lots of games. All in good shape. This location still has the stage with the mechanical mannequin characters. The people and manager are really attune to your needs. Stuffed crust pizza is our favorite.

There are different packages available.... salad bar is good and pizza prices are higher inside. Outside food not allowed. .. lots of games.. but compared to other chuck e. Cheese this doesnt have a childern play area!!!! Parking is free and easy to find this place !!!

Love this Chuck E Cheese! The manager Debbie is so sweet and keeps the place in tip top shape! The games and machines are always maintained well and in working order, full of tickets, and the facility is always very clean. The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful, especially for being mostly teenagers! This may sound strange, but this Chuck E Cheese also has extremely delicious Miller Lite on draft - always fresh and always very cold! Also not super packed, and everytime I have visited the other kids and adults are very nice and courteous. My fav Chuck E Cheese by far!

Phase 4, had 3 stage, currently has a studio c beta with 16 movement bot mounted on the stage, the other two stages (the “studio c beta” setup is on the middle stage) have curtains on them to cover them up. The studio c setup and bot came from Joliet Illinois which got 2.0

We just had our daughter 3rd birthday party at this location. The reason why we decided to book this location was because of the reviews. Let me tell you it was to standers. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile. Our party have been arriving and seems they have directed to our table in a timely matter. Our host was by far the best we had ever had. I highly recomend her (daila). She was very very attentive. The one thing I would say is have cash on had for tip. They do not have a slot for tip on the receipt. The location was extremely clean.

Pizza is still good. All the games work. My kid had a blast

Unfortunately I waited about an hour for our single pizza, I peaked into the kitchen and shes texting in her phone. It WAS not busy there was only 1 other family in there.

I absolutely LOVE this location!! I drive out of my way (30 minutes to be exact) just to bring my kids here. The staff is always friendly, the food is always great and its always CLEAN!!! Ive had my kids birthday parties here multiple times and it is always perfect! They are very accommodating to ones needs and very helpful. I recommend this location over any other that Ive ever been to. Great atmosphere, great service and great staff!

My kids are 3 and 5 so the unlimited card is perfect. I like you have the options to pay for time instead of just tokens. And Ive always loved the pizza ♡

Food is good!! I dsliked the staff... one lady kept trying to sell me different things and the other lady was acting like it was a inconvenience every time I told them the machine was out of tickets!

Its been a while since my kids are now older; however, my kiddies always had a great time there. Also, i really appreciated their security to prevent the kids from leaving on their own or with bad adults

Its Chucky cheese, low end fun, but I had a blast with 2 kids. I got the hr card. Had them share the cars and for $21 or so dollars they played a lot of games and won some prizes. For the price well worth it. Also love they stamp your hand and your kids. That way only you can take the kids out of the place. Very cool..

Thing seemed clean. Nice staff. Organized and not too crowded. One star off because there was at times no one at the door to admit people in, also the soda was a bit flat from the fountain. Additionally, no hand sanitizer near the entrance. All minor things though. Overall good experience.

Great food, many options very clean, and full of wonderful games for the kids. What I love the most is the endless salad bar for 8.99 as o have a gluten intolerance so I would say they are also very accommodating. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the new unlimited play option. My son was active on every game/ride and couldnt of been happier.

We went to the Darien location for a 6 yr olds birthday party. The staff was kind and helpful. Thank you Zippyy and the food was good.

I went on a Tuesday afternoon around 2-3 pm and there was plenty of fun to be had!! This turned out to be a great time to bring the little one before the crowd ( I fear) gets there!!! My grandson and I actually had the rare opportunity to play every game we desired ....several times with zero wait time!! May I suggest to you to invest in the 30 minuite pass for unlimited token usage (fantastic deal)! I think I had more fun than my grandson did!!! ( Dont tell him!)

The pizza was not bad. Which is something that you couldnt say about Chuck E. Cheese in the past.

Austins customer service was phenomenal. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. He was polite, helpful, and with the brightest smile on his face. What in Gods green earth are you people planning to do with those robots? They look absolutely horrible...theyre filthy they look creepy my daughter is terrified of them. Im giving the 5 star is for your manager that women works her butt off in that place she very attentive to everyones needs helps in all areas and doesnt stop moving. I told her that she must be completely exhausted when she gets home. I really hope this company takes good care her because she deserves it. As far as those robots either complete refurbish them or do away with them because its a big eye sore....

Arrived here at 12PM. Clean environment. Good customer service. All games were available to be played. Downside was that for the volume of people there, only 2 people were helping around games and tables. Overall good experience.

My son loved this place!! And not only him. The whole family was playing and having LOTS OF FUUUUN. It is a great place to spend time all together and to develop your abilities.

A well managed establishment in my opinion. Well organized and prepared for our daughters party with polite and courteous staff. They consistently were one step ahead with keeping the party moving along. The facilities were clean enough to meet acceptable standards but the thing I have to compliment them on was their service. Even the high school kids that worked there actually seemed like they were having fun and cared. To me; that is a sign of good management that stresses going the extra mile for the customer. The food was fine even though the wings had a ton of fat on them.

This is my favorite location. I do not eat at Chucky Cheese ever. Im too big of a pizza snob. Its the games and atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I love that this particular one still has the robotic band, a toddler play area with a slide for my youngest child and overall a variety of games that appeal to every age. Having a 2, 5, and 12 year old, that is hard to find and very beneficial to me. Few places are perfect for my entire family. This is one of them.

My kids loved it, but if you are an adult it get pretty boring. My thought, Maybe should have an activity there that an adult can enjoy as well sure that will keep business going strong.

The location is key! I dont take my children to any thing that looks germy! This one actually keeps the games sanitized throughout the day. You dont have police guarding a childrens play area like some chuck E cheese places have done. Prices are reasonable and the kids love it here. Its for the kids, so take 30 bucks and let them enjoy themselves.

Its Chuck E Cheese, you know what youre in for when you walk in the door. Its expensive and loud and the prizes are nonsense, but of course the kids will love it.On a positive side, the staff was all nice enough, the manager especially, and it was clean & maintained. One of the machines ran out of tickets while my daughter was playing and it was like the attendant stepped out from behind the thing, he was there in a flash.Big kudos for the fact that all of the games are actually child friendly. No excessive guns / fighting / zombies / etc. in the arcade. Its a kids place...and they actually gear it towards kids. Amazing!

Come here every week for a job well done and my daughter loves it! Upgraded the machines and unlimited play! The only thing is the staff could definitely use some more training.

This was a big nostalgic trip and I was with a few friends at the time. The tech is really nice and he is quite smart! I even got to see behind the scenes! The pizza is decent and delicious! I recommend this place, especially for the people that want to go on big nostalgic trips or just want to take their kids somewhere on a rainy day.

Small perfect for when you have small kids that like to run around. I like the fact that they stamp you and your childs hand for extra safety . A fun establishment to bring children too . Also being a mother of an autistic son I love the fact they have special days and hours for special needs children this is the most wonderful thing an establishment can do hats to chucky cheese

Was here for my daughters friends birthday party. Its a pretty clean place compared to similar other establishments. Most importantly the kids had a blast. I feel it could have been made slightly larger.

Good service every time i go, the only thing i noticed this past weekend that this location has the fewest games. Would be nice for them to expand.

Fine if you have half an hour or so, bit pricey and some of the machines either dont work or are very poor value for money. We did order food once and it took over half hour for one small dish to arrive and then they forgot our drinks order completely. We only go because there about 5 games that my son likes and on the whole the premises are clean and the staff are friendly. If they fixed/ changed a few of the less popular games wed go more regularly.

Pizza was actually better than expected. Compared to enchanted Castle though, the prizes stink.

Theyve changed a lot since I was there last.now I only go there once every 2 or so years because theyre super expensive and dont do all the kool stuff they used to.. pretty much when u have a bday party there your paying a ridiculous amount for the table decorated and them bringing your pizza and cleaning up the mess...everything is separate now. they dont do pitchers of pop or beer nemore all that you have to buy individuals for which is way to expensive especially for a big party.dont get me wrong the kids had a blast which is definitely what u want for ur kids party.its just not worth the price you pay like it used to be.

The salad bar stayed stocked with fresh vegetables but for some reason the potato salad has never had a good taste! The hot wings were good and the Manager was on point putting out fires everywhere...I watched her work she was awesome and staff was Super nice and Chucky is in the crowd of arcade every 30mins like clock work. My Grandson love his visit at this Chucky Cheese location...well definitely be back. THANK YOU,

This location (Darien) has been the cleanest Chuck e cheese we have been. It is definitely friendlier. I love the different sections they have.

We had so much fun with the kids. They had alot for my toddler nephew wich was really cool.
