Anyone that knows me, knows I NEVER complain, but this place was a bit disappointing. We were allowed to seat ourselves immediately, and a staff member brought us water right away. After 15 minutes, and several others seated and ordered, we never got a waitress, so we flagged one down. She apologized and told us well be taken care of immediately. Another 10 minutes pass, so we grab the attention of another, who says the same thing. When we told her how long we were there, she took care of us right away.My wife and I ordered 2 pizzas and beer. My pizza arrived loaded with fresh basil, where I asked for oregano (theyre almost opposites). I flagged the waitress down, and she agreed that the mistake should be corrected, so we sent the pizza back. It was beautiful originally, but when it returned, it had the basil picked off and was reheated. It was both burned AND cold at the same time.The wait staff seemed to be hyper-sensitive as if we were complainers, despite the fact that I never said a word about the second pizza.We were given a check before we were finished. I wanted to order another beer before my wife finished her meal, but that never got to happen, I wasnt given the chance.All in all, the other pizza was OK, but it seems there was some glitches beyond the servers control. The server was awesome, however, and deserved her 20% tip.

Very popular and beloved pizza place in downtown Danville. Two large dining areas. The room has huge flat screens with sports always playing. Known for their pizza, lots to choose from. One in particular that caught my eye was Pesto Asiago. Healthy in terms of toppings - homemade Pesto sauce, mozzarella & asiago, fresh spinach, chicken and mushroom. Great deals are the lunch specials. Our the mini (any pizza on the menu) and a refillable soda for $8.95. Waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. Mine was willing to make me an Arnold Palmer (lemonade and iced tea) light on ice with no issue. Nice! Fried zucchini and Mozzarella Sticks are light but gooey. Lots of beers to choose from.Very kid friendly, including a kids menu and high chairs. Lots of kid groups are alway here eating - local sports teams.

They were not the safest place with covid-19 but their pizza was great

Fantastic place to buy food when in a hurry. The customer service is fast, rates are fair, excellent character. I highly recommend this spot.

Primos has taken this pandemic situation and turned it into a gain. Theyve converted the parking lot into an outdoor sports bar unmatched in the area. So many screens...tables are set apart...great selection of beer...and, of course, the pizza is great.

The thin crust New York style is my new local favourite!Bit pricey, but memorable!

Terrible customer service. The pizza is ok. But you can find much better pizza and with great customer service in different locations. I will never come back to this place again

Solid pizza. Had the barbecue chicken. Mac and cheese for kids was really tasty too. Staff wearing masks, outdoor seating is available.

The Lasagne was great and we are going to make it a regular event!! They brought our food out and even gave us a whole unopened roll of toilet paper. We died laughing. The nicest people work there.

Primos kept serving perfect pizzas and beer throughout the quarantine, kept us all going. That must count for something

Its a nice place for a family Pizza night. We visited this place after a while bit were treated as if we were regulars. The pizzas were awesome too, loved the Thai chicken pizza.

Delicious pizza! I always pick up and take home. Restaurant can be pretty busy and loud on the weekends, but fun if youre up for that. They usually have the TVs going with sports. Great downtown Danville spot! Employees are always super nice!!!

Ive been going to Primos since I was a kid, and its still my favorite pizza. You just cant beat their garlic and herb sauce. Ask for it!

Solid place to have a fresh salad when you have a 30 minute lunch break. Service was good and the atmosphere was relaxing.

The pizza here is good and pricing reasonable. Great location right smack in downtown with easy access to the freeway and all that Danville has to offer. The server was very attentive. The place shows age, but their food is good and the beer selection is also good. Wed come here again.

This place has been around for almost 40 years now and theres a reason for that. They serve good pizza. This is not pretentious or gourmet faire. Just solid neighborhood pizza, with lots of other choices on the menu for those who are not in the mood for pizza. Sad to say the last time we were in, the facility was showing a bit of deferred maintenance in some of the details, but nothing that impacts the health, safety, or taste of the food. Always a good option for some delicious food.

I like to bring the kids here on Friday for pizza. They have a small arcade which is nice for the kids to play in.

I came to Primos almost every Friday night with my family as a child and loved the pizza and the general homey, neighborhood feel! And of course, so many games in the arcade so the kids can play while the parents drink their beers and watch a game. Some really great memories at Primos :)

Decent pizza, extremely crowded, felt like the pizza was overpriced as it didnt stand out when compared to any other pizza place in the Bay area. We had to kinds of pizzas and they were both good enough but nothing more. Wont likely return.

A group of around 10 people have been going here for the last two or three years now and always had good service and food. Nice atmosphere.

I have been going to primos pizzeria since I was 5 years old and it has always been one of my favorite places to get pizza at. The owner is an amazing individual, last week they provided pizza to the firefighters who were helping with the MDA fill the boot and he also donated proceeds to MDA as well. Great food and great people work there!

Ok place, the atomosphere was better than food. Food came out quickly, had the ceaser and a large half cheese and pepperoni.

Yeah, a bit chaotic, but who cares when pizza is that good. If they have the little league baseball teams screaming and acting crazy, I just get my pizza and leave. If not I stay.

Primos is a Danville staple. Not only is the pizza amazing, the salads are always fresh, and the people are awesome. It is as local as you can get. When I was a kid, Primos was the place to go. Now that Im older, its grown up with me. The beer selection and pub area has greatly improved, but they have still managed to keep that traditional primos atmosphere. Thanks for the great food and service guys!
