Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I took my two sons there On Tuesday to release some energy and I couldnt be happier with the decision. They ran and jumped around for 90 minutes and had a blast. All of the staff members were really nice, but one in particular stood out. Amanda made sure my 4 year old had a blast playing with him in one of the foam pits and showing him a secret slide! She is a great associate to have representing the SkyZone brand!

Brought my 8 yo granddaughter. She loved it. With the exception of the unfriendly, bored, and dismissive front check in lady (who, sadly, was training a new girl) all staff were very friendly and welcoming. They kept a close eye on the kids to keep them safe. I liked that the play areas are varied and separated so kids can go from one to the other too. I got my granddaughter a small bottle of water and some popcorn and was shocked it only cost $3!!! We will definitely return.

Extremely fun. Went here for nephews birthday party and the staff was really nice, the kids had fun, and everything was neat and clean. Any questions that we had staff answered and a few misunderstandings that we had got resolved quickly. They are very customer oriented and will make their clients happy. Helps put a shine on the damper that carona is causing.

This is an exercise to get kids out of the house. Disconnecting themselves from technology. Allowing them to interact with one another. To choose what obstacles they want to endure. Awesome test their durability and stamina. Awesome service and attendants. Always making sure the kids follow the rules so no one will get hurt. Safety is a top priority here. Awesome job. They food available and adding a new feature zip line. Will live in a world that’s so busy let’s break time to give our bodies the exercise it’s needs. Also adults can enjoy. I come here to get my fitness on the warrior challenge good way for my son and I to have a moment. He is only 8 years old once.Please come enjoy

What an amazing time I had in this location. The staff is so pleasant and friendly. Place was clean. Food was warm. I actually signed up for the monthly pass and I plan to enjoy every minute of it. If you need a place to take your kids to have fun. Please come here.

70% ramps closed, no enough space available for families enjoy toddlers has to be separate for other siblings no even parents are allow to enjoyed with toddlers

We went on a VERY busy day but the staff were great and kept the place organized and safe for the little ones. This location was very clean and ever with all of the people there, it was not dirty or messy. The staff did a great job with the birthday parties as well.

Fantastic time had by all. This is a great place to blow off some steam or just let go of some extra energy on a cold, or rainy, day.They added a climbing area in the toddler space that has a bunch of things for toddlers to play with, including a punching bag, plexiglass area that looks like a space capsule, and a tube slide. My 11 yr old also has a blast running around to all of the big kid jumping areas. They have an area for just jumping, Dodge ball, basketball dunk, foam pit, and obstacle course. Plenty for young and old to have a great time.

Disappointed that there was no area where parents could jump with their younger kids. We had a good time but my 5 year old bought me passes to jump with me. That wasnt possible and she was upset.Also if youre kid is sick dont bring them here. So many sick kids running around. Gross

I bring my son here almost daily. The seasons pass was the best investment ever! I even attend glow night on fridays and signed him up for a dodgeball league ran by New England sports but it’s played at sky zones court. The staff here is so accommodating with my son and welcome him with open arms every single time he walks in the door. He feels comfortable here and there’s never any issues. I appreciate the level of respect given to me and Christian! Thanks sky zone danvers

Would have gave a five-star if the toddler area was bigger. Love bringing my daughter here. Good prices good fun.

I went to a Sky Zone in Danvers for the very first time the other day. The staff was not very professional and made lots of problems when using the facility. The cost is very high in price for what you get that is nothing but headache. Stay away from this place.

My Grandkids had a blast! They sell a monthly membership you can use daily to tire your little monsters out!

Kids love it, i do not like the fact there is no gate at the top of the steps at the toddler zone other than that good time

Terrible management and ZERO capability of dealing with problems!!! The online line was longer than the regular line due to one party that needed more time for their reservation. When we complained to the manager, he apologized but instead of opening another register to move the line along, he did nothing!!! People were irritated and upset. Learn to accommodate people and their needs in busy times.

This is where to bring kids with to much energy. Also good for a fun date.

Great way to burn some energy! But pricey; A season pass is really the best option, but they do have sales on those also. They just had them on sale in oct, maybe they will for christmas, or try groupon.

They do need to have atleast one eaxtra team member so theres less of a wait and that way less lines and more obstacle open

Amazing for kids to go on friday. They will have a blast. You also have an awesome Dj. Lasty you are glowing all night with your shirts.

Make sure all courts are open before u pay 70...the sign up front lies showing foam pit closed and 3 actually are...bumber

The only thing I would recommend they do different is give kids in birthday more time to play at each pit or let them play longer in all around place

Love that my daughter has a place to go and have a great time with friends. They are having a good sale that ends October 31st. Its a steal, so hurry on down. We got it, and very happy we did.

A lot of staff members were rude, they didnt know the correct jumping rules and yelled at me for doing nothing, also food was not so great, but over all its still pretty fun.

Fun for the kids, a great time. But the line has no organization. We brought on line tickets for opening time 1pm - 2.30 and we didnt get to the front until 1.30 and that was with cutting in front of a lot of people. Luckily to guy was nice and still gave us 1.5 hours but if they had this better managed it could be better and not needed.

Very pricey, also the staff seems to young to be keeping an eye on kids. Not an ideal place to bring kids that like to run around, also people should be able to bring any sox, since they are allow to bring used sky zone Sox.

Hours of fun and doesnt hurt your wallet. Adults can sit and relax, or play too! Great for a rainy day, or just any day in general! Definately recommend

For the money this is great. Kids are exhaused and manageable after bouncing for two hours. Friday night has a DJ. And neon lights w bright t sgirts and black lights. Very fun.

We attended a birthday party. It was great and well coordinated. Staff were friendly and very attentive to the children.

It was a lot of fun as always my grandson loves Sky Zone we take him there as often as possible. Staff is friendly, very helpful and very understanding with the fact that my grandson is autistic. I look forward to another trip and letting my grandson bounce to his hearts content.

The even have a little stress for little kids and they love it. Then the have it for older kids. They do glow in the dark theme when your shirt lights up. Birthday party their are do fun

Cashiers are never at the front, a manager infront of customers and I publicly screamed at a court monitor which was extremely unprofessional. would NOT recommend!

It is legit the worst kids bumping into me and grabbing me so gross.

My 2 toddlers had a great time. I like that there is a time set aside for toddlers. The staff were very friendly with the kids.

Have been to other trampoline parks in maine and nh and this place did not tell us we couldnt jump with our 4 year old and our daughter couldnt go in to the main area either. Some young girl on staff came over with an attitude as we were bouncing with our daughter. Told us the insane rules we have never seen at any other park with an attitude. She was rude and mean. The sign that says no parents was turn around so we couldnt see it. We wont becoming back to this park. I went to the desk for a refund of my girlfriend and I and the counter guy and manager were very apologetic and kind. This is the only reason I didnt give 1 start.

Went there with 3 kids (same age group) for my daughters birthday. I asked for 90mins. He charged me for 60, by accident I assume.Then my receipt said I paid at 1:45pm and we had to watch the safety video. Plus get a locker for our stuff. Well he put us down as ending at 230. After paying, video, and locker, the kids didnt even get in there until 2pm. So I basically paid for 60 mins to get 30.Went back and asked for 90 more mins. Apparently they have a 2hr max and even tho they only got 30mins, I could only get 60 more mins. I even showed my receipt and their tags but I was only allowed 60 more. So I paid for 2hrs and got 1.5.I was disappointed with the service. However, the kids loved it there and I would definitely go back. Next time I will check my receipt and their tags before I leave the register the first time.

Great place to let kiddos burn off some energy on a cold snowy day. This place offers what a typical trampoline venue has, but also has this really innovative ninja warrior course. Its pretty great.

I recommend this place if you want to lose valuable things my friend lost her PHONE and the staff did nothing to help ! Call that helpful NOT !!! That is not an experience anyone wants to have

Strange set up wasnt to please to find out that its by age group that kids cant bounce with parents. I understand little ones with older kids but not separated from adults.

My child loves this place. Be aware that kids can get hurt here. As my Wife walked in one day there was a girl going our in a stretcher. If you have a big vacation coming up you might want to pass on Sky Zone until you get back!

Fun for all types of kids!

This place is horrible. You are restricted to small area to jump based on ages. One dodge ball court was open. My kids love Altitudes because they can use the whole facility without any restrictions. My kids lasted 20 minutes and asked if we could leave because they couldnt do much other than jump up and down because flips arent allowed unless you are in the foam pit area. Go to Altitudes!! Your kids will have a much better time!! Never, ever had a problem there!! Waste of time, money and gas to get here only to be very disappointed.

Kids prepare to fun by jumping &climb all day. Was ok. Kids did enjoy. Snack bar in case you get a bit peckish.

They’re super nice, like they are the best team work, they gave us the best Service in our lives, we really really appreciate everything, if you’re thinking about to go to a sky zone you should go to this one

Always a great time for the kids. They need to make a card that can scan them for easier checking in. Its too hard to scream to the cashier over all the noise.

My daughter had a birthday party here and had a blast with her friends. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sierra who was just wonderful with the kids. It gets pricy as more and more kids join your party but overall the experience was a great one.

First time that I went to this location. The one I usually visit closer to my home has less restrictions on jumping. This one only allows certain age groups to be in the same arena at the same time. We met up with cousins and the kids had to separate for games like dodge ball. It also didnt allow the adults to join in the game. So my brother looked rather foolish jumping alone in the adult section while his nephews were in another area. I probably would g there again because of that reason.

Not fun as launch. But the kids like it anyways.

A attraction with trampoline with no exit when you are in there

I called in today to check if toddlers were still allowed after a certain time, since it is friday and i saw online something about a Glow event, i called anyways to double check. The person who answered told me toddlers COULD come in until 8. I took the drive down there, i knew it be a short stay but we wpuld make the best of it since it was alreAdy 7:10 when i got there. Made the line, just to be told no, no toddlers today, only in the mornings really??

Excellent place for kids to go to instead of being in front of a tv

Terrible service and overpriced.After waiting in line the very rude cashier send us to a different computer to sign a waiver.We then waited in line a second time. (Where btw you are forced to buy socks after you purchase the tickets.)Then kids were kicked off After 10 minutes of jumping because they didnt have their hands stamped. (The rude cashier failed to mention this to us when we purchased the passes)Then BACK in line a third time. Only to be sent to a different area to watch a safety video without sound.In summary we spent 30 minutes of our hour waiting in line. There is nobody in charge at this place.

Clean facility, with a great staff. Great idea to provide customers with Sky zone socks. The staff keeps the kids safe in a way that isnt too intrusive or scoldy.

My grandchildren had a great time...i thought it was nice and clean fun for the whole family..
