Very nice and quite state park. Large pavilions for large group. Amazing ocean view. We went there for a Party and really enjoined the experience. Strongly recommended! Lots of wildlife! Park seems to have lots of other areas and activities for mountain biking, trails & kayaking. We had a great time and we will be back soon! Strongly recommended!

Lovely pavilion at John U Lloud state park. Direct beach access and the ext to restrooms, the pavilion offers sample accommodations for large gatherings. Ideally located near the intercoastal for watching the cruise ships embark on their journeys. Popular for weddings, birthdays, showers and reunions.

Its a nice park. The entrance fee is a little steep for the park, $6. Most parks only charge $2 down here.

Good enough beach. Sat and enjoyed the waves, then walked the beach easily with a parking lot so close to the water, and bathrooms right there. Would have loved a shower tap to wash my feet (as they have in free beaches in Pompano Beach),but otherwise just fine

Was my favorite beach of the trip! The snorkling was at of fun! Got to see all of cool stuff! Even saw a few puffer fish and the waves werent to intense. The parking was good. The only bad thing was the right getting to the beach.

It was a great experience, never been to this park before... ....the pavilions are situated throughout...this one was right by the water...it was beautiful....staff was very friendly and helpful and im definitely coming back to do another party, .....but for adults this time..... this one was a sweet 16 and we loved it..........thank you

Too bad Dania beach is almost gone. Seaweed at beach made it hard to enjoy. Tha pavilion was great and awesome breeze today!

Beautiful location for a party. Only downside is that all your guests have to pay to get into the park.

Great time with great people

Visit here many times with my wife when we ride our bikes. This is normally our resting stop. Its great because you feel the breeze and get the beautiful view to the ocean. Its a real shame that the beach has suffered so muc in the last few years. Id be careful with sand cliffs when getting into the beach. Otherwise a beautiful place. You also get a nice view of the cruise port and ships!
