Weiners Mobile Home Park

Ive been here since 2001 they raised my rent from 450 to 1150 I cant sleep at night because I dont how I will pay the rent owners of this park are ruthless.All the good reviews on this park are bogus please trust me stay away. Ive lived Hollywood Dania 56 years.

Great place, but unlike popular myth the homes are not shaped like weiners.

Seemed like a great place to live. Tranquility and calm environment but as others have mentioned watch your back especially with management and neighbors. There is preference apparent to certain people as well as racism. But what can you do it is life and ignorance on their part. Just be aware if you are not white.

Good place to be and close to the water. We had trouble finding a place when we were first moving to Fl, due to having Dobermans. Unbeknownst to people they are extremely well behaved and have never had an aggression problems. Well Steve the park manager didn’t bat an eye. We’ve since been living here and love it. Any problems we’ve had Steve has been on top of it. Although there really hasn’t been any. Anyone that has caused trouble in the area has since been removed and it’s a quiet place. Everyone seems to get along very well. I can’t brag enough on Steve. I highly recommend this place.

Quiet, but too dark for bumpy roads, dog walking. Rent too much. Out

My mom is staying there in her RV. The managers are fantasticly great people. They have movie nights on a projector every Saturday. Pet friendly.

Good people in park . Pictures misleading. Bugs terrible. Enough cant be said about manager. Google Steve M Satz. the info is stunning. Lookup RIP off report. Park has potential is close to ocean. A plus. Close to store a plus.

Best spot and location if you love the beach. 5 minute bike ride to beach bars and the pier. Been here 4 years and am sad to leave. Management is very accommodating.

Manager Steve seems to be a great guy. . Very helpful and friendly.. Neighbors are nice and no one bothers you. Quiet place great location and pet friendly..I would defiantly recommend for vacation or long term. Edit::: after staying there for several months id like to add watch yoir back cause there is some shady stuff that goes on in the office espically when steves away... Also dont get to close with neighbors you will regret it.

I have a friend who lives here. Its close to the beach, relatively quiet. The road needs a major overhaul otherwise its pretty clean.

What I found most important about weiners mobile home Park is that Rvs are also welcome,And the park is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the Dania casino is just up the road, and very close to beaches .....So if your looking for something long-term or your just passing through stop by and see for yourself.

The love boat on land.

This place is great. They are under new management and working very hard to clean up and fix up the location. They have BBQs all the time and Coffee and Doughnuts in the office every week day. Staff is friendly and are all working hard to make it a nice place to live.

Wieners is a great park with great people in a great location I love this location and couldn’t be more happy with the service and amenitys they provide

NO DEPOSIT, NO SECURITY. ORGANIC GARDEN. Badminton. Movie night, boccee, darts, horseshoes, card night, Great location, nice community. We have 3 parks now. Ft Laud, Dania and North Miami. Ignore negative posters who are evicted tenants that lie. Check out our website and see our monkeys..yes I did say monkeys. We have been in excess of 100% full in Dania for over a year. Dont be fooled by fake reviews or lies. We do not rent weekly and have no crime. Over 60% of our tenants are women who feel very safe. I urge you to come see for yourself. Our website says it all. People are very happy here. We have great amenities.122% occ. The lady below (Mrs Laws using a fake name)that was there for 25 years never bothered to use the amenities and was evicted for non payment of rent. She never asked for a reduction which were routinely given to older residents. She didnt get along with other tenants and wiped out the mobile home even taking the water heater, ac and refrigerator.

The park is in great shape. Much better under new management than in previous years, but I guess clean up efforts will always rub a handful of people the wrong way.

The park is full of old broke down Trailers, it is a garbage dumb, Manager has no clue what he is doing, I had friends stay at the park before new ownership and manager and it was 10 times better, now its just a disgusting landfill a graveyard for old trailers rejects from other parks, the Manager is a liar matter fact the whole website is nothing but lies And no I never lived their nor was I evicted .

The manager is a total scam artist and the entire park is full of people who are in your business as well as the amount of money for a lot fee is absurd
