I love that the owner was there to help us get the right skates and gave some of the more experienced folks hockey skates too. When there wasnt a line he came out and helped a few with the hockey stop and first timers too. Really nice guy great service and will bring our kiddo next time.

Bought deal on groupon, went to the place because it says its open, drove there for it to be closed. Communication is poor for this business.

We had a blast for the Thursday adult skate till 1am.. even being causation we were accepted and treated with respect.. guess thats the difference today when kids arent allowed to a grown folks skate! Again we had a blast. The rink is the cleanest in Dallas. Will come again for sure. I almost even have my wife jam skating now since there were so many people there that were all having a good time jamming.. there was zero drama... hell even the parking lot was spotless and even had security outside protecting our rides.

Could have better radio edited music that EVERYONE can enjoy not only the older crowd. The music is the only flaw I would rate their playlist a 5/10. If they change it up a little bit with new and old music everything would be perfect.

Cool place to roller skate. I think it looks better inside then other skating rinks around the area.

This was my 1st time with my two sons and we had a ball. The lady at the counter was awesome. I pressed redeem on my groupon and she still allowed us to come in. The gentleman who issued the skates was very helpful. There was another worker on the rink to supervise. Ive been to skating where you can rent an assistant for beginner skaters and lil ones and Ive been to a lot of skating rinks in my life. My sons was bugging me while we were still at the skate rink wanting to know when were coming back. Were definitely coming back again.

I went to Thursday Adult skate night. It did NOT start at 9:30pm. The music did not start until 10pm.I did not appreciate having to wait. The music was decent. The seasoned skaters were respectful, but some of the beginner skaters was just standing on the rink near the carpeted area talking with people. There wad no security monitoring the floor or the rink. I was a bit disappointed about that. This is unsafe and disrespectful.The skating rink is not as big as I would like, but the wood was smooth and very clean.

Took my family here a couple months ago and it was a nice experience to get out for a change and get together. Rentals are affordable and the place is a decent size. Thanks for to the staff who had to deal with us changing sizes constantly

I love this rink it is so amazing the floor for the rink is so smooth even if youre barely learning you can use a triangle helper.and once you just skate one round your going like 50 miles per hour.if you want to have fun go to moonlight.

Could be better to be the only skating rink on that side of town. Concessions could be much better. They charge you to enter even if you arent skating. Children had to change slayez twice

Pretty Cool Rink, Staff does a good job they should advertise more about the rink though. Its oddly empty on the Weekends.. Kinda weird when you and 3 other people are the only ones there.

Larger skating area, more affordable and better rental equipment, but could improve on the concessions.

Bought a Groupon for my daughters birthday for ten people, $80, so the price was awesome. There was a little miscommunication at first, I did have to ask for a few things that were included but the staff was awesome and they worked with us to get it done on very short notice.The lady that works the front was the sweetest person ever! I was feeling very stressed with the party and work and other things and she picked up on it and totally made me feel ok so I was able to have fun! I just wish I got her name!Anyways, great place!

Got to say I haven’t roller bladed in 15 years and I didn’t know what to expect but this place is great . From the moment you go in they greet you . Really friendly staff always smiling and the dj plays some good jams

This place really let us down .very disapointed is not even close enough to describe how i feel.. Had reserved this place for a private party on feb 3 2019 from 7-9pm for my sons 5 year birthday. As we were reserving on jan 20 2019 and made the payment i was told i can come in around 6:30 on reserved day to start setting up.. So were getting there around 6:30 and as were pulling up not one car insight, all the doors are locked and lights off.. They were gone ! All my guests are getting there gathering up infront of the door and you wont understand how embarrasing it was to explain to them the date was reserved and these guys are not here . i banged on the doors which triggered the security alarm to go off inside the building wich made police officer show up. I explained the situation to the officer and showed him the receipt to confirm date and time of reservatiom and sure enough he agreed everuthing was correct. The officer tried to call the number linked and connected with the security alarm and nothing ... No luck.. He let me know he couldnt do much himself but gibe me a police report and advised me to try to come up with a plan B and resolve the situation with these guysI ended up having everyone come over to my house and try to come up with something here . that has been my most embarrassing, disappointing, upseting night of my life .

My wife and I recently attended the Thursday night adult session while we were visiting my daughter in Fort Worth. We skate all over the U.S. This was one of the cleanest, best maintained rinks we have had the pleasure of rolling. By far, our biggest and most consistent complaint with rinks today is trash on the floor. It is rare to find a clean floor. Not only do they have a large, beautiful wood floor, it was immaculate and thoroughly free of any trash or the typical debris normally found on most rink floors. So were the rest rooms and all the rest of the facility.The staff was friendly and most of the locals made us feel welcome and at home, even though we were first time visitors. We know a well run operation is no accident. Props and kudos to management for a job well done. Thank you for a great evening!!!

I rated it a one star only because I could choose zero stars. They forgot about my nephews reservations. We arrived for the private party and the building was closed with no one around. They left our party group of 30 outside, how embarrassing! DONT RISK IT! plan your events else where.

I love it! my children and feel as if were at home when we come. The staff are friendly very helpful and the place is well kept.

Sunday 2-5 $3 admission very affordable if you bring your own skates they also charge parents which is fine bc its so affordable. Ill agree with other reviews the music isnt the best its ok....party area isnt private. It is in the hood but alot of hidden gems in dfw are in the hood. Great atmosphere. Nice place to bring the family. They could use more lighting on the rink and more staff to supervise and assist beginners. If your not a beginner its a great rink. They also have trainers to help beginners for $5. We will be back!!

This is the worst place to take your children the DJ was so rude to the kids that werent able to skate that well i also didnt like the fact how they take up so much of your child play time removing them from the floor to let the teenagers skate i felt like that should have been stated before the transaction took place i would not recommend this place to anyone

I like the rink itself, however between the iffy dj and the intrusive and territorial fastskaters, it became overwhelming. I guess the things have each other in common.

Very upset with this facility. We had a reservation for a private party, had the day booked and paid for and they were closed . Kept our party outside for an hr hoping someone would come open.That is iresponsibilty on their end ! I dont understand how they could have missed that .they should have some kind of system that lets them know their bookings and reservations. Very unacceptable!

Super fun rink

I love this skating rink! Have been taking my sons for about 5years now. I always go between 1-5 .Not many teenagers be there, which is a good thing. They play good music, games, and its VERY CLEAN! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! :)

Great music for adults 30 and over!

Wish it had an option of no stars been trying to take my kids but everytime I went they were closed for something ughh my kids were disappointed.

Family and i absolutely love this place...we tried cheating cuz it was closed one day never again will that happen...this passed weekend was another even better memory and expreience...my husband even went home with a blk eye by skating into the wall twice playing tagged and racing...they was very quick to care for him while i sat back and laughed....the staff is beyond amazing wit my kids and adults...my kids are in love with this place...literaly all problems left at the door..i forget about the struggles we have...the staff wounderful even the guy that givess out the skates he hooks us up every time...im making it a goal to come every weekend this seems to be helping with my depression by being round good energy...everytime we hit the door they know us they make us feel like family...i cant completly express the joy we have here at this place my husband even wants to be apart of this team......AS A FAMILY I RECOMMEND. SOUTHERN SKATES ESPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SMALL CHILDREN THE MOTIVATION FROM THE STAFF WILL GET UR CHILD READY TO GET OUT THERE BURN ENERGY AND SKATE THEY LIL BUTTS OFF

Place doesn’t even open at 1pm on saturdays. it’s 1:30pm and no worker is here. People are waiting for it to open. You would expect for workers to be at the place at least an hour before opening.
