The front desk person hung up on me. Im sorry if youre frustrated, but that is a task of the front desk to deal difficult customers.

Very clean facility. This is inviting and professional atmosphere. My facial was lovely! The tech noted my skin condition and recommended a perfect mask. I loved the fact she was able to explain everything she was doing. Ive had facials before; asking questions is just what I like to do. Its refreshing when they are answered.

I did the cool sculpting and didnt see results right away. A few months later and boom I see results in my stomach area. I highly recommend Dallas Endermologie, the staff is professional and super sweet and you will see results with a little patience.

Amazing. Very relaxing and nice. 10/10 would recommend. Only complaints are that the steam wasn’t directly on my face the whole time and that she exfoliated a little too hard on my forehead. IT WAS AMAZING THOUGH!!

This was a clean environment and the girls were very nice. A bit of construction going on but it wasn’t a problem. This is pretty deep into downtown. If you are north Suburbs, don’t book to be through at rush hour !

This was one of the most relaxing spa experiences I ever had. The girls are so nice and professional. The place is awesome, very well thought of. The best part of my facial is that my skin now feels relaxed and clean.

My wife bought me a facial for fathers day I NEVER had a facial before so I really didnt know what to expect. I was amazed how confortable the girl made feel.

I had a one hour facial. I would say that my skin is clean, but my experience wasnt the best. My esthetician had nails that were like claws. She was very rough on my face with little attention to my neck. It also would have been nice to know what she was doing at each stage of the process. This was one of those you get what you pay for type of things.

The experience started out without anyone greeting for 15 minutes. I am near 8 months pregnant and the beds don’t move up and they didn’t give me any additional pillows. I have a hard time breathing flat on my back right now so I had to lay partially on side. The woman didn’t ask about skin concerns or look at my skin prior to starting and certainly didn’t address the products she was using considering I was very pregnant. I asked her a couple of times what products she was using and they were names I wasn’t familiar with. Once she went to apply the mud mask I knew something was up. It didn’t smell like fresh ingredients rather store perfumed face mask. As she left the room I opened the cabinet to look at the products for myself only to see the products they use are from Walgreens and sally beauty supply. Also, pretty sure they don’t have their license because they have a list of instructions on how to give said “facial”. Do not waste your money going here as you can literally buy the products at your local Walgreens.Products are clean and clear, queen helene and beyond belief.

Noticeably the above negative comment is from a competitor that was maliciously, taking pictures and trying to pick up clients there. Shame on you! What a horrible and deceitful marketing stratety . I was there the same day and could see what you ladies were up to. Nevertheless, happy to report that the service and wonderful attention I get there is by far what keeps me returning. The team is delicate, compassionate and always willing to connect with me; making sure I feel totally comfortable and aware of our progress and accompliments. Ive been there numerous times for facials and endermologie; always, always satisfied!!For ever your client,-Happy

This place is not worth your money. Theres a reason they dont tell or advertise what type of products they use. You can get everything at Walgreens of CVS. Also the how to do a facial notes are a little alarming. I cant believe that charge for over $50 for a facial. Its insane.
