My experience thus far has been a good one. Nice quiet & calm. The property is beautiful and the people seem to be kind and to themselves. Serenity.

In my opinion their landscaping could/should be better maintained. I also hear that they are tow-happy. However, because I have not had the pleasure of experiencing that specific situation for myself (thank goodness) I left that out of my decision to give them 3 stars. Thats mostly for the shrubs and stuff.

We purchased a condo last year and it has been great since we no longer have to deal with rising rents. The complex is nice, and the location is awesome! The HOA dues are 10% below the average HOA rates per square foot in this zip code, which is a big plus. Do your own due diligence if you decide to buy a condo in the area, and make sure and factor in updated HOA fees and taxes for the total cost.

Amazing place to live, clean atmosphere, next to a golf course. Maintenance works efficiently but the parking lot can be crowded at times.

Very nice complex and well kept up on the exterior.
