I just love this place had a lot of fun up in here

As a first time couple looking for a comfortable place to explore the Velvet Curtain was the spot. Now this may not be for everyone for the fact its an older building without the flashy neon lights and upscale feeling. Its more like an old speakeasy, however the staff was more than accommodating and very friendly. The crowd was a mixed diversity from all walks of life, but the age group was definitely more mature than 20 somethings. Great place to relax and mingle and explore whats out there. Definitely will visit again.

If you are looking for an upscale, classy experience...this is NOT where you want to go. The location alone is shady if best. The pics on their website do not match the actual club. The only thing that I can say that was good about it was the valet attendants were very polite. Collette was so much better.

WARNING!! THIS IS NOT A SWINGERS CLUB! THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE!! THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!My husband and I have been in the lifestyle for years and this was my first experience in a club like this. We went on Friday, which we were already told that its slow but we wanted to go on a slow night get a feel, and it was a bad crowd. We tried to initiate something no one was interested except themselves. The only one that really talked to us was the older bartender who was nice at first then my husband stood up and his pants slid a bit and she told my husband that he would be kicked out of his pants sagged. He had a belt on and we kept saying he wasnt sagging.We decided to come back the next night. At first it was a 180 from the night before, great atmosphere and crowd. We both had our shirts off and walking around and he had his pants unzipped when another employee told him to get dressed. We expressed our concerns to the owner who was at the front desk and she didnt care.This is not a swingers club, this is a social club where its OK for thin women to dress how ever they want and make out but God forbid when a couple wants to try to get undressed in an area where we were told it was OK. We wasted so much time and money, DO NOT GO HERE!

How to stay loving life!

Me and my groups of friends went there. We had the same guy sneak around and touch without asking. He assaulted a friend of mine. The owner just kept saying hes been a long-term customer. I believe the security there is insufficient. They didnt even kick the guy out. I refuse to ever go there again. I wouldnt feel safe going or sending anyone there ever again.

I was wrong the Velvet curtain is still there they have not gone out of business

Loud music with no variety! If you like hip hop and rap then you will be fine. Some weirdo was groping ladies and getting away with it. Management didn’t seem to care. Needless to say my wife and I won’t be going back where the ladies are not protected.

This place is awesome. Everyone gets along, nice patio, bartenders are very nice and Valet parking is really nice. My kinda spot. I will be back.

A really fun place to be with a relaxed environment and excellent staff that does a great job to involve every one there in the activities. Will definitely return.

This place had lost its luster it use to be the place to be they play music video now instead of porn like it use to really needs to relaunch the old concept i well not be back again

I have been there several times tried to give the club a chance this last time there was no air-conditioner we paid $60 to get in they didn’t say nothing about the air-conditioner being out we ask for a refund and they said no refunds I feel like they should’ve told us about the air conditioner before we paid Every time we gone something happens it’s a waste of time and money oh it was 103 outside that night
