Good deal good price

Today I’m giving this place 2 stars. I go here to see my lawyer often and there’s never a problem. But today go in was greeted by the front desk secretary. Normally I just go straight to my lawyers office. Now I do need help because I come so the time but I watch this lady profile me. Racially! Then I watched not stop the 4 people who came in behind the two that came in as I was leaving. It shouldn’t matter if I’m a young black man. She should not be on your staff if she doesn’t like colored. The next I’ll have my phone recording just to show her racism! Smh!

Lots of law offices and Dallas County Purchasing Dept office. Underground visitor parking available BUT you have to pay with a token. To buy a token based on time parked, you need to buy from the security desk in the parking garage across from the gate. They dont make this clear or obvious so buy it before you get in your car to leave.

A couple blocks away from the convention center. $10-15 parking. Good location.

A nice old building where you have to pay to park all day while doing mediation with your wifes attorney whom you really dont like at all nor will she like you..... depressing.

My family court lawyer, Julie Zanutto, works here. Julie is an awesome lawyer and the historic building is beautiful.

A large Historic building housing an array of Companies and business offices. The general public can walk around the exterior but visitors to the office areas inside will be required to sign-in and have a specific destiny. EXCEPTION: A fast food serving establishment is on the lower level, accessable to the public, from the Young street side of the building or via the garage parking ramps. There are daily specials and dine-in seating is available. The cafe can provide a quick lunch. Convention center visitors might also find it handy if transportation is an issue.
