This place is clean! Smoke free and has free soda fountain. The staff is friendly however my bf was told by an unknown patron in the restroom that white ppl dont know how to act here not sure what that was about but we entered, made a deposit and sat down to play.

I used to go here often with a party of 4, I spoke highly of this place until I had a $120 stolen from my sweepstakes account. I reported this to the staff on duty, 2 of the management team. They accused my friend of cashing my ticket when I knew that was impossible. Their machines show a $0 balance when logging into the machine, but the system showed that I never cash out and that I still had $50 on my account This was never resolved, all I got was a phone call from one of their technicians saying that my friend cashed my account out, when I know he wouldnt have done this. Im still $120 short, they never followed up with me. I play over $8k in this place and nobody could provide me with accurate information about my account. That was my last visit there. Someone in that place is lying about my $120. All the cameras in this place and nobody even reviewed them, so I believe that something is wrong with this establishment if they can accuse my friend before even trying to check the cameras. I wanna press the issue to get to the bottom of this, but whats the point if the staff isnt honest themselves. If you are reading this be careful if you ever visit here. Hopefully this post will be viewed by the right person and I could get this issue resolved.

Great local legal place to play slots. When you lose, the diabetics foundation for children win. It cant get better than that. Atmosphere & Staff is nice as well.

Need more game systems and doesnt pay out a lot. But its a good pit stop when traveling through Dallas
