Expect to pay almost double in person of what you were told over the phone. A lady in her 50s, I believe the owner but not sure, should take some customer service classes. If you want to pay half of the price than just walk away and go to a different place as I did. I promise its not only about money, it is about customer service too.

If you have something special and you want to pick a nice frame to go with it, I suggest speaking with them and have them help you pick something out.I had 2 frames done as a gift. Very important pieces with lots of sentimental value. They picked out 2 gorgeous unique frames that matched color highlights in the pieces, turned out absolutely wonderful. Its not just about the frames but how they can highlight the pieces they are around.Also, museum quality glass - its invisible. You cant tell theres any glass. Really adds to the immersive experience when viewing a great piece of art of photography.This is a place to get high quality service and craftsmanship.

Great experience with the store. Kristine was very knowledgeable and patient. She helped me picked up a frame for my diploma and made adjustments to meet my budget. Had to get a poster framed for my friends birthday. They did an excellent job. Very happy with the way it turned out. Will definitely be coming back to have more work done here.

We were in the process of doing a bathroom remodel and stopped into Framesmiith hoping to maybe get some ideas on what we could do for our mirrors. Cindy the owner greeted us and asked us if she could help. We told her what we were trying to figure out and she gave us some quick ideas and then started to select some frame colors and types based on what we told her that we were looking for. Fast forward 3 weeks and we had our beautiful new framed mirror and they look fabulous in our bathroom. They even did some customized paint on a piece of the trim to match on bthroom sconces. When we picked them up her husband helped me load them into our SUV. They were big and heavy and I was happy to have the help. They were very responsive and friendly. She recommended a person to install them and he was outstanding. Overall we had a great experience and they will be our goto team for all of our framing needs.
