My friends and I went in for tattoos But the new artist Jason Made us really uncomfortable. He was all over the place. I don’t know if it was nervous energy or maybe something else entirely but he couldn’t sit still nor Could he remember what we wanted or anything thing we told him really. We kept having to remind him of what we wanted, we would tell him and a few minutes later he would say what did you want again. Very unprofessional. He kept trying to assure us that he was a master artist that has tattooed around the world and he was going to “hook us up” but If you can’t focus long enough to draw something on paper how can we trust you will tattoo us properly. We could not get out of there fast enough. He was one only person in the shop so I can’t speak about the other staff.

This establishment is always very clean and the artists are extremely professional and knowledgeable! Piercings are sterile.

The person that did my tattoo was very awsome he drew my tattoo I told him what I wanted and he did it perfect. I get compliment every where I go. Cant wait for it to heal! To see how it looks!!

I have wanted to get a tattoo since I was sixteen. My mother passed away when I was sixteen and I waited for two years to get a perfect, sentimental tattoo! I decided to go to the place where my sister went. Lucky Draw! Neil (I’m assuming the manager?!) did an outstanding job! He went above and beyond my expectations! I was a little nervous before and he talked me through step by step while he was tatting me up. If you are nervous about your first tattoo or looking for someone to professionally get it done in a clean environment at an affordable price, I recommend Lucky Draw II!!!

Scott was super patient and chill when my son started freaking out about getting his ears pierced (he is 12 and had been begging me for weeks) I got frustrated but we finally got through it and once he got the first ear done, my son said he felt silly for overreacting. This shop is awesome! I got my septum pierced and Scott was great. I was a little nervous but he made sure I was good, and the piercing was even easier than my lobes! I’ve been trying for two weeks to get my septum pierced at another shop but Lucky Draw got me in quick and easy. I can’t thank you guys enough and if I need another piercing I’ll come back here for sure!

We didnt make into the shop (my sister and I were Atlanta for the weekend) but when I called to see about tattoos and the time frame we had, the guy was absolutely helpful and awesome. We were both super bummed it didnt work out because the gallery of tats looked fantastic and his phone manners were top notch. You dont get that level of customer service much anymore. Hopefully next time!!!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB

Staff is rude and arrogant. The art on display is basic and unimpressive. The shop smells unclean and artist’s are extremely self entitled and disrespectful of clients needs or wants. I have over 24 tattoos and I would never get one at any lucky draw simply because of their piss-poor attitude. There are so many better shops with more experienced artists in Kennesaw. I would let one of my friends stick-and-poke me before I ever let one of lucky draws so called “artists” touch me.

I had a piercing done and would recommend Lucky Draw to everyone. Very nice staff, very clean and professional. Would never go anywhere else. Lucky Draw is the best place and staff around.

I actually lost the ball on one of my piercings and let it partially close up (my fault entirely!), but Scott set me back up in no time at all! I HIGHLY recommend this shop and Scott in particular! Went to get my ear pierced here and I totally recommend to go here. The employees are super nice and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes

My first time getting a tattoo and the staff were very polite and unassuming. I was a walk in on a weekend morning and they were able to accommodate me within a reasonable time! I was in and out in under two hours with a nice tattoo to show for it! Will be coming back again for another addition.

Man didnt have a warm welcome moreso yes can I help you in a rushed manner. He recruited a young woman to help us (mother and I). She seemed agitated with any questions. I wanted a certain design but as small as possible which I understood would lose some detail but when trying to get an understanding of just how much Id lose she became increasingly agitated. She said if she drew I should do paperwork. I said ok and as she started walking off she hit herself in the face and started huffing and puffing as if it was an issue. She then went into I guess her office and continued to huff and puff. My mom and I agreed this was unprofessional and we shouldnt be spending our money with an establishment that really treats customers this way. Went do planet tattoo instead much better service.

Just had my second tattoo done by Mr. Parker. He did a great job. Im very happy with both of my tattoos. The shop is very clean and well kept. A+++ service.

Did an great job with my wifes piercing.

At first my piercing was ok. But when I took it out for 2 hours, it closed. I went somewhere to see if I could get it back in, but it wouldn’t go through. Than the pieces said that whoever pierced my lip, which was luck draw, put in the wrong jewelry.

I dont know how to get this seen by the owner...but i came in 2 days ago and i had my labret done. I woke up to it being burrowed in my lip causing me so much pain i had to take it out. Not to mention it wasnt lined up right it was crooked. The bar was waay to short for the swelling in my lip. I would like to have it redone or something be fixed here. This was very poor.

When I first walked in, I was impressed how imaculently clean it was. Neil did my tattoo, however he did a proof of it for me to see before he dove in to do my tattoo. I approved the proof. As he proceeded with the tattoo, he verified that I liked what he was doing, the proper colors, etc. The tattoo turned out just like I had hoped. Thank you, Neil

Personally Ive only done piecings here however my best friend had been getting her tats here and they have done an amazing job. My next tattoo I know this is where Ill be getting it at. Very nice people and a fun place while youre getting youre tattoos.

My husband and I have been getting tattooed at Lucky Draw Tattoo in Hiram for several years and have always more than happy with the service and quality of work. The shop is ALWAYS clean, and the crew there are always courteous and helpful.I have been to other shops that arent nearly as clean, and dont turn out the quality of work that Ive seen at Lucky Draw. They come highly recommended by both me and my husband.

I went with a friend getting a cover up. While sitting and talking during the session, I actually found out the VERY guy doing the cover up was the same one that did MY first tattoo in 2009!! Great people

They didn’t answer the phone and was closed on Sunday when it says there open until 8pm. We have called all day and drove over there at 5pm

GET TATTOOED BY MATT. Seriously, I will try to keep this guy as my artist for a very long time. He was respectful, and I let him do his thing and my half sleeve is gorgeous. I get a lot of compliments on my tattoos by Matt. The place was clean, and I didnt feel like the people who worked there talked down to you.

I had scheduled my consultation/appointment 3 weeks in advance with Brumelow. When I arrived at the shop for my consultation & to pay my deposit, the tattoo artist wasnt there. I contacted the artist and he told me that he would be there the next day. As a new client, I felt like my time didnt matter.I was really looking forward to my first tattoo experience & he was highly recommended to me. Im disappointed that I didnt get a chance to see his work of art. Now I am in the process of starting my tattoo artist search all over again.

I had the worst experience at this place. Made me go back and forth 3 times, every time I was told something different. Finally gave up on the piercing and went some where else. The two men working there were so rude it was unbelievable. I have many experiences with getting piercing and this has been the worst. Very uncomfortable vibe! I also think they were a tad bit racist they just ignored an African American customer and would not do her piercing as well. she was 20 and had all the right i.d. Bottom line I would never go back here, i would never recommend this place at all to anyone.
