THE BEST PLACE TO SPEND MONEY ON TOYS. We bought a premium toy almost 2yrs ago and were told about the warranty for it when we bought it. Yesterday it unexpectedly malfunctioned and I called the store fully expecting to get the run around about the “warranty” and was pleasantly surprised when the store staff said, “just bring it in and we’ll swap it out”. I got there with the toy and the receipt and it was swapped out within 3 minutes and all was right with the world again. I will never go to any other toy shop again because obviously toys break from time to time but as far as I know, no one else offers ANY sort of warranty, what a blessing! #moneywellspent

I finally went in to the spot today to look around and immediately Isabel and Nick were very welcoming and so nice. I started talking to them about what I was looking to do with one of my maternity looks and right away Isabel showed me exactly what I explained but BETTER. Several good-sized cases dominate the center of the floor with displays of accessories and toys for the front, back, top, bottom, side, here there and everywhere. I was happy to find a few items that I had only read about online.Anyway, I visited twice in two days. Had to go back for the pearl thong that haunted my dreams the previous night. Dont ask me the price -- I dont want to talk about that. Just know that I am happy.Both visits I was greeted by Nick. Nick is personable, engaging and generally helpful. He really knows the merchandise, sizing and all, and brings a positive energy that makes even the most hesitant customer feel like he or she is shopping an independent bookstore something. Nick explained the floor layout and guided me toward a few things based on some of my comments, but also left me space to take my time and decide where I wanted to focus my attention. Not sure how, but I ended up feeling comfortable enough to ask this guy questions I didnt even know I had.Shop Small rarely equates to Shop Cheap.
