I love this facility and quality/variety of equipment available. People are typically pretty courteous and the facility is pretty clean in my opinion.I understand times are hard for businesses as whole right now, but I will say I am a bit disappointed at their lack of flexibility with placing suspensions on memberships or things to that nature with the pandemic situation.
I love the Nat. I come 3 or 4 times a week. I feel completely save there. Everyone wears masks in common area. The machines are wiped after use. I go early and there is plenty of space around me.
If you are serious about a working out dont come here. You will not be given priority. It is difficult to do a workout because people are permitted to stay on machines for extended times while not using them. They sit playing on theirs phones, or visiting in groups, or just plain sitting there, resting, or for as long as 15-20 minutes. Also, often a group of 2-3 people will trade off on a machine, tieing it up for as much as 30minutes. When this is brought to Managements attention, nothing happens. Also, there are some machines that the physical therapists have priority, and again you cant get on. This facility is mainly for old folks that want to get out of the house and visit, or for self centered young people who think the world revolves around them. But as I said, if you just want to come and do a serious workout, there are too many obstacles. But it is family friendly, and a good place to bring children for swimming.
This is the best gym for both adults and children. We live in Sagamore, and travel 30 minutes south to attend The Nat. They have a swimming area for children, water slide, Olympic-sized pool, great work-out facility, a Subway restaurant located inside, saunas in the locker rooms, etc. Very competitively priced too. Highly recommended, 10/10!
I try to go here 3x a week but usually dont make it more than 2. I only swim and I always see life guards and they change out often so they have fresh eyes to make sure no one drowns. The best thing is they really keep an eye on the hot tub to make sure there isnt too many people or the wrong age of people in the warm water.
It is a good place to workout, they have all of the equipment you need to obtain your goals and a pool and hottub when you are feeling sore
I love the Natatorium... when there’s not a pandemic. Called to see if I could pause (not cancel) my membership until at least my kids go back to school. Julie simply said no. She added that if I would have called sooner they would have done a courtesy pause, because “we assumed that those who had concerns would have called in June.” Also was told my contract ends in July. She wouldn’t even explain the contract... which confuses me because we signed up 3 years ago. She could use some basic people skills.
Its a very clean facility and strict rules for safely and our health
Its a great place to hang out and get exercise and get fit
Love this gym to death. But because of covid there is no basketball court. Its my main cardio option, so the lack of a court leaves me not going as much
I like this gym better than the last one I belong ed too
Awesome set up! Swimming, gym, weights, track, racquetball. Plenty of parking and Party rooms for reservations! This place has it all. Brian at the front office was a big help! If you are looking to do something fun and different with family during the dead of winter, this is the place to go.
A great place to walk
Wonderful community based gym with lots of equipment and a pool
Still haven’t fixed my membership but fixed my moms and is very disorganized not impressed
Very nice place for a variety of things to do. They have a fairly big gym. And I think they offer a therapy service too. But the pool is very big and the prices are very good, I think it was like 12 bucks a person or something like that. The only thing is that the lifeguards are kind of annoying because they like to yell at you for standing in the pools geyser...
It felt clean & safe to revisit. YIPPEE!
Love this gym but kids castle needs to be cleaned better. Every single time I decide to bring my daughter n take her to the daycare she always ends up super sick the next day or so. Also needs to be posted if your children are sick please leave them at home
Warm pool water during the winter. What more can I get.
Horrible management. Very immature and rude constantly to employees and guests. EXTREMELY overpriced for the lousy quality.
After being at another gym for quite awhile, I felt it was time to find a new gym with more equipment and just overall more to offer. The Natatorium was fantastic from the moment I started my 7 day free trial. The gentleman at the counter was extremely helpful with getting everything setup. The amount of equipment, amenities, and overall cleanliness is top notch. If you are looking for a gym that offers literally anything you could ask for in a gym, look no further.
Fantastic place that has everything to offer. Great for Cuyahoga Falls
Great place for young and old to hangout. The workout rooms are fun for volleyball, and the track is really nice. Its great to have a Subway in there so you can stay all day. Only $6 for a full day of exercising or swimming - hot tub is great when youre about to leave.
Great place. A lot of equipment and pretty clean. Nice basketball courts
Great place and staff was nice
Best gym around, pool, sauna, spa, plenty of equipment that you dont have to feel like you are stepping on anyone. They offer an affordable membership as well. For a household of 3 we got away with only paying $590, $190 each person isnt bad for a year.
Very well maintained place to take your kids.
Nice facility
It cost me 21 dollars for open swim for just me and my 5 year old its expensive and when u have a young child you must be with them the while time and the only area they are allowed in is the wading pool its decent sized but its crazy that it cost me1w dollars to babysit my own kid and I dont get to enjoy anything they do hourly safety checks so out and back in your towels will be soaked so make sure to bring extra it was fun but not for the adults with younger children facility is clean and theyre are lockers but have to have a lock and u can bring snacks and drinks is a small area for food but only 2 tables with chairs definitely feel would be more reasonable if adults were like 5 dollars and amount for membership is crazy
My favorite gym super clean and everyone is friendly
Great hours, relaxed community friendly vibe, huge gym with track, has the stair stepper I like. Pool, hot tub, sauna. Lots of classes. In a nice area. Will miss it when I move. So big it has a Subway inside.
So much fun
Huge family fitness center with lots to do!
This was my first time at the Natatorium! Its a great facility, clean and so many different machines and weights to work out with. My son played at the kids Castle and he had a great time! We are excited for the pool to reopen! We will definitely be getting a pass after our free week trial is up.
Great place for multiple activities. Excellent family plan to get started with $100 off for first timers. Single adult membership is $40 which is still awesome for all it includes. Full gym with elliptical and free weights as well as 2 full size pools and a water park area for kids.Subway in the building too! Sweet!
Wonderful city facility! All indoors! Pools, locker rooms wirh showers, basketball courts, track, and 2 floors of work out equipment!! Many classes available for those who want to do the extra group exercise! Senior city residents on Medicare receive a free all access membership through silver sneakers. Plus its a great place to take the grandkids.
Nice place the girls and I had a great time. I would recommend it for the family and for anybody that would like to have a daddy daughter day or a mother daughter day
Large facility for family but weightroom is pretty small and packed after 5pm. Also kids coming out of the basketball court walk through weight room not paying attention is a potential hazard waiting to happen. I do like the track upstairs though. Also, pricing was more than I thought as I have not gotten my address changed on my ID I was looking at $50/mo. Once my ID says I’m a resident It goes down to $40, still a bit steep considering the small weight room
The arts show was huge. Had a great time!
So much fun here for kids!
Great place to go and relax at the spa
Love this place wish there was one like this closer to my home
Very upset with the fact that they hold classes in pool that no one goes too. They close the whole large pool instead of putting them in a smaller space. The management of this gym is trash.
Rhonda is great!!!
Great facility with tons of equipment and a good group of people working here. No gym snobs or guys screaming as they try to deadlift to much weight, great environment. As a plus, military members (currently serving) that live in the community get an awesome discount, best I have ever been offered, other than on base!
Great variety of exercise classes, pools, etc.
The kids castle is great and my daughter loves to go there while I work out. The people watching the kids are very hands on and interact with the children. There is an outdoor play area that is open on nice days. The pool area is all indoor and there are dedicated lanes for doing laps. The zero entry, fountains and small water slide is great for toddlers. The cardio work out equipment is plentiful. I never have to wait for a machine. The weight machines need a bit of maintenance. They do a good job fixing broken things but could do a better job keeping things working smoothly. There are ~5 family changing rooms. They are always wet. The water from the shower is not contained well. They do a good job keeping it clean but they need to do something about containing the shower water.
I love the natatorium and cant wait to join again soon as Im able to swim again
Always love coming here! Pool could use a few updates but everyone working here is always friendly and helpful
Wish I lived closer to come here all the time
All the machines you could ask for in a gym plus more. Pool, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts. Endless classes that include, boot camp, yoga, spinning classes and many more. Very affordable and centered in the beautiful city of Cuyahoga Falls.
Great place wish it was less to get in. I would go more .
The five stars is for the value you get. As a non-CF resident taking advantage of the annual membership promo, I could not pass it up. Very pleased with the staff and the facilities. Fantastic list of free weekly classes and is an all-around good family environment Love all the recycling bins. Would gladly start a fund to replace the wood in the sauna!!!!
Cause best gym ever
Super nice folks and beautiful gym, pool. Has free classes too.
My kid love this place we went for a birthday party
Nice place
Great place to go swimming with the kids.
The new youth policy has ruined all the fun, my mom should not have to come watch me play basketball past 5pm if I’m 15
Love this place. Been coming here for 12 years now. Full scale everything. From pools, 2 full basketball courts, racket ball, upstairs track, child care, and more. It gets pretty crazy at times but still love the gym. They are constantly doing the changes that are needed. You know people will always complain about something but overall this gym is fantastic. Would recommend it to families and individuals. Just find the time that is right for you so you do not get upset over the little things.
Great place with tons of equipment and classes to choose from.thats included in your membership.
I would use the Natatorium again and would also recommend it for anyone looking for an outstanding venue to host an event. This past weekend, I used the Natatorium in Cuyahoga Falls to host my daughters Bridal Shower. What a good choice!! From the first call to make the reservation until the day of the event, the service was exceptional. The facility is beautiful and easily accessible and parking was more than adequate. On the day of the event, Julie was on hand to greet me and available for any additional requests. The room we selected was the perfect size for our group and set up to my expectations. We had a good time!!!
Was able to get free access because I was staying at the Sheraton down the street. The gym looks pretty busy after work. But the pool always has open lapping lanes that were not busy. Great community spot, was clean and had some great staff. Will be going back next time I stay in the area.
The pool facilities are nice. I swim regularly and travel frequently and it is not always easy to find a nice place to swim. The Nat is nice facility that is well cared for and has a nice variety of machines as well as an indoor track that overlooks the pool. Great place to get a good workout in and have a meal after at the Subway right inside the facility.
It has been a great place since I joined. Covers all my needs and what Im looking for for exercising.
Friendly Staff, clean facility and wonderfully kind patrons from the community. I enjoy working out in the evenings and even though it is often crowded, It doesn’t bother me.
Highly recommend! Excellent place to work out!
Best gym in the area. They have EVERYTHING. Tons of classes. The pool is great. I haven’t even experienced all of it yet.
Great Gym, many equipment and not too crowd. I enjoy the group class and took my son to swim in the pool area. My son love the tree house. Its a perfect place for a family. I only wish they open a castle house little longer to maybe 8:30 PM. I close at 8 and sometimes my class it not over until 8:15 PM.
Great place for working out
Had a birthday party here. The pool is fun. Kids had a great time. Clean locker rooms.
Its fine but, they no longer give you towels. The therapy pool is ALWAYS closed, which is nice to use in the evening, there is no other place in the facility to do therapy and its always closed, AND ITS 50.$$ A MONTH, that is very Expensive.
Love it
I love the place I think that the prices for people outside of Cuyahoga falls area is a bit high almost as if they dont want you out there.
Love the indoor track but strongly dislike that they dont enforce track courtesy so people maneuver however they want without regard for physics so it can be scary since coming to an immediate complete stop to avoid running into someone is impossible. It had too many kids running around unmonitored for their after school pick up time. Theres also no good area to go for using a mat workout, like an open room just for that and you have to sign out all equipment. The semi lessons have a poor staff to student ratio so they put a lot on the parent and the main pool area is always freezing cold, we rarely use it because its miserable in there. There is also nowhere to breast feed. The kids kastles child care is amazing, we love them with our boys! Management for the facility seems to have a quick turn over so rule enforcement fluctuates. You cannot have a stroller by cardio equipment while your baby sleeps, which is especially inconvenient and running on the track has been addressed regarding people who dont have etiquette, now add a stroller and imagine abruptly stopping. The price keeps going up for less services offered and a more crowded environment.
I asked an employee if they had a changing table in one of the rooms and she said Not in here Hm, seems like she should know the building. Very rude. Bunch of young kid lifeguards, we asked if we could go in a therapy pool because we have a 7 month old that was going swimming for the first time and the manager said no. It was open swim so it was too hectic for my little baby with all the young kids splashing around, the other pool was empty so I didnt see why it was an issue, plus we would be out in 10 min since she is so young. Would never go here again. Uneducated/rude staff.
Very friendly, we had an injury there and they were very accommodating and helpful.
Nasty power station it tastes like pure molded protein
Their accounts person doesn’t know what she is doing. They withdrew the money for the fee and then put it back they withdrew the money again and then they put it back. And now they have suspended my membership. What in the world? If you try to call and speak to the woman in charge of this, she’s never there! The Bank complained because there withdrawals don’t even show up with any identification!
Theyre too strict walking around asking everyone for their age, blowing those damn whistles every five seconds. It became annoying. Imagine trying to swim and have fun with family and all too often a lifeguard stops or blows a whistel regarding the silly stuff. RELAX, let the families enjoy themselves.
I used to love this place because I was spending at least 1 hour a day here and enjoying the environment. I asked them to cancel my membership right after the pandemic started because my wife is working close to COVID patients at the hospital and we dont like to carry the virus to the gym. Also it was at the end of the year for my plan. They said okay and I think they put my account on hold instead of canceling. at the end of august they charged me again and activated my account. I asked them to check my request from March that I mentioned the reason of our absence and we still have the same situation and the virus is here. phone calls and email was useless and had to go in person and explain the situation. I think eventually they canceled the plan but I did not get the money back. They totally charged us for two months that we never went to this place and this is not fair and a good way to treat the customers that have been there +5 years.
Great pool nice people. Good price on membership. Enjoy going several times a week.
Went to Baby Shower there. Nice to know they have rooms to use for special occasions.
Nice facility, however hit or miss with staff- either friendly and excited to help or flat out rude and bothered
Nice! This place is very family friendly.
Great place, great prices for membership. Clean, spacious.
Great place to work out. Good hours and helpful staff. They have a wonderful program for kids and a great Spa area. My son also participated in their Home School Gym program. Very well done.
Nice banquet facilities
Natatorium itself is great, Julie however, not so much. Its not just my opinion, check out Cuyahoga Falls FB page there are a few recent posts about the Nat that revolve around Julie being unpersonable. She soley cares about making a dollar, couldnt care any less about the actual families.
Work out here
I swim here with my wife and baby. She loves it. Nice family bathrooms to shower and get changed in.
Good stuff but pricey. 9 bucks if you know someone for the day or 12 for the day
As fun as I remembered great trip back!
Absolutely love this place! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There are tons of classes to take part in and a lot of workout equipment to help with anyones needs. My son loves the basketball and pool areas. And very affordable for the family.
The place has a great energy to it; very good people intermixed with your typical gym types. The overall look is impressive and inspires its patrons to frequently return. I like it a lot, and its hard to be happy working out at any other gym after spending a year at this place.
Wonderful place!
This is an awesome place to workout.. they have an in door swimming pool and running track.. The staff are super friendly and helpful
Really nice facility. Starting to show its age tho. Seems like something is always broken. Could use a good weekend shut down and a deep cleaning too.
