Michaels

Awsome cool storeWith lot of discounts

Shopping at Michaels is so easy. Everything is so organized, the staff is amazing! Extremely helpful always know where to find what youre looking for and if they dont have it in stock Ill call another store for you. Clearance aisle is awesome you can always find something there. Rainy cold Covidy days Michaels is the place to go. Dont forget to wear your mask and use hand sanitizer! stay safe

I can always spend hours or even a day at Michael’s. They have everything varied from home decorations, to art supplies, fabrics and even to home organizers. The customer service is great They help you find what you are looking for in the store or in their inventory.

It is the best place in US in my mind to buy things to prepare for the holiday and events.

They did announce that they were concerned about Covid safety. They did have spacing on the check out isles. There was no evidence that they were cleaning carts, though they said they were. There was no sanitizer available. The checker did clean surfaces between customers. I will only go here during off peak times because I didnt notice any regulation of number of customers entering store.

Good place

Love Michaels! Great selection for all artistic needs including framing and decorations. Always delighted to find new items at very reasonable prices. This particular location is well organized, clean and modern.

Delighted with custom frame order done by expert Katie. Great eye and exceedingly Patient and able to juggle customers while keeping everyone safe. THANK YOU!

Our go-to place for things like artificial flowers (i.e. Memorial Day) and crafts supplies. Theres usually a weekly promotion discount that you can take advantage of. We recently picked up some photo boxes on sale. The store is well-organized, clean and well-stocked. checkout is also efficient and store workers are helpful and friendly. Theyre conveniently located near the DeAnza/Sunnyvale-Saratoga exit off 280. Definitely recommend.

Friendly staff, well stocked store. Was able to find what I need!

Great selection of products and friendly employees

Lots of stuff to explore your creative side. One of the better maintained stores that Ive visited. And helpful staff.

Good place for crafts purchases.

This Michaels has the greatest person in their framing department... very talented re colors, textures, atmosphere of the piece... super customer-service oriented CSR - thank you!

Free Parking. Lots of different items, some you didnt know you wanted before going. Some stuff feels expensive but other stuff is a steal, particularly, the items for the season that just passed. Nice to have price scanners on each side of the store. Easy to find things for creative types that like decorating or creative kids. Shopping carts are not new and not the easiest to move around.

Some time hard to identify price on the goods that are for sale and discount

This Michaels has a good variety of art/craft and home goods in stock. They tend to be very busy and not have a lot of cashiers so checking out can sometimes take awhile. However the employees are very friendly!

Pretty much the same as any other Michaels store. Check online for coupons. Also they run some good deals of the week kind of thing. Shop here for all your art supplies and for Christmas decorations

Sorry I didnt visited Michael so scant tell you about it

My kids are crafty. At Michaels, there is so many things to choose from to get their creativity going.

Was going here expecting to see an Aaron Brothers, but quickly found out that they are now just an in-store department. The frame selection was limited with several bare spots where the size, and type of material, were either sold out, or just not restocked. All of the hanging tools were difficult to find making me wander around and go up and down every aisle until I finally found them. The aisles are difficult to navigate due to how little space there is.

One stop for a lot of DIY art and craft projects. But recently the quality of product seems going down. Sometimes the goods come with strong chemical smells which is a bit concerning.

This store has great selection of arts and crafts items. Items are alittle pricey but well worth the trip if you cant find something else where.

Love all the projects I could make year round.

I love coming into the store. Today I was here with a friend and we went up and down all of the rose of every section and it was wonderful. I wound up going back to very next day to buy something I had seen and still wanted. My only complaint is sometimes the line can get very long at the cash registers.

My husband and I went there for his birthday surprise! It turned out to be amazing! We both loved the class and cant wait to go back again. Very friendly and nice staff!!

Nice employees. My girlfriend was able to find the yarn she wanted here. They seem to have a great selection.

Found a decent frame for a large puzzle piece.

Had a custom frame job here and they were super nice, quick, and did fantastic work. Will definitely be coming back for more.

Very nice craft store. They have tons of coupons and savings, make sure to go there when stuff is on sale.

Tons of great stuff. Love the sales. Just dont like the army of pantry moths flying around the store and landing on me and in my hair.

Very well organized which makes it easy to find whatever you need for every hobby. Great options price wise. You can find reasonably priced items if youre just starting out on a project/hobby and higher end products for pros as well.

It actually helpful and I went there to buy Halloween costume it pretty fun

We love Michaels variety to buy for schools arts, decorations, color plain t shirts, baking, home and many things. Its reasonable price .Sometimes they have on sale products.I recommend to everyone.

First time to this location for me. Not used to store layout. Need more signs to help find things.

This is an artists paradise.

Just love this store... I went here 5 days before Christmas and every Christmas decor was available at 70% off... Pretty great collection as well ..

Nice store! Variety choices.

What I wanted was only sold online. Needed that day.

Lots of really cool crafts. Only downside can be long lines at checkout.

So many things to choose from! Crafters love this place, because theres everything!!! When I asked where something was, the worker pointed it out immediately. Easy to find things. Love the fake flower collection!!

It may have the product your looking for but always has a very distinct odor

Gud stockWell managed

Very helpful staff, creative.

Good place for your craft needs. They have an excellent selection of frames at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Always clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can always find a nice deal here, and if you forget to bring the ubiquitous coupons, you can usually find one on their website and show it to the cashier on your phone.

Staff is so helpful and friendly. Very approachable. I even shared pictures of some of my projects with the staff.

Expensive and not having quality acrylic paints or brushes. Just dissatisfied

Fun creative arts and crafts store with lots of great ideas for every holiday season. Not sure what to have your kids do on a rainy weekend, visit this store and they will be busy and creative and exercising wonderful, useful skills.

My daughter loves crafts and everything she asks for is available at Michaels. Also you get 40% off on next purchase sometimes.

Has nice, quality items. Great location.

LOVE everything about Michaels! Because I need dozens of fake flowers, ton of stock papers, 36 pair of scissors with different edges, rolls of yarn to make enough sweaters for my kitties, gallons of glue to make goo, storage containers to store more stuff I bought from Michaels.....you get it!

Found the frame and Yarn that I was looking for but it was really funny that the clerk that looked up an item we could not find said we could find it Sunnyvale. Well, Sunnyvale has been closed. But I guess they still have stock on hand.

A one point shop to serve art and craft lover. Do not get baffled by there high printed price as they have some or the other discount coupon always on the platter.

A one step shop for arts and crafts lovers and enthusiasists. Awesome collection and sale during holiday season. One of my favorite shopping stops.

The prices are high but are really good if u are a true artist

Not compassionate. Walked there carrying a baby, to get glitter. Arrived one minute after closing and they wouldnt accommodate. There were still customers in the store. Selection is OK, but over priced. Usually a wait for check out. Go elsewhere if you can. Otherwise make sure to get there on time and plan for a wait.

Uneven air conditioning throughout store. Couldnt stand discomfort. So I left without buying much.

Good

These guys have everything. Staff is helpful. Easy parking. Checkout line tends to backup though.

Its a decent crafts shop with a lot of the art supplies required for a school project. As long as what youre looking for isnt too weird, you can probably find it here.

Excellent source for art and craft supplies. I took a painting class that was very affordable, instructive and fun. I highly recommend given it a try!

Spacious, clean with a large selection. Highly recommend.

They had many colors of edible cake glitter spray. Look for coupons online. You can use them at the register.

Please organize the clearance aisle, as things are sliding off the shelves making it hard to want to look through any of it.You would sell more items

Nice products, good discounts, slow service.

Good for home decorating....

Its pretty cool, cause they got cool stuff

Beautiful spring blooms, very nice cute things for home decor....has a wide range of all kinds of art n craft supplies

Katie in the custom framing department is terrific. Great service and great framing.

Good place for hobbies

Christmas decor options wasnt as large as in the past but always a great place to get your craftiness revved up.

Who doesnt Love Michaels..

This Michaels is a great clean store to go snooping for artsy stuff.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful but for the manager. She was rude to a customer at the billing counter when she had doubts about her bulk purchase.

Good prices for beginner s art supplies and a huge variety for professional artists

They dont have a whole lot of stuff

I think I can do it lol

Great location. Easy parking. Helpful staff

Good collection for arts and crafts at very reasonable price. Online discount coupons available for first item you purchase

This Michaels location is very close to my home. Store manager Sabrina and all other employees are really good and always ready to help. 2 years back, I did all the Wilton cake decorations from here with instructor Liat Avivi. She was amazing. Most of the weekends I take my daughter for the art class on Saturday’s here for $2 ( material is included to). They have good collection of beads and other jewellery materials too.

Not a great shopping experience but if you are looking for something cheap and quick

Has everything one would expect a Michaels to have.. crafts, diy, elegant party decor! Make sure to always check their website for coupons before you shop.

More expensive than dollar stores but a bigger selection. Need to use the coupons to make it competitive.

Customer service is great i dont know if im paranoid or someone who looked like me stole from them cause feel the eyes little uncomfortable but ynderstand precautions

Lots of crafty things to buy here. Check out line can be long.

Fast and friendly service

Great Craft store with plenty of neat Craft items and more. Very helpful staff

You can walk around for hours..

Went to two different Michaels to have pictures framed. Waited in line for a long time and ended up leaving the first location. Longer wait time in the 2nd location, close to half an hour, only to be told they cant cut the border of the print. Went to a frame shop and they did what I wanted surprised Michaels wouldnt do it. My print looks beautiful in my new frame from art and frame unlimited.

Had what I was looking for. The website has a great search tool that allows you to find what row the item is on.

Large selection of diverse things

What can I say... everything you want and more!

If you a person thats likes arts & crafts this is the place to get your supplies the prices are high but only because the supplies are spot on and work very accurate.I LOVE THIS STORE

Staff always so very nice and helpful

This is the WORST run Michaels store. I had purchased a Dragonfly pendant. The clasp broke the second I took it out of the package. I had the package and the receipt within 2 weeks of purchase. Manager was questioning if she would accept the return. As if it was MY fault the cheap import junk Michaels is selling now was broken. Manager rude, lines always long.I returned 3 items on 3 separate receipts. Clerk gave me change separately for each. When I asked if he could convert the change to bills he said had to ask the manager first. Seriously!? He JUST gave me the change! I didnt just walk in and ask for change. The manager almost didnt let him do it! The staff at this store cant think for themselves. Dont shop here. Go to Sunnyvale or Blossom Hill instead!Or better yet, find quality products for less somewhere else. At least 10% of the jewelry supplies I had purchased had problems or broke within a short amount of time. Most of the jewelry supplies are substandard imports. Disappointed customer!

Very nice store with well stocked items.

Love going here to get craft related items, scented candles.. the environment is always so welcoming and cozy.. especially during the holidays.they have a great Christmas tree selection too!

Great deals on crafts and decor. Be sure and use the coupon.

Great selection, very attractive prices, cheerful/helpful staff
