Beautiful place! Love going here
Great party space! It has been renovated and looks great! Lots of room for a larger group too! It would be a great spot for a family reunion too!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I enjoyed all of the different artifacts and the stories that went with them. If you have a free afternoon go by.
Very impressive for a small, local museum. The gentleman working there was very friendly and informative.
Was in front of this place but not actually inside this visit. But the faculties have always been clean and it’s a good way to learn about the community.
Today I took my 10 year old history buff to the museum. All I can say is that we were pleasantly surprised. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and took time to explain each exhibit to my kids. They loved every second!
A fascinating walk through the history of Coleman county and the surrounding area. The docents are very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very available. Elaborate exhibit of arrowheads. Extensive coverage of the Civil War and battles in the area. Many artifacts of the county and the surrounding area. Dont miss the upstairs exhibits, recently renovated and reopened.
Very friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable.
You can rent rooms for events like birthday party or wedding showers etc

Great collection. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. Put it on your list of things to see.
Way cooler than I was expecting
Private party was held in the basement, great facility to hold events.
Im A nostalgic person so I really enjoy walking through the museum and glancing back when men were men and women stood by their man ...times wasnt easy back then but they was simple....love Mr.Kullmans home, and love how the city streets in Cullman are nice and wide....we can thank mr. Kullman for that because the beer wagon had its own lane down city streets...maybe Ill donate my Richter saloon token to the museum one day for other people to enjoy it as much as I have.

My husband and I visited Cullman, and planned to visit the museum. We checked the website and made sure of the hours (9-4). Upon arrival at 1:11 pm the doors were locked and was told that the museum was only open to 2 private parties that day. All they needed to to was indicate this on their public website.
Fascinating place to visit. Rich in Alabama history!
