Great club with great people and a beautiful course.

Being a member of the CLCC is so worth it. It is a wonderful family atmosphere. Everyone is open to talking and making new friends. The service is fantastic and the food is spectacular. My wife and I love to come here with our three kids and during the summer the pool area is unbeatable!

The Crystal Lake Country Club was the last place my husband and I toured when we were looking to book a venue. As soon as we walked in we knew right away it was the place for us! With almost 200 guests and wanting to have an outdoor ceremony, the Country Club checked all the boxes. But one of the best parts was THE PRICE! I cant express to you enough how reasonably priced the packages were. On top of that, the food was unbelievable! We still receive cards and texts to this day, telling us how beautiful the wedding was and how badly they crave the spinach raviolis. True story! With a room full of Italians, the toughest food critics of them all, you know the food was awesome when it still leaves an impression 4 months later! Along with the great food, the service was amazing. Everything was served hot and on a timely manner. Honestly, that is how the whole day went, perfect. I was warned by others that no matter what, something was going to go wrong on your wedding day. For months leading up to the day, I was preparing myself knowing that at least one thing was going to go wrong. Not us! Dedra, the General Manager, strived to make your day absolutely perfect and that is exactly what happened. Every detail I gave her was done and implemented the day of. The staff did an awesome job. I am truly one of the biggest advocates for the Crystal Lake Country Club. I tell everyone and anyone to go check it out when I hear couples are looking for a venue. We traveled far and near and nothing can compare to what we found here. I highly recommend and I am happy to be a reference.

I had my wedding here and everything was fabulous. The staff is out of this world - Rachel and Jenner were amazing. Our planning was very easy with Deidre. The food was great. Our wedding was outside and the setting was spectacular. Everyone was so accommodating. I would highly recommend this location. The pictures show the beauty of the course and setting.

Member guest outing was delightful. The course was beautiful and very challenging. Sand traps were killer. A person could spend hours trying to get out. I was that person. Beautiful facility. A must not to be missed.

CLCC is a wonderful country club. The golf course is always in immaculate condition. Dont let the relatively short yardage on the card fool you, it is a challenging course. Tight fairways lined by trees and small greens put a premium on accuracy not distance. Since the course was built in the 1920s the trees are mature and the superintendent has reworked all the holes to modernize them while keeping the charm of a traditional golf course layout.Clubhouse is great, food is wonderful and the staff very accommodating. The head golf professional is also the President of the Illinois PGA so you can be assured that he runs a quality program.The club is a family oriented facility with junior golf, a strong tennis program and swim team. What else could you want in a Country Club?
