I was so excited for this theater to come to Crown Point! I bought tickets for The Polar Express Experience in December when the events were first posted and was really excited to support a local business. It never opened, theres no progress being made and the building is dark, and theres been no response to my request for a refund. So disappointed in the outcome of this renovation.

I booked a mystery dinner in July for August 23rd. The week of the event, I thought I should go online to check the details. The dinner was canceled. I spoke with Brad after finding his telephone number online. He simply said to pick a new date. I selected October11th. The night before the event I checked online and didn’t see the event listed. I also realized I didn’t get anything in writing with the new date!! I called Brad (who was a very nice man) and he advised me the dinner was canceled again. He said he would email information to me. He did not follow-up. The last communication from Brad was on 10-22-19 stating he would get back to me later.I don’t want this to happen to a anymore people. I see events posted. I don’t know if events are being offered. Building looks dark (?)

Still waiting for a refund from the murder mystery on august 23. Never responded to call our emails. Would never buy a ticket for this business again. Also will never use eventbrite again

Horrible experience!! Refunds taking months and months. Keep getting run around. I wouldnt even give this place a one star rating.

I wish this would open back up. But then again, Crown Point would remodel and take out all the character and charge as much as the regular movie theatres . This would defeat the whole purpose of the small local theatre.
