I appreciate that they make pizzas by special request for the buffet, but I dont like the time spent waiting for the pizza to get made (if they dont forget altogether) or having to hover the serving area like a vulture... trying to get to the kind you requested before everyone else who is waiting for anything fresh to come out of the oven.

Nieces birthday party was here. Very nice. Service good and premises clean. Had fun in the game room. Enjoyable all around. I took off a star because the WiFi here does not work, it is like a tease.

Went in at 2pm for lunch and there were no customers. We missed the lunch rush. But the pizza was all fresh as well as spaghetti and salad. Great atmosphere. Love the rustic home town feel

It was very good I ordered what I wanted to be added to the buffet selection and it was made. Service was good bust boy kept the table clear of used dishes and napkins.

Mr. Gattis surprised me! The food was delicious and at the time I visited it wasnt crowded so no lines at all. You pay for your plate and then you serve yourself. Besides pizza, they also have a salad bar and dessert pizzas. Everything was so delicious. I would definitely go again if I was in the area. It didnt let me down.

Pizza was made very well. This is a buffet style restaurant as well as made to order. Very good for parties and other events! Very nice arcade as well. Really like the fact that you get cards with money loaded onto it also when you win tickets, instead of having a wad of tickets in every pocket they are loaded onto the same card you use for playing the games. Couple of things I do have to critique is that the pizza tastes the same no matter what pizza you eat. Its like the toppings and all taste the same but have a different presentation. The cheese sticks could use more flavor other than cheese. Other than those two things, this is a great place for the family.

We had my daughters 6th birthday party there. It was nice atmosphere, private, good pizza and games. She loved it!

Last night was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had great time with the efficient service, with the first-rate cuisine and booze and with the friendly price. We will absolutely visit there in a short time.

Their pizza is amazing hot or cold, the staff is wonderful, and their game room is nice. They do birthday parties and have a balloon man that makes animals and hats. A wonderful place to go with family or friends. Their buffet is awesome and they will make any pizza to put on the buffet for you.

Used to love this place. Tonight they had more dirty tables then clean ones. Pizza and trash all over floor. The pizza was all old. Half the games did not work but still took your money. Then when you brought the malfunction of the game up to the worker they rolled their eyes and turned their heads.

Called ahe was d and asked for our favorite pizza, 15 mins later when we arrived they were putting them on the buffet. Very friendly staff, fresh food, clean place, good atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone passing thru as we were. (Note: we arrived at 2pm, pizza was fresh)

When you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly staff, from the cashier to the busboy. Pizza was delicious. Clean and family friendly. The staff were wearing pjs pants and t-shirts. Cute cute.. Merry Christmas!!!

This use to be one of my go to stops when I was in town visiting. But the last couple of times it tastes like something has been frozen and thawed before cooking. Still enjoyable but not a go to anymore.

Weve had better experiences than this one at this location. Pizza choices were limited. And desserts were not replenished as quick as customers would have hoped. The quality of the food was consistent.

Ordered triple Cajun sausage ground beef pepperoni jalapeno x cheese I got a decent amount of Cajun sausage didnt see any ground beef maybe 2 pepperoni. A huge amount of jalapenos not enough cheese to notice. . And I didnt know hand tossed meant extremely thin

My wife and I try to make a point to stop at the Crowley, LA Gattis as we travel this route between TX and FL several times per year. The staff is always friendly and courteous; the food is fresh and the pizza and pasta are hot!They seemed a little overwhelmed tonight, it seemed, as some tables stayed stacked with dirty dishes LONG after patrons departed. (> 20 Min)--- Once two employees jumped on it, though, the place was back to clean as usual.There was a magician there tonight doing tricks for the kids and he left the kiddos squealing for more. My wife and I were just as entertained by the childrens reactions as we were by his fun card tricks etc. It made for a family-dinner-table type of atmosphere. :)Good visit, as always!

I was on my way home to Houston, a hurricane was in the making in Louisiana so many businesses were shut down. I made my regular Mr Gatties stop, taking a chance they may be open. I rounded the corner to see a lone pickup truck parked in the back. My brother who was with me said they are closed. I decided to go through the drive through, just to check. I waiting at the window, and a man appeared. He opened the window, I asked if he was open, he said no maam but what would you want? I explained that I am from Houston and told him what I would have liked. He said to my surprise, I can make you that in about 15 minutes, he & his wife were there making pizzas for their friends, preparing for the storm. I asked if I could use the ladies room while I waited, he said sure, come on inside. He gave me 2 drinks while I waited because he knew my brother was in the car. I enjoyed pleasant conversation with he and his wife. My pizzas were ready, 2 large, with extra everything, I might add. I tried to pay and he said they are on the house I was so surprised, I almost didnt know how to react, I am never at a loss for words, this time I was. I thanked he and his wife profusely. I am a firm believer that if you do good things in the world, good things will come to you. I am forever grateful for the kindness this gentleman and his wife showed towards me. I will be a FOREVER customer. BTW the pizza was excellent and it was my brothers birthday! Again Thank you from the bottom of my heart!Koy Garza-Houston TX

We were welcomed when we walked threw the door. We already knew we were getting the buffet before we got there.We were ask if we would like any specific pizza cooked for us.The salad bar was well stocked with fresh veggies. They had a good selection of dressings.The pizza was good. The only complaint I have is that the covering on the booth seats were very worn. Split and cracking. I have a bad back so always try to sit in a booth. The chairs at the tables all looked good. It was just the booth seats. We enjoyed our food and the place was clean, the servers were nice and I would go back again. I would recommend it to others.

Great pizza, kids love the games, I just wish they could keep the coke machine stocked. There ends up being another big line for soda because one machine only has some options and the other has some different options.

Great food

This was our 2nd time stopping by on the way through and it didnt disappoint. The staff is friendly, place is clean and good food. This evening, we were even entertained by a whole mess of littles throughout our dinner. No screaming kids, no angry parents, just a nice dinner.

We came here for an early supper and the restaurant is really clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The color scheme is warm, having lots of wood and decorated lightly with rustic signs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and there are a variety of games to play in the small enclosed arcade for the kiddos. Would be nice to see some expansion on that but the restaurant is not a large one and the arcade relfects the size of the restaurant i think. Will visit again.

Food is amazing! They have really stepped it back up here! Mr gattis has returned!! Only complaint would be the addition time to the buffet, there could be more variety at all times. Many times we have gone and the selection of pizza was minimal.

We have used this Mr. Gattis to host a couple of birthday parties, and have been more than satisfied with their service (and for a very reasonable price too). Everyone is always nice, and Ashley, in particular, has been a wonderful hostess each time, attentive and helpful. The pizza is always great, and everything is always clean. We love this Mr. Gattis!!

Im allergic to pizza, but when I told annah about my allergy, she proceeded to make me a pizza-free pizza. I was so thankful I went to tip her, but she wouldnt accept it and instead donated it to a foundation for children without ears. This has to be the most quality service Ive received since a waffle house employee called me sweety.
