Giving this venue 4 stars for affordability. This venue, I believe, can sit 300 people. The owner is pretty easy to reach and will call you back if you leave a message.Pros:-can bring own food-can bring own beverages-don’t need to pay for security unless you want to contract yourself-open area up front, private room, bar area, cute icicle lights (some may not work)-affordableCons:-can not arrive day before to set up, even though it’s not been booked-will not give extra time after party to clean up. Need to be out by 1AM.-full deposit will not be given back if you stay later.-strict on time-many tables/benches are not stable, some broken-clean up is on your own (mopping, sweeping) unless you’d rather let owner keep the deposit-have to turn on all 4 A/C units when you arrive to set up, very hot in the summer and they will not be turned on for you before arriving.

I loved the western theme decor, but a bit too hot inside the actual dance hall.
