Where do I start I have Black mold from a shower they have “fixed” like 30 times now. Go to crowley Facebook page I uploaded a video sent video is worth a thousand words.

There isnt any vister parking very little

Stay far far far far far away from this place!! We have been here 9 years and can’t wait to leave. They do not care about their tenants. Maintaince is completely clueless!! They can’t repair anything correctly. We have had black mold in our youngest sons room for months now. We have pointed it out several times and they refuse to fix it saying it’s just mildew. The entire wall of sheet rock is black to include the carpet. All from a leak they never fixed correctly. Their maintenance team has NO clue how to do any type of house repair. They have lost the key to our house at least 4 times so who knows who has a key to this house or anyone’s for that matter. We paid a pet deposit when we first moved in and now they are charging us a monthly fee. This place is a rip off. Please avoid this place at all costs. Rent at your own risk!

I meant to give 4 stars and only clicked one whoops.I was really kind of frustrated at first but after having some plumbing issues, management has been on top of it. I’m very pleased. This is the first big issue we have had and it’s gettign taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

My rental experience was better before new management took over

We lived here for a year and it was a wonderful, quiet place to live. Jana and Shannon in the office were always very accommodating and they also always resolved any issues immediately. The neighbors are awesome! We wanted to stay another year but our career paths took a different turn and neither of us could justify driving so far for work. When we moved I personally received a phone call thanking me for keeping the home in such great shape and Ive been reassured that my security deposit will be given back to me which is awesome!

Was giving someone a ride but looks like a wonderful place to live

Been currently renting for a year now. I love it there! the community is great, weve never had any problems & the front office is great!

Went to try to rent a mobile home that I saw in a paper. The office had a be back in 10minutes sign on the locked door to the office. So I waited almost 2hrs and no one showed up.... I wont be renting there.

We lived here for 4 yrs. I wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy. When I called to get things fixed it never happened. I waited 4months for a window to get fixed and guess what it never happened. Nothing will get fixed. And then they raise the rent as if anything is really getting done. Nope dont rent here or live here.

My exgirlfriend and I tried to get a place there and they said they would check our credit which we both knew was fine. Then they proceeded to tell us we didnt qualify we drove past a week later and some Hispanic couple was living in the trailer we were trying to get..... this place is racist

Been here for over a year and the maintenance guys are rock stars! Adrian and Jorge are the best thing that this place has to offer. If you need anything fix they get right on it. These men are the hardest working guys I have ever met. Without there expertise this place will never be what it is today.

Office staff I would say is not really a people person I had to lead the conversation to get any info at all. Also I believe they misrepresent themselves and give you false info to get you to pay for the application process and then when it turns you down (mind you Ive never been turned down to lease a place before) they change everything around on what they had previously told you before. So they are either running a scam on people or just flat out lying to people. When you call Edna out on what she had previously told you she just gets defensive and rude. Definitely not pleased with their customer service or the way they handle business.

Good place clean and safe

Moved into this community in October. I have nothing BUT good things to say about the community, the office staff, or the maintenance crew! They are always polite, ask us how things are going, and if we need anything. The maintenance crew is on top of their game. They are very proactive, and they always take the necessary steps to identify any issue that they foresee could be a problem. Kid friendly, and nice place to settle down!!

Live here and its a nice place now

I come to visit one of my buddies there it is pretty clean and nice I guess for a trailer park. They only deal is I see when I go there is there cops in and out of that place very often so either its a very safe place or theres a lot of bad stuff going on.

I moved to Chalet City in 1999. I bought a mobile home and stayed in it till 2013 .I decided I should upgrade and with Janas help I bought a new home from the Yes company . She was so helpful . I love my new home . I wanted to live in Crowley because it is so convenient to surrounding areas . I love it here and never had any problems.

Visited a friend who lives there. Looks nice but too many rules.

Its k you can do stuff there .And dont take your kids to David l walker you have to do stuff some time fun and the opposite of fun

We have lived here for almost a year and I absolutely love it. The office staff are so nice and accomadating. The maintence guys are prompt and always are extremely polite and respectful. The only issue we have had here is neighbors who are older residents who are just plain mean. But as a whole there has been no crime, no issues with people just hanging around or any issues with the park as a whole. If your looking for affordable housing in a good neighborhood I think this place is great!

Me and a few roommates decided to rent for a year, they claimed that we owed them money every month and said they were paying our bills (electric, and water) even though we were paying the bills and had receipts proving this. When we asked them for proof that they were paying our bills they couldnt provide any and eventually gave up. They also said we couldnt park on the side of the road in front of our own home, even though every one else on the street did so as well. They take months to do any work on homes. Come move out time they tried to say we moved out earlier than our lease was up even though it wasnt true and tried to charge us another month of rent on top of keeping our entire security deposit even though the house was still in good condition. They are all greedy and will definitely rip you off. Especially young adults. Avoid this place.

I have lived there my Whole love and that is the best place to live

Great neighborhood for family and friends, great community and has a pool for families to have a great time with friends or family.

The park is clean and minimal. Virtually no outdoor space is assigned to each space. Clean affordable living.

I wished we never moved here. If you can avoid moving here avoid it like the plague. They dont fix anything. They rent the homes knowing they have mold and wont do anything. They claim its mildew. We are doing our year and getting as far away from here as possible.

This place is absolutely amazing the, I love the office staff they are so family orriented and sweet the fall festival was awesome, and they had santa for the kids to take pictures with. Ive never felt more at home than i here.

I called to inquire on rentals and spoke to shannon. The first time she was rude and obnoxious. Thought maybe she was having a bad day. A week later i tried again and she hung up on me. Wouldnt take the time to answer my questions. I wouldnt live here even if I was paid to do so.

Updated original review as we are moving out of this property bc they have failed to fix multiple issues with the property in a timely manner. We have been dealing with most issues for months and some since we moved in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

Enjoy visiting, my girlfriend lives here so yeah.

Hate this place!! Own my home but pay too much lot rent for them to not do anything with it. Have trees growing out of control hitting the roofs and they wont have it trimmed after telling me they would. SMH at the crappy service of this place. Too bad Im still on a lease...

Its a quiet community but maintenance is not that great.
