The bathrooms were clean and the place was clean. It looks like they are doing a great job in keeping the place spotless while we were there. They had every other row blocked for safety. We watched Tenet and it started at 7:00pm. We were the only 2 people watching that movie. When we came out of the movie we were the last ones to leave. Poor guy had to wait on us. We kind of felt like we were in a movie ourselves, being the last 2 people in the world watching a movie, then coming out and no one else in the parking lot.We loved it!

Clean and spacious cinema and restrooms. Concessions were friendly but the sweet raspberry tea tasted horrendous and the large popcorn was full of seeds.

My son and I go all the time. Staff is always friendly and we have really enjoyed the five dollar movies.

Good movie selection. Very nice employees. Cost $20 for my husband, myself, & our son; very reasonable price. Snacks is what got our money, but that is ALL movie theaters! Over all loved it and would recommend!

Recently had work done and it shows. I love that they have so many different theaters so you have plenty of movie options. The decor is nice. I especially love that they sell the movie posters. My only complaint, as with every other movie theater is the price of concessions. Its ridiculous that drinks are so flipping expensive.

Love all the improvements they made! It looks so nice. The popcorn was way to salty though. They dont need to add salt, they should let people do that themselves. The caramel corn was delicious and I was so happy to see Pepsi there instead of Coke! Had a great time as usual. The bathrooms are always clean and the young people working there are always friendly and polite!

Went and saw avengers endgame tonight. Theater was alright but I would suggest when lining up people give them some direction before you get a ton of people lined up on both sides then tell everyone to move. Into certain lines.

They need bigger seats, not everyone is a size 2. And its always dirty. But its the only movie theater in Crossville, TN. And they do run a free movie for the kids on Halloween night with trunk or treat, and have $5 classic movies for a week around Christmas time. So they are trying. They just need a update and employees that actually clean.

Paid 20.00 for matinee had to go out twice and called once from my seat just to get the movie started so my 4pm movie didnt start until 430pm I guess maybe you shouldnt have children running a theater... Will not go back... Tried to talk to a manager sent me to a child!

I always enjoy going to the Rocky Top Theatre. I have always been greated by professional young people there. And I saw A Star Is Born best movie of the year.

We went to see the The Nutcracker, we waited for 30 minutes and the movie was suppose to have started. I went to the ticket person and she started they couldnt get it to play...My question is how long would we have waited?

The last couple years I have done everything I could to avoid this theater. The movie posters on the outside of the building were all smashed and the movies wouldn’t even be centered on the screen. Recently, however, all this has changed. They’ve ditched the broken glass posters for a digital screen and I haven’t had a single problem with the movies being messed up. I have heard that is under new management and all I can say is, they are doing a great job. I now enjoy going to this theater.

Overall a good cinema. Clean theater. It would be nice if they had electronic kiosks and online purchasing. Also, I dont think most people think about movie times by days of the week.

Fair prices for movies are hard to come by nowadays but this place is great for your money! The staff is always kind, the service is quick, and the facilities are clean. The concessions are pretty fair, as well. The air conditioning in the summer could use some work (it gets hot in the theater), but they almost always have it the perfect temperature!

I love this place. They have discounts for military and seniors.

The sound is so loud that each time we go we must carry ear plugs. And its always so cold that we freeze. These things really take away from the enjoyability each time. If there was another theater in the area we would go there instead.

This theater only gets two stars because the movie was good. I went on 12-2-14 to see Penguins of Madagascar at the 4PM showing, definitely recommend the movie. Just steer clear of this theater if you have another option.1. The bathroom was filthy.2. The theater was colder than the temp outside. Keep in mind, this is December. Turning on the heat cant be that horrible for a theaters profits.3. The corn chips that I got when I ordered nachos were so stale they bent instead of crunching. My toddler did enjoy the popcorn so there is star number 2.4. The whole theater smelled like a bathroom. No joke, urinal cakes is a very good descriptive word for the way it smelled.
