Lived there about 6 years ago till may of 2015, didnt like living there because the trailers are too close together and the neighbors are too too nosy.

The landlord is wonderful .Most part its a quit place.

Great Landlord he fixes things when needed and works with you if you have to be a little bit late because of un for seen circumstances. Like your momma in the hospital or emergency veterinarian visit because someone poisoned your pet. Or because your hours are cut.

Never live there nasty

I did not enjoy living there at all. it was very overpriced. We were paying what the whole trailer was worth about twice a year. Definitely would not recommend it!!!!

Trailers not up to date or in poor repair

The first thing I noticed was all the little kids playing outside. They all seemed friendly, which means a lot since I have two of my own.The yards were mowed and neat looking. Also, Management was friendly and helpful.

Its a decent trailer park, it could use some minor renovations to the trailers.

Very nice place to live and I have good friends that lives there
