Picked up a Sig scope and new scope mount from em few days. Works awesome on my ar. Good clear view and budget friendly.Reloading pretty good. They try to keep everything in stock and order qhat ya may need if they can. My first stop before I go anywhere else.Always a pleasure doing business with em. And the fact they allow me to teach hunter education there. AWESOME.

Great tool selection but really the gun section is something to talk about . I’ve never seen so many firearms in one selection. Definitely going back for all my gun needs. Honestly, best pawn shop by far. Been to all in town and none of them were as supportive, kind, patient, and caring as the employees there. Went and bought a PlayStation 4 for my little cousin and he loves it. Looks and works like new. On top of that, they’re so clean and orderly. So well sectioned off and everything is easy to find.

Wow the most amazing gun shop as soon as you enter the shop they are right there. I love the guns the selection is like no other. Great amount of ammo. Clean and organized store. Any question I have ever had about a gun or amunition has been answered efficiently. Candice, Kimmie, and Sarah have top notch customer service. I am always greeted with a smiling face. My kids love the free stickers with each purchase. My son participates in sports shooting for Cumberland County and everything we have needed has been there and if it they dont have it in stock they will preorder it for me.

After a very long wait for the reopening of the range portion of The Gun Shop, it finally happened. It looks like the remodeling consisted of some maintenance to the walls to remove lead. No problem, the previous range was a great place to shoot and the lead removal is something that needed to be done. I talked with a lady about membership ... severely and outrageously high prices in addition to something called a sign up fee to gouge even more money. Individual - $359.88/yr + $99 signup. Couple - $599.88/yr + $199 signup. Family - $719.88/yr + $249 signup and something new called Executives - $1199.88/yr + $499 signup. This has to be the highest prices for range membership in Tennessee. Im very disappointed in Gun Shop management for these outrageous prices. I would love to shoot here again but not at highway robbery prices. I currently drive 60 miles to another range ... I guess Ill keep on driving over the mountain to shoot. At least until the Gun Shop decides to lower prices to a reasonable standard and to drop that ridiculous sign up fee.Reply to Mr Bartlett CEO:I understand the need for a remodel when one takes ownership of a business. You want to portray the best for your business. The renovations are mostly unseen ... along the lines of doubling air input and lead removal, from what you write. Lead removal is a very important task in the ownership of a range and is recommended to be done every few years. I look forward to the hearing about the rest of your renovations whenever they are completed. Having generations of kin in and around Nashville, I can say that Crossville is NOT Nashville, thankfully. Nor is it Atlanta, or Chattanooga, or Memphis, etc. Hallelujah!I agree, the computer system that operates the lanes and retrievers is top notch. That is one of the positives that attracted me to purchase membership for the range under the previous owners. We purchased couple/family (I forget the terminology that was used at the time) membership in the range of $350. The membership required no additional sign up fee. The range was also pistol and rifle friendly. The rifle were however limited, under previous management, to certain calibers. Perhaps you have improved the range to accept higher caliber rifles but 25yds or less is not usually a popular rifle range. But then you offer machine gun rentals. Nice incentive but I shot machine guns when I was a young man and didnt have to pay for the ammo.Other ranges, including the one I am now a member, charge in the neighborhood of $250 - $275 Individual and $350 for Couple/Family. Even prior to purchasing the couple membership there, we were paying $15/each .. no matter how long we were on the range. I have found those prices to be the norm. Of course, I dont go to Nashville or Atlanta. Oh and the range controllers, while not as fancy as yours, work just fine. The 4 free range passes are a nice option, if needed. I never used one. Oh and t-shirts as a bonus to your high prices??? Im 75 years old, I have a closet full of t-shirts that I have available. Im long out of high school and the prospect of receiving a screen printed t-shirt that advertises a business I may or may not utilize, fails to excite me.Yessir, Im sure you put a lot of thought in pricing your range memberships. Far be it from me to tell you how to run your business. But it is my option to avoid your business when I find the prices to be ridiculously high and a rip off. Nothing personal ... I just dont like your prices.I appreciate your offer for a free range pass, should I drop by the range in the future, Mr Bartlett. I would have to decline your kind offer. I have no problem paying my way when I utilize a product. But I seriously doubt I will drop by your range again ... unless you bring your prices to a reasonable norm. I bought a new fn 509 a month ago. Was undecided about retuning it since they have a 30 day no regrets. . I know I drove them crazy, they were so patient and understanding my needs and so wanted to make me happy. Little marry was such a pleasure to work with, she worked 2 hours on the trade in towards the gun and never showed any sign of disgust towards me. Lol They have that big gun shop feel with that small town friendly atmosphere. They are guaranteed the best gun shop in the southeast by far!!!!!! Thanks for all your help. Brandon M

I do A TON of business at both stores. Crossville and Livingston that is. I have never had a single poor experience in either store and thats saying a lot. Been shopping and pawning there for a few years. I love shopping for dvds blu rays PS4 games laptops etc. The stores are designed beautifully and organized extremely well. I do have one favorite employee in Livingston and one in Crossville as well but I dont believe I should name them personally they know already. My favorite stop at any time of day. New inventory constantly which is exciting iT becomes like a treasure hunt especially at those deals

I absolutely love this store. They have some beautiful rings and even collectable coins. My favorite part about it is getting to chat with the very smart and hilarious girls. What I like about this store the most is the friendly and knowledgable staff I have envountered each time Ive been there! My favorite thing I got was the carry permit I received from taking Candices class. It was so fun and I learned way more than I expected to! Its hard to say who my favorite employee is, but the Stone sisters (Kim and Candice) and Sarah have each been very professional and helpful when I have been there. This place is a great place to kill some time lots of good stuff. The hubs bought 5 guns and 2 cases of ammo at a really reasonable price. And I bought a old as heck army cot as a present for his hunting trips. And my favorite employees are Sarah and the sisters Candice and kim. They all bust on each other like a framily. I just feel like I want to be friends with them. And they have been teaching me about the guns because admittingly I dont know much about them but they really know their stuff and are helping me keep up with conversation with my husband.
