Terrible summer camp program! The summer camp sounded great; all the people at the front desk talked about how great it was. Big surprise - it wasnt great!The kids were not supervised a lot of the time, running around with no staff in sight. Bigger kids bullying other kids and no staff to step in. The equipment is never washed off; my daughter came home with a staph infection because it is so filthy. They promised a field trip every week and never went on one; a complete lie! My daughter would come home with all sorts of scuffs and scratches from playing on the equipment and the staff never even bothered to administer first aid.When I tried to bring my concerns up I was told that the camp might not be a good fit for our family; they would rather turn away business rather than improve their program.With the staff running that facility that way theyll have more lawsuits! Yes, I checked and there have been many! Next time Ill check for lawsuits before I enroll my daughter in a camp!

Good place for bday parties

I have nothing but great things to say about Game Time! Ive taken my children there many times and they had an absolue blast. The facility is clean and safe and the staff is always very helpful and interactive with the children. We will absolutely continue to visit Game Time in the future.

Price based on height (?) And we were not allowed to bring in a birthday present for our 3 year old. Terrible policy. I understand food and cake since they want to sell you that... But gifts?

Excellent place for kids to play all day, great variety of things to do, and awesome place for birthday parties!

Went there for my nephews birthday. Pros: friendly and helpful staff, activities were organized and sectioned well (so wondering kids cant escape) Cons: NO air conditioning, with 100 sweaty little people, including adults. Batting cages severely over priced (over priced is an understatement), unless you buy the whole package then its a good deal. Bathrooms unclean and no ventilation.They are an up and coming business which is why I rated so high, it takes time working the kinks out. Everyone did have a great time! Kids could run loose and not worry about them being unsafe, adults had an awesome time on batting cages! Will be back!

New owner as of November 2014. All equipment has been either replaced or repaired/cleaned. New staff. New & improved camp program. More equipment (both indoor & outdoor) than before. Added in a multi-sport court where we host dodgeball (Friday nights), Cornhole Tournaments, and much more! Added a Teen Center. Separate toddler areas in both the indoor playground and outdoor water park. Added arcade games. CLEANER--SAFER--MORE FUN!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the tall female named Ellis who works the front . I will never spend my money in here, there is no A/C, the bathrooms are disgraceful and i witnesed her treat other paying customers with total disrespect !!!!! I hope you have another job because this business will not last long with you in it. DISGUSTING doesnt deserve 1 star

I dont even know where to begin...an employee called my son off one of the slides and told him to sit down for 5 mins..ummm excuse me dont put my child in time out.never will return to this place! And it is a saturday at 1 pm ..and we are the only people here i see why now.

My kid loves this place. Not sure about the camp but what kid wouldnt like an inflatable playground.

I sucks to plan a day to take your son to batting cages because the website along with google places page all say you hours are Sunday 1-6pm...pages they obviously manage, so its not google fault. My boy has been so pumped. So I drive 40 mins to pay what seemed to be a little high on pricing, but whatever their gonna be open. Well upon arrival, the doors are locked and the door says Sundays 1-6pm Nov 1- may 31st next to Sundays time. Apparently they are aware of the using of the internet for people to find info regarding times and such, being they mention the website on voice mail and took the time to sign up for Google places for business, but could care less about keeping it up to date. Just lazy and inconsiderate! This drive will not happen again. Piss poor business management!
