Pretty nice place, small enough you can keep your kids in sight. Has metal picnic tables with umbrellas, need to bring cushion if sitting for long. Great area for little ones, even a sandy area to play.

A great family pool with lots to do! Lifeguards are generally friendly. Wish they allowed you to bring your own food in since they dont offer any healthy options.

Great deal for the money. Enjoyed the water slides and diving board. Very attentive staff who made sure everyone was safe and rules were followed.

Cheap, yet fun to go to. Great supersision by life guards for small children. Adults have pool to themselves for 10min out of every hour :)

Beth is great with kids. but the younger girls are more interested in their cell phone and how they look.

Cleanest public pool I have ever been to! Admission is super inexpensive and it wasnt to crowded when we went.

Excellent place to take the kids for a swim. It is a very clean pool. The life guards pay close attention to everything going on in and around the pool. There is also a snack bar, the prices are very reasonable. We had an excellent time at the Pirate Cove Pool.

Kids love the place. The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t bring your own snacks in. Pools about 4 bucks and 1 buck extra to use the slides. There at cheaper places to swim but this place is extremely kids (small kid) friendly.

Is great for little kids up to about age 12-13. Not much to do for teens.

Lots of fun for the whole family. A couple of great slides and even a zero depth zone with an umbrella waterfall that gives a great massage. Only got 4 stars cause my favorite slide was broken that day. Probably up and running by now though

Bought season passes for family..only thing i didnt like is my 3 month old daughter had to get a pass too. Nice pool for the family though

Cold as hell

Love it here me and my friends and fam spend lots of time here and love it the people are nice and the life guards dont freak out over every thing you do. The water is not freezing but cold so its refreshing and they have lots of good cheap food. I really enjoy this place and I like that they offer punch cards as well as season passes and family season passes. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pool

So fun and many diffrent things you can do. Great service. So much delicious food too.

They are usually filled to capacity and when it is there is not really any room for kids to play and have a good time. I think capacity is to crowded. Council Bluffs needs to invest in a few more pools.

I live in cb but will be my only time coming. Ill continue to drive to Fremont splash station.

They dont take cards. So bring cash. But this is a lovely zero extra pool that my toddler adored. They have much more for bigger kids too.

Lots of space,amzing cool water for hot days,slides are fast, diving board is really fun its hight up and they let u do whatever u want, its fun i will soon return back there.

If Google could coordinate better with the information on the water parks website that would be helpful. For instance it says open today, but the park has been closed for the season since Aug. 10th. I went during Labor Day weekend based on the Google information to find the sign that says closed for the season. The surrounding neighborhood looked kind of suspect, like you mightve had the wrong directions, but its there. It also looked a bit antiquated so based on looks, I say its OK. We just didnt get to experience it.

Sam does a great job with the toddlers in her class. She has mastered controlling more than one kid at a time ;)

Horrible, I will never return. Life guards on duty did not enforce rules. Kids were throwing tennis balls in the pool and came less than an inch from hitting my 10month old daughter in the face. Complained that there shouldnt be a tennis ball in the pool to three works who did nothing. We stayed less than a hour, and will never return.

They made me pay for my 9 month old daughter, which was ridiculous to me. I also had to get out of the pool during adult swim because they told me my baby had to get out of the pool
