Pretty good but has uneven ground in the outfield, understandably, and it has a short backstop for baseball. It also has a great playset near for younger kids and it overall pretty good

It may be because it was cold out even though its May 9th, but there was no one there which allowed the dog I was watching to run and play. The grass had been cut recently, it was clean throughout the park. There are the normal things for the kids to play on. Just a very nice little park.

GREAT ballpark that is always clean & great for the kiddos to play ball on! ALWAYS have a great time watching them play at these fields! A concession stand would be an AWESOME addition! With bathrooms. :)

Grew up here. So Im kinda partial to it

Massive park with lots of grass to roam on, a small playground surrounded by trees to keep you shaded in the summer and a big baseball field at the back. Today when i went it was really peaceful and quiet because of the size, but there are jets passing overhead quite a bit, not much of an issue for me though. Its pretty secluded and took me a minute to find it but I would recommend.

In the summer you have all the homeless down there in the park especially when theyre down there playing baseball and parents are afraid to let their kids get too far away to the playgrounds because all the homeless are sitting over there drinking their beer and smoking their dope and everything else so once again the Council Bluffs Police Department falls on their ass again in this department clean up our parts and definitely clean up our streets

Homeless people everywhere especially around the kids park. Never going back
