Stellar customer service. Social distancing with hand sanitizers everywhere. Felt very safe and great amazing sound system inside theatre. You can actually FEEL THE ACTION OF THE MOVIE. Seats recline for comfort. Food available.

The kids enjoyed it. Price is a little bit high but the comfortable seating and cleanliness was worth it. And the person who worked at the front counter was very friendly.

We watched Annabelle at the night show here. It was not crowded and the entrance lobby is beautiful. The seats were comfortable and cozy but they do not have the temperature control like AMC Oakview. We enjoyed the movie but only thing that bugs me is there is glass guard railing in front of the seats of the back rows which doesn’t provide you a smooth view to watch the whole screen while leaning back. I would recommend not to book the last two rows in this theatre.

Safe and clean venue, and social distancing are firmly in place during our visit. We enjoyed the movie of David Copperfield based on the novel by Charles Dickens.

Really comfortable seats, love the many different concessions available. It’s all quite expensive though, which is the same with all other AMCs, so I get that. Just really good quality overall.

Dilapidated parking lot, in a sketchy part of town, and nothing extraordinary about the movie-going experience that would justify these concessions (pun intended). Literally anywhere across the river will give you a better experience.

Popcorn cold and they schemed the get a free refill thing with excuse of COV. Movie was good.

A fun place to visit but they dont always keep it as clean as it should be. My major gripe is the Dyson hand air dryers. Check out the photos I took of them and tell me they are not gross.Update:We went back today to see Dora. The Dyson hand dryers were mostly clean. I did have two things that nagged at me.1. The screen had blue dots all over but heavily concentrated in the lower right. We found this very distracting.2. The lid area next to the pop machines always looks a site. My picture doesnt show all the sticky pop but they always seem such a mess.Hope they can clean things up. We have a lot of fun memories here. My little girl has always called it the echo place.

Very impressed with the Council Bluffs AMC Theater, the cleanliness, the seating and the overall ambience. The popcorn was fresh, and worth the cost. Obviously I spent a little more on this visit, however well worth being able to relax while eating popcorn, M&Ms and lemonade.The reclined seats made for a more relaxing experience. Plus being able to have seats that were in the right row for viewing. Theater 7, Row E seems to provide a good view of the screen without having to look up. This is one of their Dolby experiences, so expect to have your seat vibrated. Well worth the cost of the experience for Star Wars.

Went to see The Way Back last night at 9:05pm. We sat until 9:15pm before my wife gaff to let them know the movie and previews havent even started yet. So they called to have the manager stay the movie. After the movie started the volume was low so in some of the soft discussions in the move we couldnt even hear.

Drove 2 hours to see a movie that showed on a google search as being shown at the theatre. Movie not showing when I tried to buy tickets & was told one of the websites doesnt update right. & that the would be showing tomorrow. Yea, like Im driving home & coming back tomorrow?! I was told by the manager that I should have used the app & that I should have gone to their website in a different way to get accurate info. I live 2 hrs away & rarely drive 2 hrs just to see a movie, why would I want the app? How was I supposed to know the information online wasnt right? How would I know the website doesnt update right. My fault? Dont thinl so! Finally, the manager dud the right thing & give me free admission to a different movie & coupons for free drink & popcorn. Was told we usually dont do this. Will know next time to check the website the right way.

Best theater between both Council Bluffs and Omaha!

Signed up for the Stubs A-List service. I dont feel like that is the service I got. There are little caveats to the free movies and popcorn youre supposed to get so make sure you read the fine print carefully. I still had to pay 15 dollars for my two tickets and I ended up paying full price for my popcorn and drink because the guy couldnt find my account. Our movie was in theater 17 which is not labeled at all and if you look at the it only says theaters 8-16 but apparently 17 is there also. We ended up leaving during the preview because we thought we were in the wrong theater. We thought the preview was the movie because we were late and the preview started building plot points. We walked the entire theater only to confirm that we were in the right one. Other than that the staff was friendly and the theater was mostly clean. I will go back in the future.

Nice theater. Staff was somewhat friendly. Only one side of the concession stand was open so we had to wait a bit for concessions but not too long. Food is pricey but decent. Fairly clean facilities.

We enjoy the movies a lot, especially with $5 Tuesdays its so much cheaper to take the kids and they do super well. Got them a kids combo the last time and it worked out so well! They got their own mini popcorn and Icee.

Very comfortable. Almost too comfortable! You put your recliner clear back and its almost comparable to being in bed.. caught myself nodding off quite a few times.

This AMC is amazing! They have the recliner seats in every auditorium except IMAX. The Dolby theater is a bit too loud so now I avoid seeing movies in that one at all costs. The snacks are awesome and I appreciate that the menus include calorie counts.

Very clean and inviting atmosphere here. Staff was naturally helpful and cheerful. Lots of choices for drinks and food, but definitely reminds me why many folks dont eat at theaters $$. Would go back again for another movie any time.

Very messy. The person who gave us tickets talked fast. We had never been there so we didnt know which seats to pick. Talking fast he said here here here, we said just pick one. He did and wouldnt you know it my seat didnt recline, luckily not many people were there so I moved over. The kids they have working there dont know how to keep their areas cleaned. I can only imagine what their own rooms look like.

Great place!!! Everything was sold out in Omaha (for the movie we wanted) so we drove to CB. Would easily make the drive from Omaha again. GREAT PLACE!

Always such a great place to see movies. The Dolby theater is amazing (better than IMAX) but the IMAX is pretty great too. Fun for all ages to eat drink and be merry.

Omg, this is the best movie theater but, unfortunately, The cost of the popcorn candy and pop is ridiculously high. Never thought I would see the day when I brought my own pop and candy in. Just bought the popcorn and tickets. Sorry AMC thats all I could afford.

Saw Midway in the Dolby Cinema theater. It was awesome. The seats are very comfortable. The sound is amazing. The projection was clear. The entire facility is clean. Would go back.

I came there and they just had a fire alarm and. it took one hour to get tickets back up and they told me that. yes you can see the movie that you came here for. so then I bought the tickets then right when I got to the person that cuts the tickets. they told me that we are not showing this till. 3 hours from now.

They really need to clean this establishment. Found cockroaches by the soda machines near the lids. We quickly threw our $50 worth of popcorn and remaining drinks away and walked out. Understandable to have mice, roaches, etc. but when a customer tells staff about it, at least look concerned and get a rag and attempt to clean. Staff looked around then proceeded to fill her drink and walk away after we told her about the issue. Friends and family will not return to this location.

This place was empty on a Saturday night. They dont have pickles, so I got a hotdog. The hotdog was $6, and they only give you 2 toppings for this price. The seats in the theatre were comfortable tho.

They make sure that going to the movies is an experience. They are constantly updating and renovating to keep things fresh and the latest technologies. Its worth getting off the couch and into their comfy recliners.

Great movie theatre. The whole place is very clean and orderly. The lobby has a beautiful mural painted on the ceiling which is quite unique. We saw two films here. One in Dolby Cinema and one at a regular screen. The Dolby Cinema experience was incredible. We felt like we were part of the action and it made the movie so great. The normal screen was also enjoyable due to the nice reclining seats that they had. All the seats we had were clean as were the bathrooms.

I was able to get through the line real quickly. The seats were real comfortable.

I was really excited to go see unhinged but when I got there I was told does something happen to the projector I came all the way from Omaha to this theater no apology just I was just told to if you go to the email you can select for a refund I just I dont know I felt like that was super unprofessional and maybe they could have sent an alert to people that bought tickets online instead of old just go online to get up a refund like no apology nothing no let me give you tickets for next time nothing like that just

I will not be going back to this location. The theater was hot on a very hot day. Did not seem like the air was working. Someone was in my seat. The only reason I did not have to make a big deal out of it is because the theater was not filled so I could sit in another seat. This is not the first issue I have had with this location.I tried again yesterday to simply enjoy a movie. There was one register open on a busy Saturday and the manager was rude. The place is not managed well and they dont have the staff to handle the crowds.

We took the kids to see toy story 4 the place was filthy my seat was all wet and sticky I went and asked for a wet rag and why they didn’t clean the theater they said we do cleaning after hours so they don’t clean in-between movies!! They said they can’t give me a rag I had to use napkins to clean my own seat so I asked for a manager the kid who looked 12 said call tomorrow and talk to them I’m busy so I will go to Omaha from now on this place is a joke and dirty it was a total waste of 80.00 wish I could give a negative 5 star I recommend u go to Omaha much cleaner and much nicer people

This is a very clean facility. The staff here is very courteous and friendly. The movies are great choices to show. The reclining seats are a great touch. The prices are a little pricey but thats not abnormal for a movie theater these days. I like that the seats are reserved. That way you dont have to get there super early and fight for a seat or seats. Going here is always a great experience for my family.

Great movie experience!!! The chairs are the ticket, they are recliners. There is stadium seating so no one is blocking your view of the screen. You can just sit back put your feet up and enjoy the movie.

I love to watch movies personally and AMC offers a membership called stubs A list through the app. 3 movie reservations(only the account holder) a week, discount at consesions and bar for those who drink, as well as being able to skip the line. Just for 20 dollars a month. If you want it for family they are working on bringing a family thg plan. Oh and I cant forget the iconic echo dome as when you stand under the domed portion of the ceiling you will have as massive echo.

Awesome theatre. Got a free birthday Stubbs member large popcorn, movie theatre seats were recliners so it made the movie much more comfortable and enjoyable..Theatre was clean as were the restrooms. Went on a Saturday to COUNCIL BLUFFS amc 17...was a great show.Angel has Fallen...had a great time and I went alone!!

There was a gas leak and the employees were extremely rude, not trying to give us answers. I asked one employee what wed receive for the money we spent she told me movies passes and refunds. Another employee said just take the passes there better anyway with the worse attitude. When I finally was able to talk to a manager to let her know I just want a refund because tonight was my only free night to see a movie she said she didnt even freaking know if she could do refunds. Although gas leaks are sometimes inevitable the employees attitudes could have been extremely better and I will follow up to see about my refund tomorrow!

Paid extra for a special showing just to be informed that they didnt download it in time. Now I dont get to see the movie in theaters. Thanks!

Love that they employee persons withSpecial needs. Things are usually relatively clean staff are usually very helpful and nice. They offer great selections of movies. The parking lot needs some work. It’s located near the enter state and there are several places to eat nearby

The regular theaters are important too. Be sure to maintenance them as well. The seats are getting very cracked and worn. The wall in theater 1 is coming apart. Please invest so people keep coming and we keep our nice theater open.

A good place for movies but one bad experience last night. Theater 8 was without A/C I attended an 8:15pm show. I was sweating throughout the movie. It was uncomfortable. But this wont stop me from returning to see another movie.

No idea why people on the internet are whining about Rise of Skywalker, it was fantastic!

The staff was very nice and everything except I couldnt hear what the employee was saying behind the snack bar when he was trying to talk to me about my order. Im sure its his first day and probably a little overwhelmed with the place. The real reason why im giving this a 3 star is because theres mold growing on the hand dryers in the bathrooms. Makes you wonder what else isnt clean you know?

Outside of very high concessions prices, which is the norm these days, the facility conditions are rapidly declining. Seats are torn up, bathroom stalls do not all lock, toilet seats are loose and move under weight. Sad to see this once great theater depreciate.
