The speed bumps are terrible though. Prices are not great. But community is good and quiet.

Dont buy a manufactured home here. This place is owned by Strive Communities. The lot rents are constantly being raised. They send out notices to seize your home if you are only one week late on lot rent. The lot rent is also too high for the area. They charge a pretty penny for water too. There are no perks to living here. High price, rent an apartment for less.

We lived here for almost 4 years and the rent has increased alot and they dont care about the residents homes or any problems. I wouldnt even give them a star.

I livedhere for 21 years and since strive took over lot rent went up your paying for stuff you didnt want it always floods here you cant keep your vehicle clean they dont care about people on fixed incomes but they want you to stay they cant get the rent statement out on time I would not recommend this place if I had the money I would move I see this place getting worse then better

Bluffs Acres looks nicer every time I visit.

My parents live here. The keep raising the lot rent and for what!?!?the streets are terrible, they flood at the 1st site of rain and they dont plow well. Now thet want a pet deposit and pet rent. Why??? These people own their trailers.

Its looks great at the entrance, but ran down just as one drives the first block. Everything is out of date, water service, street lights, and even street corners.

Nice trailer park, but management didnt put any salt or sand or anything down on the streets and we got a ton of ice yesterday and today and its terrible

When i first moved into bluffs Acres it was nice and peaceful but now we have little kids that are constantly in the street no parents watching them, someone is going to run one over. Really no rules at all!!

Not sure why the streets are so bad driving on them are crazy no drains for the water to go and after it rains, or snows it floods really bad, an their are a few homes/trailers their that just are not in good shape and they just don’t belong their. Very quite place at times. Break in’s are tough and happen often!

Needs to fix roads they need water drains so when it rains the streets dont flood along with yard flooding driveways need fixed residents and visitors can get hurt tripping on crack rais driveways
