An absolutely great park for all kinds of activities and sports!! The grounds are very well maintained and the park is super clean!!

Great venue but could have better exiting/parking lot.

There is no signage posted at the parking lot entrances for what Baseball diamonds are matched up to. So you could be in for a very long walk carrying your lawn chair.

It was a nice place..... But for the price we paid to get into the tournament, youd think thered be a score board. Ive been to lesser fields and they had more (like a net so you didnt have to worry about the adjoining Fields foul balls every couple minutes). Short story long, couldve been better.

Amazing ball fields

The fields are well taken care of. I wouldnt say bathrooms are great, but for what it is, not bad really. There is not even close to enough parking here, though. If you have a bug tournament or all the fields are full (most of the time), good luck finding a parking spot.

Amazing sports complex. Very disappointed with parking and traffic flow. Can not believe that the bathroom facilities were totally without toilet paper and hand soap. Not a good impression for hundreds of visitors.

Fields are fantastic and well shaded! The shade really helped in the 100 degree heat for state!

The fields are nice...the concession stand was very slow...very loooong lines....and the bathrooms were awful very very dirty...needs shade over the seating which would protect fans from lots of foul balls which are very dangerous..... I feel this complex needs an overhaul badly!!!!!!

The best ball diamonds in Council Bluffs. Softball, little league, and high school legion ball.

Not good for parking or entering or leaving the park. During large events, nobody is directing traffic and there is only one way in or out unless you go through a local neighborhood. Not the best place for a large tournament. There were 2 Council Bluffs officers cycling the traffic light, but they were talking instead of paying attention. It made for a rough 35 minutes to travel 6/10 of a mile.

You need to have a big sign or two out front of the parking telling you which # and where the fields are, wheather their east or west or in the middle, so you know which field your playing on.Also there is not enough parking. When all the fields are full you have to spend a lot of time trying to find a place.I am not the only one with this opinion. Heard lots of people saying the same thing.The fields were very nice.

Nice fields and a good park for the kids to play on, but the consessions were expensive.

The fields are great clean

My son has played several tournaments at this complex and the fields are very nice. Great place to play baseball.

The only complaint would be the fact that it seems like each individual Jimmy Johns makes their own hours. Had to go ro 2 different shops to find one open that I could get my Granddaughters lunch to take to her school.

Clean, love the landscaping, nice dugouts and beautiful fields. Best we played on during Slumpbuster tournament. Great location just off of I-80 & I-29.

Halloween Havoc! A great way to end the Fall Soccer season. A good tournament for REFS to work too.

Fields were very nice and pristine, bleachers were clean and the dugouts were very well designed. One of the baseball fields won the Iowa Baseball Field of the Year Award 2011.

Restrooms were open...not stocked. ..no toilet paper..paper towels were empty. Of course we were there for 5:00 game....but never the less...empty....

State of the art sports complex. Extremely well maintained.

Nice facility with concessions and decent restrooms (for a recreational complex). Shopping, restaurants and Starbucks nearby.

Nice facility but would benefit from taller back stop and foul netting. Constant foul balls in spectators areas and in adjacent fields. Parents with little ones, keep an eye out.

Well ran for soccer games. Staggered start times so pretty painless getting in and out of the parking lots.

They need to do something about cleaning the restrooms. First aid also should be quickly available at any kids baseball tournament.

The facility is good, but my window was smashed and purse was stolen from the overflow parking lot at JCPenney.

Concession staff is manned by High Schooler’s who call your 10 and 4 year old little sh*ts when they ask for a straw. Then followed up with denying it because his mother said that he’s a sophomore and would never use language like that. Really lady, you need to get to know what kids talk like in HS. I told the kid I didn’t appreciate it and the lady kicked me out of the complex. Worst staffing ever, DON’T USE THE CONCESSIONS!

Who schedules the games at this place? What a joke. Having soccer, baseball, and football all going on the same day and not even close to enough parking to accommodate it. Its like a first grader scheduled this junk. The soccer fields are never completely dry, no drainage.
