The employees were nice and helpful. They have 7 games outside for kids to play each 6ft apart. Lots of specials on food. The inside is closed off except for the prize area. Its sad to see Chuck E Cheese in this manner but I can see theyre trying really hard.

Just as busy and entertaining for my son as it used to be for me. VERY long wait just to buy a gift certificate. I told the girl thats all I needed and she still helped 2 large groups ordering food who came in after me. She was friendly and thanked me for my patience, so that was appreciated.

I like this spot! They provide good meals, their menu is nice, The chief cook in that place is very experienced, I love very much eating all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the attitude towards the clients is very good too. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I recommend this place.

Food is decent, got their stuffed crust today and it was pretty tasty!!!! Look online for coupons to save a few bucks.Service is good, they wont go out of their way to look for you but if you need something they get to it.Machine stuck with our tickets and the guy came right out and fixed it up.1400 tickets doesnt buy you much. Go to the 99c store and save yourself the money. ;)

Birthday section is ok. We had a great host. For a Saturday night it wasnt really busy but the bathrooms were a mess. Close to closing the ticket munchers were down to only two working machines. Lots of games not working and no one to help. Someone was rarely accessible to buy things with the tickets after waiting all that time. I will say no one was at the door and we walked out and were checked for stamps. Kudos to that employee. I dropped my older child off and didnt have a stamp. She even asked my kids who I was. A+ on that.

Bad experience had bought two cards an one Of the workers had told me I was able to use the other card another day the information was false. I was not able to use the card that I had never used an I wasn’t able to get a refund or anything bad customer service I had spent over 50 dollars on the two cards

Very dirty. A lot of the games were all out of tickets. Also by the time they were closing they did not announce theyd be turning off the games or even warned people. They just shut everything down. My son was in the middle of a game when they shut it off, very unsatisfied with the service. It also took them a while to bring out the food (mind you there was not a lot of people). Upon arrival, the cashier greeted us, took 1 of our orders then walked away to greet incoming customers. Also, very unprofessional. It also has a very funky smell when you walk in, a much needed deep clean is needed in that facility.

I live closer to the chuck E. Cheese in GG but I rather drive the extra miles to go to this one. Always clean, great quality service and its not that crowded. Great place!

Tonight there were only 2 ticket machines working with 4 & 6 kids in line. It seems there are fewer employees causing each one to cover 2 and 3 tasks that were previously staffed. Also, the WiFi you offer is too slow to be used. Why even have it? All of these issues are taking the fun out of an opportunity I have with my grandsons.

I agree, they are understaffed. Other then that we had an amazing time, won tons of tickets in less then 45 mins, however there prize section is definently not good. We saved our tickets for another day.

Took the grandkids there they had a blast machines were working pretty good the food was Chuck-E-Cheese what can I say plenty of parking not too busy as far as Chuck-E-Cheese goes I go to this one because its close to my house

The texture of the pizza was way too crusty and hard. The floor was covered in trash and pizza crust which was gross. The weird rat was very creepy and tried to touch me. If he wouldve touched me I wouldve DEFINITELY sued them for assault. The rat also looked like he was a kidnapper because he was touching people and was creepy. Would not recommend going here ever because then youll have to take a 2 hour shower to disinfect all the diseases in the air. DONT GO HERE

Poor service and upkeep. No attempt at service recovery from staff. The gaming floor was littered with trash and quite a few machines didnt work. This is very hazardous for small children running around.My daughter wanted to play before eating so we left our coats and bags at the table so we clearly were not done with our food but they bussed our table anyway. Even the souvenir cup I had purchased.When I politely told the girl at the counter, she gave me a dirty look. Did not offer any food or a refund for all the food we didnt eat and rolled her eyes when I asked for a new souvenir cup. She didnt care that my kid was hungry and they took all food I bought. The boy working the toy counter was very sweet though.Why are they so eager to bus tables but nobody cleans the floor where children play? Ive never had problems at other locations. I just wont come back here.

While children were still running around and having the last bit of fun they turned off the lights to tell people they were closing I guess and a child couldve gotten hurt but they dont take to regards of that and I had to wait for a pizza for at least an hour and it seemed like thier was only I staff and the rest of them were just in the back a total of 5 staff and only 1 female employe was working

Perfect customer service and extremely eager to help. Their machines continually takes more of your value card then they are supposed to and they do not distribute tickets when running the games very well.. Do in that sense its kinda a rip off.. But overall experience was fun...

We’ve been going to this Chucky Cheese and having all our birthdays for our five daughters here for over 10 years and the staff have always been helpful and very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this place to everyone. Especially for kids parties.

I can’t believe this the small thin ticket bags are free in all chuck E Cheeses except this location they charge $1.00 for each small plastic bags . I wouldn’t come back to this location ever again .

Always a blast for my kid. The new play as many games as you want for 30 minutes or an hour is great like vegas play the ssme game long enough and youll hit a jackpot.

Great staff. One of the cleanest Chuck e cheese in the area. My 3 year old had lots of fun. Most games are only 1 token, And gave us plenty of game time.

This place is everything u hope it isnt. The experience is fun for kids but its chronically under staffed to the point where you feel bad for the employees. I dont expect good food or cleanliness but the poor employees are constantly covering multiple duties and cant get anything done. Its pretty clearly a management issue at this location. Games are often broken too

I really dont like to rate places this score but I think it was necessary. I know that chuck e cheese is a place for people to spend with kids but I know that they also advertise pizza to go.... I had such a bad experience where I waited more than an hour for a pizza. I kept seeing other people that came before me getting their pizza and I would not until I approached a manager. Bad experience I sent my feedback to chuck e cheese... all they did was give me 20 tickets to claim. I was not looking for compensation all I wanted was for them to handle to the situation differently. Even though the pizza for me is delicious I will no longer be visiting chuck e cheese and I made that clear when submitted my feedback.

Much better yet the ticket machine ate more than half my tickets but the cool guy refunded me back an estimate of the tickets that were lost.

Lots of games for kids. Also some fun collecting tickets and shopping with them. Overall a great experience.

We had a great time today! We got there in the middle of the afternoon, and it was busy but not over crowded. There was plenty of parking available. There were a couple of times when games didnt dispense tickets, but the staff solved the problem right away.

I would give 5 stars but Chuck E. doesnt always come out after the countdown. He comes out maybe 2 out of 5 times. Dont do the countdown song if hes not coming out is all Im saying so the kids dont get their hopes up.

They have improved. Food comes out faster, arcade got an upgrade and they dont use coins any more.

DID NOT CHECK HAND STAMPS WHEN LEAVING!!!!I was really disappointed in this location. There was NO ONE at the entrance/exit when we left not even at the register, anyone could have walked out with a kid that wasnt theirs. They had very poor customer service, short changed me when we bought our passes and I had to ask for the correct change several times. They served us flat beer and i would say a quarter of the games were either not on or not working but still willing to take your points. It was very obvious that the staff on shift was not interested in being there.

Place was packed. Spent $50 on a card for the kids to play the games. Sad thing was most did not dispense tickets when won, but the most frustrating was that it would deduct credits and the game didnt work. After about 15 minutes of this we decided to leave and go to a different location.

Its a fun time both adults and kids can relax.. You just let them be plus its a safe and secure place

Horrible experience. The buffet only had pizza with meat toppings. Had to ask three times for them to make a cheese pizza. After over 40 minutes, it finally came out. When we asked for another (its supposed to be endless), they refused because it was after 2:00. And they wouldnt make a dessert pizza either, claiming we couldve gotten it before. But we werent going to eat dessert before our pizza, and it was their fault the pizza took so long. Add to that the games not giving tickets and the skiball not having balls, this made for hopefully our last time here!

Some of the girls there are super slow and rude when you ask for assistance. Cashier messed up my order even when I asked if she got a specific item. The manager was helpful. Didnt catch her name but she had blonde hair and was short.

I grew up coming here and was excited introducing my 3 yr old to Chuckee Cheese for the first time for his birthday... IT WAS AMAZING! It was clean, the games were very fun. And it DIDNT SMELL LIKE OLD PARMESAN CHEESE FEET! It wasnt crowded like most places. Im so happy this gem is right around the corner of my house. Plus their coupons are ligit!

Went here for the school event they had, they were waaaaay under staff, salad containers were empty and didnt refill them, they had a mess in the back counter, dirty tables all over, it was just a mess, I wish they would get more prepare when hosting big events

Today i celebrated my sons 3rd b day for a first time at a chuck e cheese costa mesa chuck e cheese and everything went 100 % thanks to brenda who was there for us110 % i know i will be coming back for his next birth day and hopefully is her. helping us again thank you brenda you made my sons b day awesome we loved your service god bless you and your loved ones always stay gold from jacobs family

Disliked that it is always over crowded. Space is way too small to accommodate the patrons. And theyre short staffed. There is always 1 cashier to help a line that is going out the door. AND that same person will have to stop between customers to go greet the people coming in to get their hand stamped

I visit this Chuck E. Cheese location several times a year and without fail this location seems be be understaffed. There appears to be only three employees on the floor trying take care of a crowded room full of customers.

The kids had a lot of fun, but i think it need to be more clean it has a smell.

Not enough staff to help out. The ticket taking machines were mostly not working... only one on a Saturday? And then we had to wait forever to pick a prize. Only one guy behind the counter. They are making a killing on their sub par food and need more help.

Customer service is a little slow but not because they dont care. You can see a lot of teens working here trying their best but wearing to many hats.
