I was charged $40 over what I was meant to pay, refused a refund, and the lane I was on malfunctioned 3 times in a single game. The owner was very rude and disrespectful when I asked about why I was charged so much. Never coming back again.

I took my family bowling today, and had some coupons from the previous owner. The girl at the counter said she is not supposed to accept them but she would honor them today. While bowling, we were moved to 3 lanes due to faulty scoring equipment. In the middle of the game, we were told we had to stop so they could polish the lanes. When they were done, and restarted our game we were charged for frames from them resetting the lane. Upon checkout, I was told they would no longer honor the coupons, but was offered them back for all the issues today, and was told Maybe another manager will let you use them. The owner, John, did promptly call me when asked, but really didnt care, and told me he was sorry I felt the way I did.

I only gave one star because I was forced to in order to give a review. This place is in bad need of repairs. The owner doesnt care about the business and refuses to address issues. They make you pause your game in order to clean the lane which could have been done in the 11 hours of daylight BEFORE opening at 4PM. It will be worth the drive to find another town near by with even a mediocre bowling alley.

Place has open lanes, yet puts party of 10 plus kids right next single family playing. Party drinking beers, family didnt seem comfortable.
