Alamo Fireworks

We spent something around $300 in fireworks a couple of years ago, when we had a big party and lots of friends/family over. Everyone pitched in and we opted for a big bang type of firework package. One that had a bunch of huge shots for a kind of finale show. However, when we got home, it was a dud. Only one half of it went off, while the other half had entirely just failed to work. We brought the product back to the stand, where they were refusing a refund or even an exchange without talking to the owner, who was really hard to get ahold of. We ended up leaving the product with them, working on good faith that they would contact us back and let us know how they could handle this. Unfortunately, the party ended and people departed. The next morning, they called me to tell me they would exchange the product for the exact same product. A lot of good that did me now. The party was well over by this time, and we had no reason to light a giant finale type firework package by then. So, really...we felt like the customer service on this was subpar, fair, but far too slow to have been helpful when we needed it. Unfortunately we have not returned since. We now go to the Gorilla fireworks stand, just down the road from them (which happens to be really nice and a walk in place that is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer).
