Its not busy. They are doing all the social distancing with certain games closed and tables turned. Signs requesting only one family use it at a time. Workers frequently go out to clean. The food is still disappointing. I seriously believe they could be killing the game if they just had DECENT food. Little Ceasars pizza is like cardboard and they still have better pizza. This was the 3rd time Ive ever been to chuck e cheese and I was very satisfied with our visit! The food was good, there is a lot more game options than other pizza places, and I love how they actually check to make sure the stamps match at the door so I feel like my kids are safer while they are running around playing. Only giving 4 stars because it is a bit pricey and the prizes are a bit over priced for some items. But I will definitely be taking my kids again! Also the staff was super friendly and I love how they have fundraising nights for the local schools!

My kids love it here. They use cards instead of coins for games which is very convenient. We had problem with one game but the attendant helped us very quickly.

We went today 1/1/2020. I have to say, be their bacon and cheese stuffed crust pizza is amazing! By far the best pizza Ive ever had there! Very surprising for a place that is basically known for having sub par pizza. Plus, I had a great time seeing and playing with my grandkids!

The first phase 4 store, they got it in October 2003 as a prototype, they had that from 2003 to 2005 when phase 4 started being sent to stores that were outdated and stores that opened from 2005 to 2014 when they started phase 5 (I’m not sure when they started phase 5) they have the first Studio C Beta 16 movement (the very first Studio C Beta) the first 32 movement Studio C Beta is in Oceanside, California. This store got regular phase 4 in 2005 I think, they changed the prototype phase 4 exterior sign on the front of the store to the phase 5 sign (the red circle with CGI rockstar chuck waving) because of hurricane harvey I think.

We missed going to Chuck E. Cheese. We had the whole place to ourselves. Kind of missed the crowd and the noise.

Was there for a childs birthday party. The kids had fun. The place was reasonably clean. Customer service was good.

Pizza was good and games are cheaper to play at Chuck E Cheese! All you can play in 30 minutes at $11 and you could reload more time at a station without waiting for a cashier. Awesome!

Staff was very friendly! Establishment was clean :) only issue was a very large party at table section next to restrooms blocking people from being able to get in/out. Hopefully staff trys to prevent that from happening in future.

Great for kids parties! When you book you get your own personal staff member to help run everything so you dont have to worry!

They have great new additions and the game prices and food combos are very efficient. The kids always have a blast when we come here

There was a line of people upon walking in, and only one girl at the front desk as the cashier, taling orders, renewing the salad plates, stamping in customers and id the people walking out so it took a long time for those of us in line waiting to order. My son thought the unlimited 45min was too short of time and she actually had the nerve to scold my 7yr old by telling him directly that she could give his play time card to someone else!!!!! THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL AND SO RUDE!!!!! I have never experienced anything like that in my entire life!!!! It was disgusted!!!!!! I also did not receive a receipt with my purchase. Received an answer asking me to contact management about my visit, they sent a bogus contact/website!!!!!

Food was great but e everytime we go there are multiple games that dont work or are out of tickets. Im constantly having to tell some about the games.

It chuck E cheese. They got decent pizza and games. They got this new card system thing that I think ends up with more games for the price.

The only good thing about my visit yesterday was the pizza. It seemed like every other game didn’t have tickets, took a credit, or simply didn’t work. I encountered at least 6 games before we got bummed out and left.

Great staff! Had both my kids parties here and they did great each time. My only complaint is some of the games where not working and wouldnt either give you tickets or the coins wouldnt come out or just wouldnt play. But the food was great and my kids had fun and thats all that matters.

Love chuck E. We recently had my grandsons birthday party at Chuck E. Cheeses in Corpus Christi. The HUGE problem I had was the fact that you take the childrens SPECIAL DAY away by singing Happy Birthday to all the birthday kids at the same time. The look on my grandsons face was confusion. The children cant even hear their name. My grandson usually has a smile on his face. This years video consists of him just looking around and wondering what is going on. It was truly a disappointment. You, at Chuck E Cheeses should reconsider how you make each individual child feel speical. It only takes about a minute to sing Happy Birthday. My suggestion is everyone should be able to sing to his or her child one after the other in a certain order. It is ridiculous for the amount of money my son paid.Other than that, everything was perfect. Our hostess did an awesome job. Although, because of the above we will not have another birthday party there.

I have to say, my little family has been to chucky cheese all over the United States. We have been from east to west and north to south. The person inside this chucky cheese costume is hands down the best we have ever seen. He needs to go around and train the rest of them. Great job! Thanks for actually caring if the kids have fun.

My son and I love Chuck E Cheese. I love the fact that points are loaded onto a card, rather than lugging a bunch of tokens around, this also cuts down on broken games due to jammed tokens. They recently updated the games, including the toddler area. Fun atmosphere, employees are always upbeat and great with kids, and the food is on point!

Hadnt been there since i was a kid and was very pleased with the changes. The games are really affordable and the security is very strict. Perfect place to take your children without worrying too much. Will be having my sons birthday party here very soon.

The kids love the pizza, Id rate it a meh. The best thing about this place is that you can now buy game cards based on an hourly rate which allows you to play a lot more games than buying tokens. Usually at least one ticket counter is broken but the staff is usually nice.

The place has gone down hill over the years. I remember going to this location when I was a kid and theyve definitely got rid of the cool stuff like the gigantic play ground of tubes and slides. Not to mention you dont even use coins anymore. They have cards in place of them. Granted it is less to carry around, and there is no longer a problem with your kids leaving the coins in their pockets while running the washing machine. But say you just want a bucks worth of coins. Now you have to pay a buck for the card and then you can load it with credits. Anything to make a buck I guess...

My son and the entire family had a blast there friendly and very generous with the tickets. I most definitely recommend I might even have my birthday there LOL

Super great! Went here for my cousins birthday party. Great games, he enjoyed it a lot. You can get a card with unlimited gameplay for 30 minutes. Thats the best deal if youre adult, because you can rack up all the tickets. The prizes arent really worth it though, so if you just wanna have fun get the point card. The pizza was really good, the wings were slimy and inedible. The staff was polite and helpful, very patient as we picked out our prizes. Would recommend, just dont eat the wings.

Food is good, salad bar always packed and clean to the best of staff ability. Despite the large crowds on a Saturday night, the staff does a great job. They are giving you their up most best. Keeping facilities clean, also. Making sure all machines have adequate amount of tokens and tickets. But dont treat the wings. Wings are very small. They offer very little amounts also at such high prices.

Great place for kids birthday parties. They have very good pizza and a great salad bar. Security is pretty good for your children.

Horrible. Thats the only word to describe it. Just horrible. The service here sucks. The way the party went did not go as planned because of how awful the staff was. I dont know if this guy is new or not, but he surely didnt do his job in a professional manner. He did everything in the complete opposite of what we asked for. Do better and hire people who actually know what theyre doing.
