The location is absolutely amazing. No more packing up to go fishing when you can walk out the back door and fish the Laguna. Management and staff are very kind and professional. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Cannot wait to come back next year on our annual vacation.

When we arrived, there was an issue with our unit. We contacted the managers and they immediately attended to us and were completely wonderful! The view from our place was great & the hubs got to do a little fishing from the back docks. We walked to the pool a couple of times and it was such a great way to relax and hang out. We look forward to staying here again!

The townhouse was amazing and comfortable for my whole family. The lagoon view was amazing. One of the best places weve stayed at by far.

The furniture smelt a little weird (like wet dog), but other than that its a lovely place to stay!

Great location and has all the supplies to make your packing easy. TV very complicated to figure out but we were there for fun and fishing so were ok without it. Clean, comfortable beds, cool AC, back yard was the water, plenty of docks to fish from, clean pool. We can’t wait to book another trip with them.

We really enjoyed the town house. It was a great size, nice backyard, except for the ants. It was a perfect size for my family. We also loved that we could go night fishing right in our backyard or across the street in the bay. One down fall was for my mother because she’s older and she would get tired going up and down the stairs, It would have been nice if there was a restroom in the first floor. The other thing we didn’t like was that the master bedroom had an opening; therefore, we had no privacy, but overall we would definitely return.

Good location. Large pool. Boat docks are not assigned. Condo was well-furnished. Did not enjoy having to strip the linens off our beds. No use of garage but maybe that was just the unit.

We have stayed at alot of places in Corpus and this was by far the best. Bedrooms were a little hot with afternoon sun but they have fans

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and perfect for bringing you own watercraft and docking while you were there. We did have a problem with maintenance people barging in after banging on the door several times and scaring my kids. But, the management took care of us after our complaint and sincerely apologized and comped us another day.

It was really nice, the upkeep has been good. The views are good although when you think youre going to get a nice bay view you may end up only getting the view of someones backyard which isnt great but there are still docks for fishing. The pool is great, it goes to 8ft deep and is very clean. I spotted a handful of roaches throughout but other than that it was cleaned well. I went to bed very cold every night because the thermostat read at 80°F constantly even if it was really in the 60s. Overall though, it was an enjoyable stay.

The view and private dock was amazing! The condo was spacious and very clean.

Its an older resort but clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Cons Cleanliness: I was walking through the condo when we first arrived everything looked great! No smell and it looked clean. On the last room I walked into though is where I lost it. On the bathroom counter there it was. Someone had left a dirty Kleenex. Rolled up to fit into someones nose and body fluids all over it. It was horrifyingly disgusting. So I took a closer look around and started to find crumbs on the floor, and the showers and toilets were a little dirty. Sadly, as you arrive you see cleaning service riding around on golf carts everywhere but I guess their just playing all day. No Pets: This was my next issue. Their are people walking dogs around but they are very defensive if you even ask about it. Their place is very accommodating for pets too. My dogs are cleaner than their maids anyways (they would have definitely cleaned up the crumbs).Additional: There were tarps all over the roofs. The inside of the condo was updataed but the outside needs a little TLC. ProsThe staff was nice. The access to boatdocks was a huge benifactor for us. The beds were very soft and comfortable (I hope clean)And its a very quite place. Hardly no noise. The reason I would recommend this place is because we had some friends staying across from us and their condo was cleaner than ours. So if youre willing to walk into a dirty condo and you have no pets then take a chance!

The best part of this place is the very friendly staff. Its location is great, and its large enough for a family of 4 to be very comfortable in a 2 room unit. However its dated in its upkeep and its decor. Its not a luxury place, its a homey one. As long as you dont expect 5* luxury and you want to feel like you are at home on vacation this is the place for you.

Clean, well stocked with everything you need, super friendly staff, excellent location and views. Met and made friends with other people staying there. Just wish there were more bbq grills. Only 1 per dozen or more units

Loved the layout of the rental and the private fishing dock. The beds could’ve been a little softer but everything else was beyond expectations.

Located on a dead end street, so the traffic is minimal. Office staff are great, very responsive for laundry, trash pickup, or other concerns. Free movie checkout. Great views of the bay. Nicely furnished. Undersized air conditioner even though its new.

We stayed in a privately owned unit #133. When we checked in the unit smelled very bad and wasnt very clean. It was very hot and it took for ever for the upstairs to cool down. I called the manger to let them know the house wasnt clean and it smelled so bad, I missed her call back, she left a message stating she will call back but never did. I gave 2 stars because of the lack of cleanliness, the place is outdated and the bad management.I wont go back to the same place.

Buildings are dated, but well-maintained and our condo was nicely furnished. Small kitchen, but has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Trash pick-up outside your door daily. Easy check-in and check-out. Convenient to many attractions. Will stay here again.

Great location, fantastic customer service, fully stocked kitchen. Walking in the townhouse was cool-great pier for fishing with a bait table and running water outside. Close proximity to stores and restaraunts. Closets and rooms were nice sized-we will be staying there, again. We loved it!

Best vacation resort on the island. Perfect location (Laguna Madre and minutes from the Gulf). Friendly staff (especially the manager). If you like beautiful sunsets this is where you need to be.

Privately owned condo for rent. Access to boat launch and can tie up to docks. Quickly get to intercoastal and bait.

All of the fully furnished units face the bay or canals, if you like to fish or sit on the patio and watch the water it is the perfect location for a vacation. The staff is so personable and friendly you cant help but to love the place. The Multi-Resorts at Puenta Vista is a keeper on our list of places to vacation.

Had a baby shower there for my sister and it turned out just amazing. Workers and guests were very nice and welcoming. The swimming pool is salt water but it is actually a lot healthier for you. But all together I give it 10/10.

Needs serious update. Furniture old and dirty looking. Unit was clean and staff was very kind and helpful.

Great location and accommodations, but Wifi terribly slow. We couldnt even check local weather without using the data on out mobile phone plan.

Average rci resort. beds and furniture are old and well used . WiFi is terrible . Booked this through RCI 140 a night not worth 100.this is the 3rd and last RCI resort I ever use.

Excellent for family stay! Perfect contactless check-in and out, so I felt relieved. 3-floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Just like a house. Very clean and very comfortable. I could use all kinds of cooking tools, even perfectly ready for baking! My parking site was designated right in front of my house. We did get fish at our own dock while enjoying the sunset over the water. We had a great great silent comfortable safe time at this condo. Ill be here again with my family. More, very close to the seashore and to the grocery shop. I used the Walmart!

It was perfect ! It was a beautiful stay with the most perfect view ! We will be going back and staying with them again !

We love staying and have made this a tradition for years. The only thing I would add would be more public use grills.
