Coronado Beach

Nice beach with not a lot of people these days

Great place. Water, sand, sunsets & military flyovers.

Not a regular beach, is a cool yet relaxing one. People is friendly and respect distance and most uses face mask. You got to try it.

Always clean and safe. You can venture around the hotel del that was built in 1888 for free. Good burger places and breweries near by.

Coronado beach is a great place for an early morning or evening walk along the waterfront. Peaceful except for the sound of the waves crashing in. You can always stop in at the Hotel Del Coronado for a bite to eat or stroll back into town on Orange Avenue where there are plenty of shops and eateries.

I love this beach. The sand is so soft. The water is nice, and its not insanely crowded, but the crowd can get large. The beach is littered with seashells, thousands of them. Down at on end of the beach is a naval base, and youll see jets and helicopters flying overhead to and from. Military groups will do exercises or physical training there, which can also be fun to watch. There is this hetty of rocks which are amazing to explore at low tide. Crabs and sea anemones are abundant. The rocks also create little pools of water that get trapped, which the sun then heats up. Younger kids like to play in these, but they are usually there during low tide, and are right by the rocks. Overall, I love Coranodo Beach. Its definitely one of my top favourite to visit.

Grab a bike rental and tour the island. Stop on the beach, grab a bite to eat at any restaurant bayside. You can spend a few hours and have a great time doing it.

Cool place that spend the day. Beach, shopping, a rollercoaster, what else do you need?
