We are here celebrating my daughter birthday and Im soo happy. We were able to take advantage of the blackout sale. This place is a amazing and the water park is huge.

Is not a fancy place, but I definitely a good place to spend with your love ones, is awesome for the kids

We love Cypress Water Park!! However it can be really pricey so try to book ahead of time! I would also sign up so that youll receive emails regarding discounted rates for advance bookings! They have lots of slides for toddlers - adults! All ages will definitely have a blast going here! Very worth it

Glad to read customer service is not to bad at this water park. I have not used the pool but have used the meeting room.I have been here for several Democratic Club meetings at 1300 N. University Dr. The Coral Springs/Parkland Club seems more enjoyable with new President Francis. Francis is his first name. Prior to him Club President was Grace. Grace was her first name.

Quiet and a nice place to spend with small children. The bathrooms are filthy though. Do not go without flip flops. Customer service is not too bad.

Love bringing my kids here. The pool is clean and the staff is so friendly. The 3 stars is for the bathrooms! They need attention. They were extremely dirty and smelled awful.

Im glad I didnt listen to the reviews. Nice water park. My 7 yr old son with autism spectrum disorder loved it. This one lifeguard (didnt catch her name) was very friendly and pleasant. Will definatly visit again.

Love to come here with my 3yr old. He really enjoys the slash pad area.

Ive only been to the toddler section but this is a great water park. Im giving 4 stars because its rather expensive; however, if you spend a good chunk of time here, its worth it. There are free alternatives but this is a fun place to go.

Out of all the water parks that weve been this summer (and weve been to most in our area) this has been the worse!!!!!!!!!!!! To start, only 2 umbrellas were working (its HOT in Florida and the sun is brutal so umbrellas are a must in order to get some sort of relief from the immediate sun and all but 2 umbrellas were operable). Secondly, the only female lifeguard that was on duty (we went on Saturday, 7/30/16 at 11:30a-1:30p) was super rude and yelling yelling yelling at all the kids!! Yes, I understand that running can cause someone to fall but half of the kids that were screamed at for running were actually trying to get to the water as prompt as possible because the floor was super hot (again, no shade from umbrellas so very little flooring was actually tolerable). To add to this, all of the other number of lifeguards that was males were actually talking nice to children that was running- not trying to pick on this female lifeguard too much but she was BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone should talk to her and maybe suggest some classes on how to speak to the paying public!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lastly, no outside food/drinks allowed HOWEVER the concession stand was closed!!! So no food/drinks allowed to be brought in (ok, I can respect that) but to not offer any there either??? My children were hungry and thirsty and to not have anything offered for purchase????? The only sweet person we encountered there was the sweet cashier, who apologized for no one working in the concession stand (even ran there to make sure and then commented that maybe they didnt work the weekend???). She nicely offered to stamp our hands so we could go out and get a bite to eat and then return but to be honest, we were so disgusted with that water park that we decided not to return!!! Just voicing my concerns and warning others of our experience there.

We went there on gloomy monday morning and were the only group besides the camp kids of of about 20 kids. the place was clean and had plenty of onings to take shelter...

It would be so helpful if the city posted the water parks true status.... only the kiddie splash pad and the big pool (no slides) are open. Our children were incredibly disappointed and we had planned to meet friends there. Low and behold, it was not fully opened. The city really needs to get with the program and post what amenities are actually available. So uncharacteristic of Coral Springs to be so uninforming.

Rude staff, constantly yelling at kids to stop fast walking (really!!), place is dirty, the girl offered me a voucher to come back and I said no thanks, unless the whole culture of this place changes. Why go and be miserable and on edge the whole time, when I can just go find a pleasant place to play with my kids. They made my very well-behaved daughter retrace her steps and walk the entire thing, rather than fast walk. I told the lady, no one tells my daughter to do that in 112 degree Florida weather. I’m sorry if you had camps all morning and you’re beat, you should limit your camps then. My kids and I are very respectful and well-behaved. This place is not the normal Coral Springs standard at all. I wish I could give it no stars.

Nice and relaxing but need to be pressure washed a daily walk around cleaning. Bathrooms were diemrty too and we got here as they opened.

Good inexpensive water fun for little and big kids. 2nd yr doing swim classes here with my 3 and 4 yr old. Im confident in their abilities at this point.

This place is small and cute. I loved the attention the life guards had. They didnt let things slide with bigger kids when they were around the smaller ones. I do have to say I was very unhappy with the fact that they dont allow food or drinks but when I showed up today the food place was closed so they said oh yes now you can bring food in cause they are closed. but you only find that out once your already there. They should either always have the food place open or take away the no food policy if they arent going to be consistent. I suggest before you go in call to find out if the food place is open or not cause its not ok to show up with little ones and not have anything to offer them to eat or drink unless you leave the premises to go buy food and come back.

Bad expierence. First of all I drove all the way over there today to find out that the waterpark is closed even though the website says its open. Bad information as therr is nowhere to be found what the costs are for entrance etc. You guys seriously need to update your information

Despite all online / Google info stating the place is open - it was closed. Ill reevaluate when I actually experience the park but it gets 1 star for the poor or lack of accurate information. Clicking on website opens a PDF that is also useless.
