Pretty cool! Was not overly crowded which is nice. Half the games are broken though

Went here on Halloween got there at 7:45 was told kitchen was close how the kitchen close at 7:45 but business close at 9:00pm? The point of bringing my child was the pumpkin designed pizza, and cotton candy. No glow anything they supposed to have offered as seen on the commercial ( and I called first).. I smell lazy workers here....I was told the supervisor said to close the kitchen early

Most of the games were out of order and I feel they should reduce the prices when that many games arent working

I HATE to give a BAD REVIEW. But I have never had an issue with Chuck E Cheese. Although, my only negative issue was I had ordered a pizza and they were taking awfully long.ESPECIALLY for there not to be many people/customers @ Chuck E Cheese that day I would expect the wait to be less. I waited a bit more due to me being an understanding person, HOWEVER when I went up to ask how much longer on my pizza, the worker apologized and explained it had not been made due to her not seeing the order ticket. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I checked the receipt for the time I had ordered and we had basically waited THIRTY MIN, and had to wait more once I advised them on the wait. ONLY THREE STARS bc the pizza was good! As, it always is.

Good Chuck Cheese. It was clean and everything worked. It didn’t have too many people and it showed all the current Chuck E. Cheese games and tech. I saw people cleaning up and it was well managed. I would come back.

I usually have a good experience here but decided we would come here on Halloween instead of trick or treating this year due to COVID-19. They are advertising treat bags for the kids along with touch less trick or treating and that was not the case. When I consulted with a manager Edwin he said they ran out of treat bags bc they have been doing this the entire month of October. Unacceptable!!! They have have kept a stash just for the big night! I’m sorry just very disappointed. I’ve spent $60 and could’ve trick or treated for free!!!

All the games worked,The staff was wonderful and helpful..I also liked that is was not crowded considering what is going on in the world

Good value. Great pizza! Nice staff. Someone was constantly cleaning. But 4 stars because it was hot. We were the only ones there, so it wasnt crowd heat.

The food is usually good at this location, they keep their machines up and the staff is generally freiendlet and helpful. The kids always have fun. Disappointed that the last birthday party we had, there was no Chuckee

Food is good staff is well mannered but to get a good prize it cost$$$$$ my grandson got 875 tickets and his gifts was cheesy

Great place for kiddies or grandparents.

Came here during covid, place was rather empty and very clean compared to usual. Only complaint is that all of the games for younger children were removed so the visit seemed pointless once we got there since my daughter didnt have much to do or play with.

Great staff, they were all really polite and helpful. One server even helped me carry out my sons birthday gifts.... Very clean given all the kids running around..

It has been upgraded since I last came. It can be expensive so budgeting would be important if funds are tight. My niece enjoyed her birthday the food was good order 2 large stuff crust cheese pizzas 4 drinks a 120 min game card and a cake for my niece birthday it cost 96 and some changes. If it wasnt last minute I couldve budget better and made things cheaper. Having the game card where you have a time limit instead of games give a family with mutiple kids the chances to get their money worth bu sharing the card for the time allotted. The cake was small but good. The staff was amazing. It wasnt crowded that was nice thw staff kept it clean. Would come back but just budget things before going or it will cost. Between myself and my sistet we paid total 182.

For those with children or grandchildren in the two to five year range look elsewhere. The activities and games which are sparse to begin with is geared to the teenager to adult age group. The price for two large pizzas and 67 points or 60 minutes of play time will run you a whopping $68. The pizza was just ok have had a lot better, the service was minimal at best at noon on a weekday with no one else there. Before this visit was thinking of having my 2 year old granddaughters birthday party at Chuck E Cheese, now we definitely not going to.

Friendly staff, everyone practiced social distancing, restrooms were clean, and my family had an amazing time.

Went Sunday night just to get the kids out the house and let me tell you pan.....de....mon....ium more adults playing the games than children people everywhere children everywhere but the kids had a good time

My grandkids had a blast! They have renovated and added new games. They no longer have the play tunnels which I miss, this was free playtime. Nice time non the less.

Staff is nice but what happened to all the games. A lot of them were not working and they got rid of the playground space and the stage. Its not the greatest of Chuck E Cheeses anymore. Probably may not return to this one

We celebrated my sons 5th birthday party. He had so much fun! The staff was extremely attentive and friendly! Kids had a blast and they took very good care of us! Even the parents told us they would be having their kids next birthday there! Will be back!

Although it was very loud and so busy, the food was pretty good and it looked like all of the kids were having a great time.

Just good clean fun for the kiddos, its usually packed so be prepared to wait on a Saturday. Also the employees are on the young side, so you have to really be patient with them. My daughter loves this place.

We had so much fun! I like it during the day when there are other work from home moms and stay at home children so my baby can get her socialization on. I also love the fact that the pizza taste fresh and good!

CEC and me go way back (I used to be a party hostess when I was in college... many, many moons ago) however, I havent been to CEC for about 5 years..., my two older kids had outgrown it. I decided to book a b-day party for my daughter who was turning 5. They remodeled the store to make it an open concept, which is great. I was not pleased with the birthday schedule. I had in my mind the way I knew the party was going to go, since I had booked parties for my older children there in the past (the first hour the children played and the second hour they ate pizza, sang and did the cake with a visit from Chuck and went in the ticket blaster)... What I got was total craziness and I was so lost and confused... the children played at first which was all right, but there was no announcement to gather them for food, I had to go get the kids again for the cake. To make a long story short the level of intimacy was lost, they removed the stage with the other characters, which added an extra special feel, a lot of other kids were at the table which kind of lessened the magic... especially for paying all that money. There wasnt a schedule like it use to be, it seemed like it was a free for all, things were done whenever. I dont feel like my duster was Shiite any social attention. I should have just did a walk-in party since that was what it felt like.Even my older daughter saw the difference from how it used to be.Maybe its me and Im just nostalgic, but their party formula was perfect before and they shouldnt have messed with it!

I had a great experience. My hostess was patient and caring. She made sure we were aware of the days activities and provided great customers service, and most of all my kids and their friends enjoyed themselves. I will definitely go back again.

The worst ever them folks didn’t know how to run an establishment I mean we buy food but no napkins wasn’t clean at all says when we got there we could reserve a table but just said we couldn’t get no table cloth or nun rude why would you tell us to come and we couldn’t get great service wouldn’t never go back to this location and the pizzas was high as on no what but no napkins cleaning supplies out in the opening to many kids running around for this to be sitting out

It was great this time around didnt expect it to be so packed being that it was super bowl sunday but all and all didnt have to fight off bullies trying to take over the machines from the babies and no one was being ghetto I think I lime this location better. We will be returning

The renovations make it feel clean and new. Need to replenish tickets and photo paper on games and Chuck E. needs a pep talk on being more excited in a costume. I know its not the best job, but it makes a difference in the smiles and reactions for children.

I took my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese and her friend as a reward for doing good at softball camp every employee acknowledged us was very nice very friendly the kids had a great time the food was wonderful for pizza from Chuck E. Cheese the salad bar was good clean and well stocked the game as were all clean and in working order. The eating area was very clean no dirty tables the floor was also very clean. Keep up the great work and of course we will be back

Clean place. Fun for the whole family

Pizza is surprisingly ok, staff are mostly helpful but some are ambivalent. The games available are fairly standard and most of them were in working condition.

A lot of the machines are consistently broken. The way you have to turn in tickets takes forever because all the machines are broken. The staff was friendly and the food was decent. If youre going to be there for a long time get the salad bar. Its never ending and you can just keep getting fruit and veggies for your kid and yourself.

Not very well maintained, its pretty dirty. Over half the machines are out of order, and the staff is rude!

I remember it being bigger with more things to do. Service was great and the kids had a good time!

What happened to the playground and the animatronics? All that is left after the remodel is the arcade games and new long booths for birthday parties. Also theres maybe 6 new games there. Oh and the medium cheese pizza we had that was $19 was horrible, everyone I ask to try it said the pizza taste stale and old. Maybe the cheese was bad but its hard to mess up a cheese pizza. GET IT TOGETHER MR. CHEESE!

My Son And I Had The Best Time Thank you guys

I had a very bad experience for my daughters 7th birthday. We had a 5:30pm party and no one was ready for us. I had 15 kids and their parents with no where to sit for at least 35 minutes. The other 5:30 parties also had problems so imagine 5 parties arriving at the same time with nowhere for their guests to go. We couldnt play yet because we didnt have our cards yet. The food took forever to come out. I admit they tried to make it right and my daughter had a good time but for me as the parent, I was miserable. We had it here because my daughter wanted it and I didnt want to be stressed but this may have been more stressful. Our hostess, Erica was very nice and tried to diffuse the situation and the manager, Nikki was great too but I wont be back. More space should have been added with the renovation vs removing the playground/jungle gym. I didnt care for the new look.

Came here for our sons birthday party. The employees were very nice and made his experience memorable. Even took care of cutting the cake for us. Lots of games and indoor playground. No ball pit though. When turning in tickets we realized we did not receive the 1000 tickets that were supposed to be given for booking the party there. We spoke with the manager she was very polite helpful and fixed the problem immediately and apologized for the inconvenience.

I celebrated my sons birthday party there; some of the staff and manager were not very helpful. Before the party I had upgraded pizzas over the phone & they did not honor it but I got overcharged for it. When I got there I added more kids to my party & we did not receive the full package for them. They still charged me for everything & of course we payed it. Our receipt had a different host name Érica. The girl that was actually our host was Nice & she took care of us. The manager disregarded my concerns & simply said he would talked to the RGM.I would not recommend booking a party there because they will not honor your reservation & will try to talk you into understanding “how they are right.” When you have guests & want to make your kids party special you just have to go with it. Unfortunately that was my experience for my sons 5th birthday.

The staff, and atmosphere never fails. They just remodeled so it is even more comfortable, for parents to play with little ones or watch the older children that are able to play alone.

The customer service was really on point, from entrance(the 1 who stamps you in) to the manager to all of the staff in between that we encountered. At 1 point I was looking for a trash can and one of the employees immediately noticed and pointed me in the right direction! How attentive! We had issues with a few games(i.e. ticket jams) and Ive never seen a staff that moved so swiftly. The manager even assisted us once after calling for help and everyone being unavailable. For 1 that she couldnt fix, she watched another employee and had conversation with them just so shed know how to fix it next time. She was very hands on and I believe thats part of the reason she has a great staff. Ive never seen such a happy staff, cohesively! All smiles! We WILL be back!

The remodel looks really nice! The kids had a really good time playing games.

It a great place for the children, but since they took the play gym and slides out its just a video game arcade which sucks for the smaller children who really dont know how to play them they just tap, tap, tap the cards until they have no more credit left.

Many of the machines were not working or out of tickets. Couldnt hear the songs sang ( need mic) and Chuck E seemed to cater to one Bday crowd vs. All otherwise staff is good handling the big crowd.

Good food. Kids had fun. Too much noise. Never again.

Great place for kids to turn off some energy when you want to get out of the house. I would never go on a weekend or hen school is out because it would be too crowded and big kids are not always considerate of the littles. We usually go during the week when it opens for about 2 hours and that is enough. They recently added some new games and Chuck E. does a new dance so that helps the monotony of the place. Wish they would deep clean the carpet or change it.

Our 4 boys have a blast Everytime. The Conyers location is always very clean. The customer service is awesome. They still have a play area and 99% of the games WORK and are not out of service like most locations.

The staff was friendly and supportive. The pizza was decent and priced as you would expect from an amusement establishment. The token per game system has been upgraded to include a time option. (Play unlimited for a specified period) My child requires a wheelchair and most of them games are accessible. The enclosed modular play tunnels and slide were not an option as Its necessary for me to climb through with him, and I do not fit. He left happy. Money saving tip, eat before you go....

Went for a birthday party. Some of the cars for small children didn’t work. The train (which my son loved) stalled ever couple seconds. It took our points from the card but it wasn’t working properly. I like the fact that I could purchase a prize for my son since we all gave the birthday boy our tickets to get a larger prize.

Friendly staff and clean. We always go early when they open to avoid a crowd. My boys always have a good time.
