I have friend that live there for years and they love living there & the ground are well kept & clean isnt where you live its how you live where you pay your money

When l say best kept secret, this spot is one. Nice atmosphere, and clean grounds. Went to check out a sale and even though l didnt purchase, l felt like l could live on this site. Never been a fan of mobile homes, but this site made me do a double take.

Great neighborhood very quiet. But once you buy your home the leasing office will not help you sell it at all...Now here it is Jun 1st and the pool is still not open.

Its a beautiful place to live for families or retired family. Quite place. Good neighborhood. Pacific. Monitoring. Light Bill is not so high either the water bill. Always is clean.

Ive lived here since January 2017. This is a very quite peaceful community! The office staff is always busy, but always takes the time to go above and beyond to help me in any way I need. I couldnt have chosen a better community!

The office runs a tight ship, I have lived here for 5 years and cant think of a place Id rather live; the same maintenance staff has been here since I moved in. Yes, they do charge violation fees if you do follow the lease and keep your home cleaned and your lawns mowed, they do give you 30 days to correct any violation before the fee is charged. They do not tolerate run down homes, items on porches and patios, junk in the yards and broken down vehicles. If you want a nice quiet Mobile Home Community to live in, its The Meadows. I hope they continue to enforce the rules, I want to be able to live out my last years here. The negative reviews are probably the people that have been evicted or the ones that do not keep up their homes.

As part of the agreement in living here you have to make sure your yard is clean. You cant make any changes to the outside of your home without permission from the office. You also cannot keep your dogs outside. All the properties are open, meaning there are no fences to divide the lots.

Its a horrible place to live. Looks nice neighbors are nice (mostly) except the workers that live on property. .. office staff are inconsiderate and will charge u extra for anything but will let office that stay on property do and have and keep their house in any way they want

My parents have lived here for a long time and they are happy here. I come and visit and the place is always clean and well maintained

This is a bad place to live. They cant keep a maintaince man, so trash pick up is one day a week, if your lucky. They have two handymen, one is a convicted child preditor, the other one is a stalker, keep you curtians closed and watch your children and wife. This place has went down hill, thats why everyone is leaving and nobodys coming in. Take a drive through, see the empty lots.
